He didn't play the typical dealership games, he didn't try to hide numbers, and he was completely transparent. He even communicated with me on his actual day off to ensure my exact target price was approved and ready for a 5:00 PM closing. He is honest, straightforward, and earned every bit of a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, the Finance Manager, Keeley Murphy, completely ruined the vibe of what should have been a celebratory milestone. We went into the back office with our agreed-upon numbers and our down payment ready. The second we politely but firmly declined his pitch for extended warranties and protection packages, his entire demeanor flipped. The friendliness instantly vanished, and he became completely dismissive and cold.
