So they were the least expensive so I thought good deal ,right, so the gentleman I was on the phone with helped me by setting me an appointment for 2 weeks later .I came in for the Appointment and the gentleman working said there was no Appointment set up with my name on it, I should have gone home, because a small incident happened that could of been nothing just by taken a look at it . Well they did a great job by putting in the Stereo, that evening after I got home noticed the dome light was still on, I thought no big deal,they would take a look at it for me. Because all consumers have the right to get it back in the same condition you drop it off, so I give him a call and he said he didn't do it , how would you know if you don't look at it, and he wasn't going to look.

It was mostly minor things though like oil changes, ball joints, and window tint. Through these little jobs they built up trust with me. I purchased a project car and went to them for advice on things that needed to get done. I planned on using them for the majority of it due to the trust built. I needed some body work on my car and I asked them about it. They said they could do it. I asked how much upfront for them to start. They said 2500. A day or two later I brought the 2500 and my car. These boys had my car for 3-4 years. I would stop in and check on it and they'd give me some excuse as to why they aren't done or made any real progress. I'm patient so I gave them the benefit of the doubt although a know a little a day will take you a long way. They never reached out to me to give me an update or even tell me if I needed to purchase other parts. Just excuse after excuse. Finally I took them to court. They had a sob story to tell me which I feel was a ploy to give them more time because that's what they wanted. I ended up only getting half my money back for a tiny bit of work they did which is robbery but I just don't want to deal with them anymore. To anyone thinking of using them I will advise you not to. In some shape or form they will do bad business with you no matter what type of person you are.

I scheduled the appointment for install through them and my appointment was Saturday at 10am. I showed up at 9:50. No one is there. Thats fine. Per the hours posted on the door they open at 10am. 10:20 someone finally opens the shop. My guy is not here yet. I was told repeatedly "He's on the way." 10:40 I overhear that he has called asking what they want for breakfast. 11:05 he still hasn't arrived. I get the response again "He's on the way". I left. Ran an errand and drove back by 12:20 and his bay is still closed. Rescheduled my appointment for 2 pm figuring he's not a morning person. But surely he'll have himself together and be there. Pull up to my appointment at 2:05. Whole shop is closed. Hours posted on the door that they are open from 10am-4pm. I will drive to another town. After both appointments which I left several voicemails trying to see what is going on for my appointments. No one called to apologize, reschedule, nothing. They do not care about their customers. I wish I could give 0 stars.
