So they were the least expensive so I thought good deal ,right, so the gentleman I was on the phone with helped me by setting me an appointment for 2 weeks later .I came in for the Appointment and the gentleman working said there was no Appointment set up with my name on it, I should have gone home, because a small incident happened that could of been nothing just by taken a look at it . Well they did a great job by putting in the Stereo, that evening after I got home noticed the dome light was still on, I thought no big deal,they would take a look at it for me. Because all consumers have the right to get it back in the same condition you drop it off, so I give him a call and he said he didn't do it , how would you know if you don't look at it, and he wasn't going to look.

By that time they'd sold me a new amp that "I needed". This, too, turned out to be a lie. I finally let them sell me one of their units. All this over the course of three days! Without consulting me, they mounted the amplifier in the middle of the floor behind the driver's seat. It is subject to damage because of its exposed location. I drove away with their unit install after paying them over $1000.00. I got about 2 miles away and couldn't make a call thru their installed stereo. I returned and the fixed it in about 15 minutes. I left again and returned after only a couple of blocks because of background static. This, too, they fixed in minutes. When I got home that Friday, I went to set up my equalizer. I had balance (left and right) but no fade ( front to back). They wired it wrong! On Monday I called and Ray said to bring it in and they'd "make it right". I drove the 30 miles and when I arrived, Ray, the manager, wouldn't talk to me. Instead, John came out and, without even looking at the problem said that my stereo didn't have a fade. This, of course, was another lie. He then said they would rewire it to work ( as they should have done in the first place!) for an additional $200.00 to $300.00. They got paid and screwed it up then they wanted me to pay them to fix their mistakes. I drove away before I lost my temper with these crooks
