If your not sensitive or picky about ingredients, the nostalgia that Baskin Robbins brings is worth a visit. A decent place to stop for ice cream. The location is clean and the service is sweet. They have many additional creative desserts they can create on the menu for you besides just scoops of ice cream. Since the remodel and being summer even during the late week nights they have been busy. 4 stars for location. 2 stars for the quality and ingredients of Baskin Robbins ice cream. Propylene glycol in some flavors such as butter pecan. Artificial colors and so many other additives in something that should be made so simple. It makes me feel that a company just doesn't care about their customers when they don't care about ingredients. Now our sensitivities are not impacted by most of the artificial unnecessary ingredients. They do impact people over a period of time. I hope they do better and clean it up in the future. I grew up visiting Baskin Robin's with my parents and would like to see them cleaner and contulinue doing well in business. read more

This location currently has two non-dairy vegan flavors in addition to the Daquiri Ice. The coffee caramel crunch had a delicious caramel ribbon in it. This is the most disappointing Baskin-Robbins I have ever been to. First of all, I had to wait quite a while. Why the only person working made at least four or five orders to put in the freezer. The place was empty, except for myself. When I ordered my mocha blast, I was told there blenders do not work. That means I could not even have a milkshake. I ordered a quart of hand packed ice cream from my wife after spending almost 30 minutes waiting for her to do something for me and ask her to fill it to the top please. Well, my wife just opened it up and told me it was only 3/4 full. I've been going to Baskin Robbins for at least 50 years and this is the worst ever. Whoever was the tall, heavyset woman working today between 3 and 4 PM. Should look for another type of work. Whoever manages this place or owns the franchise had better do something quick. Stopped in at this location to grab some ice cream as a treat after a recital. This was the first time my girls had been to a baskin robins and they were happily overwhelmed with options. One of them opted for the birthday cake style ice cream and the other the cotton candy. I opted for an altered mangonada drink (no spicy peppers). Everything was tasty. The staff was pleasant albeit a little distracted. But they helped us and answered all our questions. The place appeared clean inside which is a plus. My son and I decided to try somewhere new to get some ice cream since it is National Ice cream day. It was Fairly busy when we got inside, but we were greeted right away and asked if we'd like to try any samples. We tried a few and decided what we'd like. Before I ordered I asked what kind of deals they had for National ice cream day and the boy at the counter told me none. I was pretty shocked although I did hear a lady arguing with him about some coupon when I walked in. I let it go and just ordered even though I was surprised at the fact he said no promotions. We're happening today. I ordered two scoops in a cup and a cone single scoop. Not was over $10. That's a bit pricy for me. I could've went to the water and ice store and had some Thrifty"s and not only saved money, but better service as well. After I got home I was a still a bit bothered. To some people it may be stupid, but that's part of why we went out. So I looked up their website and saw they WERE having a promotion today with their app. But one get one free if you buy a cone . I would've got that if I'd have known. This has left me irritated and annoyed that either the employee didn't care of not informed. I find that hard to believe in such a big ice cream holiday for an ice cream business. I drove an extra six miles to get to this location and won't be back. Flavors were ok, but not my favorite. One of our favorite options for ice cream in Surprise. They also have really good sundaes- we got the Reese's peanut butter one and it was delicious! If you download the store's app they always have great coupons. This place is about 5 minutes or so from our house. I always forget that it is here, and that might be a good thing! Ice cream is my favorite food, and if I always remembered it was here, I would be even larger than I already am! My wife and sons birthdays are both in January, so Baskin Robbins sent them a free scoop of ice cream coupon for their birthday. We got a scoop of chocolate for my son, some gold medal ribbon for my wife and I went with a scoop of chocolate almond and a scoop of cookie dough. With the coupons, my total was only like $2.40 (I think it should have been like $4.40 because of my 2 scoops, but whatever..I'm not complaining lol). When I picked up the cake I noticed two small children running around the store I was confused to where the parents were and asked one of the employees where these kids parents were and she pointed to another employee and said they were hers. Do Not Order a Cake from them. Their customer service is non-existant. We bought the small one for $30 and we each got a piece and left 1/2 of it on our plates and 1/2 the cake. No one wanted it.
