We are…read morefrom San Diego and went to the Roctober Model Rocketry launch at the Lucerne Valley dry lake bed. Our experience with his company was amazing, because he is so great! First off, the trailer we rented was in great shape and very comfortable. We met him at the site and he delivered the trailer, which was a huge help. Everyything in the trailer was in good working order and, additionally, Mike provided items that other companies (we have used other companies to rent before) don't! For example, he provides toilet paper, paper towels and all other paper goods! Also, Mike checks on you during your stay to make sure things are going well and there are no issues. For people that are coming from out of town as we were, this was very welcome! The most important and wonderful thing was that, while we were at the rocket launch, we got hit with a huge rainstorm one night that turned the site into a muddy mess! Mike made special arrangements to get us a friend's large military truck to get us and our truck out of there so we wouldn't be stuck after the weekend. He felt that this was his duty as we were his customers! He and his friends personally made sure we got out safe and sound! Frankly, I have never experienced that type of customer concern and loyalty! Mike has an incredible view of what it means to provide customer service and he truly cares about his customers. We will absolutely use him again anytime we have an RV need in his area! He and his company are just the best, giving me new faith in humankind!

The towels were clean and crisp, the bedding immaculate, they provided pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, toilet paper, paper towel, etc ( they even included a camping outdoor rug, 2 camping chairs and beautiful decor) The owners, a beautiful couple, were very informative, didn't lose patience with the many questions we asked them before booking and answered quickly when we had questions during our stay. They were very generous to us and treated us like friends although it was our first time using them. Based on how it was handled, it felt like this may have been a known issue, but it was brushed off. When I returned the RV, I was 10 minutes late and was charged a $50 late fee. I understand policies, but that felt excessive given the situation. I also saw a sign in their office offering free generator hours or miles for leaving Yelp/Facebook reviews, which made me question the review process. Our RV was broken into 2 times less than a year. The first time we found out it was broken into, it could have been like that for at least a month without anyone letting us know. The thieves stole at least $5,000 of our things including military uniforms, cut the stereo out of the wall, and priceless memorabilia that I will never get back. The storage employees seemed upset but did nothing to reimburse us. I thought it was an inside job just how they evaded the camera and seemed to know we had a lot of stuff in the RV even though all the windows were covered. However, they denied it saying they had good Christian workers...Christians never go to jail I guess. The second time was about a month ago. I did get a phone call this time, but soon found out that the RV had been broken into at least a week or more before the phone call (more like a month). They said they just got a new camera which was not working when we went to go review the video due to a power surge or something. They got the video to work but the picture was so bad and dark, you couldn't see anything except that the window still looked like it had been propped open for awhile. Then, some random guy, whom I've never met, said he thought it was from the previous break-in attempt, but then his story changed to we had taken it out and then brought it back this way, oh and another story changed to they didn't notice it. First, we never took our RV out since moving it in Aug 2014, not once! Second, how would he know as I've never seen him and it wasn't that window they broke into. Third, why the story changed. They offered me rent free for the second break-in, but I'm not stupid enough to keep it there any longer and moved it a week later to a much better place in Ontario. There are some nice RVs in the storage and I wish I could warn them all to move. It is not worth the risk.
