Removed parking brake lock (car can be pulled out of park without using the brake pedal) 3. Removed CHECK ENGINE light from dash. (Computer was still throwing codes) Let me repeat, THEY REMOVED THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT BULB. Now I have no idea when the computer is throwing codes. Hell the car could be running lean or rich or have a vaccum leak and I wouldn't have a damn clue. What? Fixing the car wasn't good enough for you Phil? You had to break shit and remove probably the most important light in the vehicle? *sigh* If you plan on taking your vehicle there, you'll get your issues fixed but be sure fully inspect your car when you get it back to see what has been damaged or removed. But I'm going to a new mechanic, one who isn't utterly dishonest.
