Very impressed... We got here late and were afraid we wouldn't be accepted because it said that it closed in 58 minutes. We were welcomed with smiley faces. We sat down and we ordered a chipotle enchiladas. They were absolutely delicious filled with chicken and smothered in cheese. They also came with an avocado salad, which is something we've never had before, but was delicious. We are fortunate to talk to the owner a little bit and told him how pleased I was that we were welcomed in so kindly and waited on with smiles despite arriving late. The restaurant was very clean, bright cheerful with a simple button, attractive decor. The food was a great value for the money. read more

Ordered underwear from Duluth on 12/23/24. Received email the next day station label created, awaiting carrier. Contacted Duluth on 1/6/25 to check status as it still showed not picked up by carrier. They put in a replacement order and emailed me a return shipping label for "when the original order arrives". Still no original order and no replacement order. Then received a form letter from the 'CEO' apologizing for the poor service and how much better Duluth was going to be, It went to all customers, I'm not special. I called today to request a refund since nothing showed in transit. Escalated to a 'manager' when was told the same thing, they are on the way. Explained to the manger my situation and requested a refund. First was told, the same, on the way, when stated I still wanted a refund and if they showed, I would send them back. Said she couldn't do this, then later said, " I could give you the refund today, but you'd have to go through the hassle of sending them back. I said ok, I have a label already. Then it was" NO, I can't do a refund, you misunderstood." Got online and found there are multiple complaining of the very same thing. I.m out $75, but the CEO of Duluth send me a form letter, along with thousand more to customers without their merchandise, Does the term 'Class-Action" come to mind? I plan on taking the $250--$300 I've spent with them since before and after Christmas back to the local store for a refund and take my clothing needs elsewhere. read more

BAD customer service. Long wait times on phone. I am at 3 hours as I write this and still have not talked to a person. Just bad music and repeating to please stay on the line and that I am being connected with a customer service representative. I hope my phone battery does not go dead. The order is incomplete although it is listed as complete. And since it is a gift for Christmas and I ordered it so that it would get here early, I am so disappointed. About half of my wardrobe is from Duluth. Their clothes are comfortable, well-made, and at times a little quirky with more pockets than you may expect. My only complaint is that I can order something I like very much, but when I want to order another a few months later it is no longer available. Delivery is prompt. read more

WARNING!! I am having the same issue as other complaints on this site. I placed my order on 12/12/2024. I received a tracking number on 12/16/24. As of 12/24/24, The carrier has still not received the shipment from the sender. When I called Duluth, I was told that the issue was with the carrier. I explained that the carrier never received the shipment from Duluth. When I requested to have my order canceled, they said they would not cancel it until after the new year. If I could give this company zero stars I would! Ordered something online and after initial computer generated reply never heard again when it was going to be shipped or any kind of tracking. I tried the chat feature on the site and it wasn't working and left me hanging for a human for over an hour and then called the customer service number and was on hold for 1 1/4 HOURS!!! FINALLY was told no worries it'll be delivered by Christmas. Nothing for a couple more weeks and still nothing except email after email trying sell me something. I will never order anything from this company online again, and wish that I had looked up reviews before I made a purchase. It has been a couple weeks since I placed my order and I still have yet to get any type of confirmation and it hasn't been processed or even a tracking number generated. when you try to get any type of customer service you end up waiting hours on hold just to get. Those of you who enjoy high quality products and buying gear and clothing that will last a lifetime will enjoy this store. This is actually a very well known store online and has a brick and mortar store in downtown Duluth. Those of you who are used to shopping at this store online will find no surprises when entering. For those of you who are not used to higher prices for active gear and clothing will be in for a sticker price shock. I will say that I have never bought something from them that I haven't liked. For men starting shirt prices are generally at $40+ and for women they are $30+ ... if you are okay with these prices then you won't be disappointed. If these prices are too steep for you then this may not be the store for you. They are actually known for their underwear collection for men and if you are willing to make the investment especially for active men on long/over night hiking trips and camping trips I really don't think you will be disappointed. They're dry-wicking collection for both men and women is also very good as well... great for those of us who are active and enjoy running, hiking, etc. and also great to wear for mundane tasks like shoveling snow. While in the store location I actually needed to buy some matches for camping, they only had waterproof matches that were $10 for a box (not really what I was looking for but I was in a bind) they actually came in handy when it did start to rain while we were camping. What's not to love? Cheeky posters and comments strewn about were enough to make my mother blush and my father laugh aloud. I picked up some make-your-own-skorts shorts. They are amazing! Perfect length for what I needed AND followed through on the promise of sweat prevention (tested in Mexico and passed with flying colors) Also great lengths on the men's shirts. An excellent (and cooling) fit for our 6.5' son. They carry a variety of different types of clothes- for every type of weather. Huge success for us. As I wandered the aisles of this small store with the big online presence, a salesperson looked at me and said 'If you buy nothing else, I highly recommend the underwear'. When the delivery date passed, I called and was told that the item had just came in and would ship quickly. When I received shipping data it has traveled from Nevada to Illinois and back to origin at Nevada. When I talked to customer service, I was told I could have canceled the back order. The clothing is absolutely great! The customer service on the other hand is the worst i've experienced in many years! On 1.11.2021 at 7:19 p.m. I was placing an order and at the end when it was time to checkout and review my information the website froze/stuck when the website was working again it said thank you for your order. (sounds great right! ) I received a email confirmation and the order defaulted to the last address I sent an order to, Germany my son is stationed there and that's where my order was going. Less than a minute, I called customer service and was told once the order has been submitted it cannot be altered or changed in any way and it must go to Germany and my son must refuse delivery, and then it goes back to the warehouse and then they would send it to me or refund my money. (what the hell!) Disappointed I hung up and within another 15 minutes I called again hoping I would get somebody with more knowledge on how to fix this, the representative said they can email the warehouse and try to stop the order, I asked for the warehouse number they said they did not have it themselves. On 1.12.2021 I received an email late that night from the warehouse stating they were able to cancel the order. ((Dear Randy: Due to the late hour, I am unable to call you, but the warehouse was able to cancel your Duluth Trading Company Web Order #WEB12031084.)) The next morning I called customer service and gave them the details of the mishap and I was reassured everything is now okay, so I had them duplicate the first order with the correct address. Years ago their underwear was excellent. I had a 42" inch waist then and wore an X-large. Now I'm a 34-35" waist. It should be a Medium, but Mediums were way too tight. Tried a Large, still way too tight. Had to go to an X-Large for proper waist fit. Of course now, the pant leg size of the boxers is more like a skirt and don't function as underpants. Over priced products pushed with ridiculously false advertising... Firehose cargo pants?.... Perfect for EMT and first responders uniforms?.. So tough a wild boars tusk could not penetrate them?....As an EMT-P that sounded pretty good so I bought 3 pair of them in black to use as part of my uniform. They seemed to work ok for a day or two... but then started to fade out after the very first washing - and they were washed strictly in accordance to the instructions given. By the second wash they were no longer black enough to be considered acceptable as part of my uniform. So I retired them from their very short EMS service and replaced them with something else, but continued to wear them for other activities. A few months later I noticed a hole developing in the left rear pockets where my wallet was rubbing through the material. Material in the knees of one pair also tore just from climbing over a fallen log on a hunting trip. Tough enough to repell a boars tooth?.... yeah right. Then holes also delevoped in the front pockets to the point my car keys could not even be carried in them. I called Duluth Trading about all these problems and was told I could ship the pants back to them and they would send me another pair.. And who was going to pay for the postage to send their defective products back to them so they could send me another defective product back?.... Me, of course. This is false advertising and illegal. We returned our items and thankfully kept the receipts because we have still yet to see the refund come through. The best underwear I have ever had. The fit is so tailored and comfy. And the cotton is so soft. Very happy with them. Customer service is great too. Also tried a pair of capris from them. I'd like to start off by saying I've purchased a lot of Jeans and underwear from here. This is the first pair I've had issues with in all of them. The pair I attempted to return had the seam rip just below the crotch. Jeans were a year and 4 months old. Store associate said they couldn't do anything for me since they were this over a year old and the cause was likely cause I wore my pants too low... yes he really did say that. So I proceeded to ask him if the jeans I'm wearing right now are too low, which he said no. They are Duluth trading jeans and I wear my jeans like a normal adult. More disappointed in the fact that nothing was offered " No Bull means if something goes wrong, we will always treat you right." I certainly don't feel rightly treated. This should say, no bull for the first year only. Store associate seemed like he cared, he was just handcuffed with what he could do. They didn't even offer a discount on a new pair. First of all the clothing I've purchased from Duluth Trading Company is top notch. Very comfortable and very durable. However, stay away from their on line ordering. It only takes a couple days to get an order shipped out but they use something called UPS Mail Innovations. The order starts out via UPS then when it gets to my city it is taken to the main post office a block away from the UPS terminal. This adds one or more days to the delivery time. My latest order criss crossed the Midwest with UPS then was mailed to my local post office. The package was received on 03/24/2022 at our local post office, "Package Acceptance Pending." Today is 03/26/2022. No package yet. This mode of delivery makes no sense. How can this be cost effective? Again, fantastic product, lousy delivery!! I recommend finding a Duluth store front and buying direct. read more
