For hygiene purposes, I recommend having attendants use a tissue, napkin, or gloves when handling waffle cones rather than touching them with bare hands. During my visit, the same employee was operating the cash register while also preparing ice cream, which meant they were handling both money and food. I believe this small change would help reinforce good food-handling practices and provide customers with an even greater experience.
