Read your response Roel and as I mentioned to you and Jeff I do not daily drive my truck, my trip to lucky peak and McCall is how it had the 600 miles. Other than the 2 trips it sits in my garage and I told you both this. Second the very small indentation you tried to point out I was aware of as well as a similar one on the driver back quarter panel. Your attempt to somehow point out that I am not aware of something of other blemishes is totally ridiculous and does not prove anything but a sad attempt to deflect. Third, no response regarding something so basic as making sure the customers hood is closed before leaving your shop. Sip, nothing regarding that mistake Roel! I honestly can't recommend Jeff and the team at Morales Auto enough. We had a cracked flex plate on our 2018 Ford. We had taken it elsewhere and were told our "best case" was at least $10,000 but they suggested just taking it as a loss?? Well 2 weeks before Christmas that was not what we wanted to hear. Found Morales and took it in for a second opinion and man am I glad we did. Jeff was open, honest, and kept in near constant contact with me for updates throughout. Not only were they able to fix our car but for FAR FAR less than we were quoted! I HIGHLY recommend Jeff and the team at Morales. They got my truck squared away ahead of time and kept me updated throughout the process. The prices are absolutely fair, and it was so nice interacting with a legitimate shop that doesn't try to gouge you on pricing or unnecessary repairs. With their vehicle inspections, they caught an alignment issue that I had been worried about for a couple years and was promised by another shop that it wasn't a problem. They recommended I take it to Big O next door and just as they had thought, the alignment was severely off. I has been driving like this for almost 2 years and no other shop caught this ! I recently looked all over YELP for an auto repair shop in Nampa. I wanted a 5 star establishment to work on my 2021 Cadillac XT6 that I had just purchased. After reading a boatload of reviews, I choose Morales Auto Repair to service my radiator, also a Mobile 1 oil and filter change, a transmission oil flush and a 4 wheel tire rotation. I could not be happier with the top of the line service I received. I had my XT6 in their shop the night before. They had my ride serviced and completely finished before end of the next day. My XT6 went in clean and came out just as clean when the work was completed. They definitely pay attention to the details. The price was right and my Cadillac rides like a dream. No hidden charges, no gimmicks either. Jeff Crawford is their Service Adviser. He is a quality dude. He's upfront and completely honest. He's the face of the company. He put me at ease reassuring me everything will be done to my complete satisfaction. Well, if I could give Morales Auto Repair 10 Stars, I would. The entire team is a class act. I highly recommend! I highly recommend this shop and it's mechanics! My wife and I were on a road trip to to Oregon and our car started to have problems near Boise. Fearing our car and our road trip would be sidelined, we gave Morales Auto Repair a call. Despite their current workload and queue of cars to work on, Roel at the shop made time for us and did a quick inspection. He was able to quickly diagnose our problem, and help us fix it while we waited. The problem needed up being relatively minor but he was honest with us and got us back on the road when our fears had us thinking our vacation was at risk. I was very impressed with my experience at Morales Auto. I was on my way to Oregon and my car started overheating. Long story short, it turns out my head gaskets were blown. I came in early on a Friday, and Roel the owner was able to get me in and diagnose the problem quickly. He answered all of my questions and even offered me a tissue when I started crying because it was pretty overwhelming. My car was in his shop for about a week. He sent me daily text updates with photos of what they were doing, and called me a few times as well. When I picked up the car he even showed me on the car the work they'd done. I'm a visual person so that was helpful. I highly recommend this mechanic. They are trustworthy, patient and do excellent work at a fair price! read more
