Answer: 10 Comments: I would rate Wizard Auto Specialties as a 100+. I was recommended by two other Body Shops to visit Wizard Auto Specialties for my GMC as it was severely damaged by a large truck. Their reputation is stellar! My experience was awesome as I had been getting the run around by another Body shop owned by a National Chain. I was at the end of my rope until I spoke with Tracey at Wizard over the phone and set up an appointment. I met with Tracey and her brother Greg. After meeting with them and learning about their family owned business of (38) plus years I knew in my heart they were the folks I wanted to work with. I walked out of the meeting feeling completely stress free and relieved that I was in good hands. Their level of expertise, attention to detail and integrity is second to none. High quality, quick, reliable, fair, and honest!…read more I own a Smart car and so it can be difficult finding a shop that actually knows how to work and Smart cars and won't charge you an arm and a leg for it. But the other day, my Smart car wouldn't start. I tried jumping it, and it still wouldn't start. So I thought maybe it was the starter or the alternator. My Smart car was now a dumb car. So I called around to see if anyone close by could work on Smart cars. I spoke with the owner, Mark, first and not only did he say that they could fix whatever issue it was, but he also told me to check with my insurance company to see if they would cover the cost of the tow. (And they did, so bonus points for the free tow!) But anyway, I had it towed, and I told them that I thought it might be the starter. They got back to me within a few hours and let me know that it was only the battery. They sent me a quote via email and it was a lot less than I was expecting. I even compared the battery price to the price of batteries at a few "local" parts stores. And the cost of the battery itself was way less than what any part store would have charged me. They had the work done within a few hours and I was able to get it back quickly. I can't recommend the team at All Auto Repair more highly. They are great people and great to work with. My car is Smart once again.

After calling in a tow truck back to Wells, feeling like our trip was ruined, we got word that a team of mechanics were en route with another replacement van and were going to repair the original van in order to get themselves back home. By the next day we were on our way and feeling renewed on our adventure! The Hop Shops service was expedient, friendly (helped me switch all our many things and gear to the new van), and very good mechanics as they fixed the van on the go!
