Max, the owner, was highly recommended by my neighbor so I gave him a call & explained my problem. It was a Saturday so I figured I'd have to wait until Monday maybe, but no, he told me he was finishing up a job and he'd call me back within an hour or so. It was probably 30 minutes approx. and he took my address and said he'd be at my home in about 39 minutes. It was maybe 20 minutes & Max & Jay asked some Q's and got right to work. They were working on my major clog near where my main line goes out to the road (I have public sewer) for about 3 hrs altogether. They were successful, thank god, and didn't leave a mess in my basement. The price was reasonable especially for being on a weekend and on short notice.
