If you're in the Southern California area and need RV maintenance or upgrades, you should definitely consider RV Supply Center in Hesperia, CA. After about 6 months of owning our 5th wheel, we had a list of small items that needed attention. I contacted our local dealer to schedule an appointment, and was asked "Did you buy your RV from us?". I responded "no", and was blown away to hear "we aren't taking any new clients, sorry". I was a bit upset, but, no reason to cry over spilt milk, let's figure this out. I contacted the RV manufacturer, and they instructed me to take our RV to any maintenance center I wished, except Camping World. Being a first time RV owner, choosing somewhere to service our new baby felt daunting, but after talking to a few experienced, local RV owners we decided on RV Supply Center in Hesperia, CA. Now we're a little over a year into RV ownership, and after a couple trips to RV Supply Center, I'm happy to report that Grand Design and RV Supply Center have been pure gold to work with. Grand Design has approved all the warranty work needed (damaged trim, things coming loose, broken thermostat, toasted converter, and other small items) without hassle, and RV Supply has performed the work in a timely manner, with exceptional service, and attention to detail. Recently our converter went out under warranty. Nathaniel, our service advisor, recommended we upgrade to a Progressive Dynamics converter. I told him I was on board, to let me know what the difference between what Grand Design covered, and the upgrade was. I get a call a few days later saying the upgraded converter had been approved by Grand Design, and was already installed. Having issues with your brand new RV, can be frustrating, but having a manufacturer that is quick to approve repairs, and a service center that does quality work, in a timely fashion, makes it much easier to endure. This matter was arbitrated by the California Bureau of Automotive repair (BAR). After a compelling inspection, it was only then did the service center concede towards any sort of reasonable resolve. It is a shame it had to go that far. We did receive a sizable refund and for that I did bump up the previous rating one star. We lost a major portion of the years best camping season, and experienced an especially irritating, aggravating, and obnoxious situation. Now after several months we can get the slide-out repaired from the damage that occurred after they improperly adjusted it. The remaining repairs I have personally repaired and or will live with. As an update on the slide out issue. It disgusts me to find out what a simple remedy to the issue we had. First inspection found the four lock bolts were left loose. The adjustment they made was not balanced. In looking at parallel the work they did dropped one side only 11/16", it had to be raised about 3/8", and the other side lowered 3/8". Lock bolts were tightened to proper torque. The work took less than 15 min. The slide works like it should and better than it ever has. If I had left it up to RV supply to repair the situation I would have potentially had to drive 400 miles and cost me two days of my time. Still I don't know if they would have fixed the problem or know how since their initial adjustment miscalculated, incomplete, and mishandled. Because the fail was so atrocious, inconsiderate, and obvious, I took the star rating back down to one. The original work did some damage to the seals which may be put off to a later date if we would ever need to completely remove the slide for some reason. That would cost 2-3 times the refund they gave us. In the mean while we will do the best to band-aid them and live with it. read more

I brought my toy hauler in here for a new awning. We were able to order one and get it delivered before I brought the trailer in. I had some issues with the original appointment, and they worked with me to reschedule multiple times. They completed the work the same day, and even threw in some straps to wrap around the arms of the awning. The price of the awning fabric replacement was less than the 10 other quotes i got, and the fabric is good quality as well. Nathanial was great in showing me the new awning and helping me get everything situated before i left. I got a quote for some other work that was more than reasonable in comparison to other shops as well. They have an abundance of parts on site, so they could have done that work the same day as well if I wanted. Mike & Nathanial were very accommodating in explaining what was necessary and what the costs were on the quote. I honestly felt like they cared about me when talking to them, and would definitely recommend this place in the future. read more

I was looking for an Onan generator repair shop and saw RV supply was on Onans website as an authorized service center. I was advised by Mike that they did not have an Onan certified technician but can work on Onan generators. Found out later that they are not an authorized service center and cannot perform warranty work if the genset is still under warranty. Diagnostics could not be performed until they removed the generator from the trailer at an extra cost. Repair was delayed with an endless list of excuses with us ultimately getting the generator installed and the trailer back a month after taking it to them. During this time extra charges were incurred with an oil change and bolt replacment that I was told was "required". During the generator repairs I picked up the trailer to store at my house for safety. When I arrived home I found the technician had removed my kingpin Teflon plate allowing damage to the surface of hitch. It took a two weeks of phone calls to get RV supply to put me back on the schedule to have the generator reinstalled. I received a phone call the day I was to pick it up stating my fuel pump was leaking and should be replaced for $500 due to fire danger. I declined the repairs and went to pick up the trailer only to find the technician had once again removed the Teflon plate from the hitch. Once home I repaired the leak by tightening the fuel pump brass fitting to the correct torque. I also found the new bracket installed by RV supply was mounted so it rubbed on the frame of the trailer causing a chirping noise whenever the generator was running. I adjusted it to stop the noise. The following week I found an oil spot under the generator and traced it to the new oil filter installed by RV supply. I asked to speak to the owner several time during this process but only got so far as to speak to Nathan. I would not recommend RV supply for repairs or service for the above reasons. read more

I had my Grand Design Reflection 5th wheel in for bearing repack and brake check. They found some issues with the magnets and drums that required replacement. These people put in the extra effort to get the work covered under warranty by the axle manufacturer and got me back on the road. Thank you for your efforts and communication throughout. read more

Mark, the "owner" of this place is proud to tell you he is a God fearing Christian and believes he is going to his maker with a clear conscience. Judge for yourself. We live in our brand new Open Range 5th wheel and had a problem with the hot water heater cycling on an off every two or three minutes (after replacing a defective ignitor board). We contacted this place and as a Dometic/Atwood authorized warranty shop, they said they could fix it. Even though their Website advertises mobile service, they really don't offer that service (so I guess that makes them Christian "false advertisers" as well). So we unhooked our coach, dragged over to these people on their schedule and they had it for nearly a week. After researching the issue, they determined that adjustments needed to be made at cost to me of $120. The claim they called the hot water heater manufacturer who said this was not their problem, but did not even make a note of the name of the person they spoke to (very professional). So I pay the bill. I get the coach back to the park, hook it all up, and - THE HOT WATER HEATER CYCLES ON AND OFF EVERY TWO MINUTES. So I went through all of this hassle; these people had my coach for a week and gave it back to me claiming it worked; charged me $120; left the water pump and the hot water heater going the whole time, which ran down the battery, shutting down the refrigerator spoiling a whole bunch of food (which "they are not responsible for in any way, shape or form") and I am right where I started. AND AT FIRST THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT - I HAVE TO BRING THE COACH BACK TO THEM SO THEY CAN TAKE ANOTHER RUN AT SCREWING IT UP!! Strangely, after my conversation with the owner in which I demanded a refund (which the owner laughed at) and I made it clear I intended to share my experience here for all to see and be warned, they called back and offered me a refund. They also charged me $120 to investigate why my furnace is not working which bought me a story that there must be a broken wire, which they will gladly fix for only another $800. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF - THEY TALK NICE TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR AND THEN STEAL YOU BLIND. DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT - TAKE YOUR RV TO THIS PLACE. read more

I don't believe these guys are on the up and up, I went sometime ago looking at Satellite systems for my RV, I explained what I had and they told me my existing satellite antenna wasn't compatible with todays services, that turned out to be false. Last week I went to them for parts to repair my RV leveler system, they showed me two parts both would have worked so I purchased both. I repaired my system and took the unused part back only to find out they don't accept returns on electrical parts, which wasn't disclosed to me at purchase or posted that I noticed. There are three places in the Hesperia/Victorville are for RV parts that I'm aware of Range RV, Affordable RV and RV Supply Center, Range and Affordable offer Military Discounts but not RV Supply. I'm pretty sure I won't be returning there for any more supplies and I don't recommend them to anyone. read more

DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE!!! I took a 10k pound toy box trailer there with a brake problem. The brakes were going in and out while in use. They told me in order to complete the diagnosis they had to take the hub apart and would have to re-pack the wheel bearings $390. I agreed to have it done. The next day they called and said they thought it was the magnets and power wire in the center axle. Another $250 for 2 magnets 8 foot of wire and labor when they already had the hubs apart to pack the bearings. As I was driving out of the parking lot the brakes went out. I returned to the shop and they informed me they had no way to test the brakes due to not having a vehicle to tow the trailer. How can you say you fixed something with no way to test it. Against my better judgment I left my personal truck at the shop for them to attempt to fix it. They then told me it was the connectors on the back axle. They fixed at no charge. A week later leaving for a trip and the brakes go out again. Take it to the shop and they say it is now the connectors on the front axle. About 250 miles from home and the brakes fail again. I called and spoke to Nathaniel and asked for some money back on labor. About $200 due to the fact the issue was not resolved and now I have to pay someone else to fix it. After phone tag for about 3 weeks and never getting a return call, I walked into the shop and spoke to Nathaniel. He stated it is not his fault the brakes stopped working after the trailer left the shop. He offered to look at the trailer if I brought it back to the shop. How can I drive it to the shop 250 miles away with no brakes. $650 dollars later my trailer in 250 miles fro. Home with no brakes. This place has the worst customer service and says they will fix something and never fix it. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER RV PLACES IN THE HIGH DESERT WHO WILL STAND BY THEIR WORK. P.S. I also had a friend getting warranty work done o his trailer and when he went to pick it up theny had backed another trailer into the front of it. read more

We had two vehicles worked on this winter. The first one they had for months to work on and finish the repairs. We wanted the holding tanks flushed and new valves put on. Neither tank was flushed, both were left 2/3 full (black and gray) and there was a clog in the black tank line that was never found and the first time it was used, it required 3 hours work to clear. And we were charged for this service that was never done. While it was at the shop, 25 DVDs "disappeared". They sealed the roof but left big black boot marks all over the roof. The second unit was my horse trailer with living quarters. They were supposed to clean and service the fridge and hot water heater. They didn't clean the outside of either. They were both full of dirt after the so called service. While it was at their shop, my heavy duty adapter and pigtail and heavy duty gage extension cord (25 feet) were stolen. I found out when I went to a show the day I picked up the trailer and had no extension cord or adapter but no extension cord was returned or replaced. That's an $75 extension cord. The management was asked directly of the RV tanks were empty and they lied right to his face. They a!so denied the extension cord was in the horse trailer. I had used that cord for three years. it was there. You cannot trust these people and they do shoddy work, if its done at all. read more

I was having Norcold Refrigerator problems I went to them to see about installing a new residential fridge. They measured the location but asked what was the issue currently with the unit I explained what I perceived to be the issue. I brought it back on a Monday it took a week or so. They fixed it saving us at least a couple of thousand $$$. I am very happy with the work and recommend them for parts and service. read more

Quoted me a price on an Remco auquajet water pump costing me $200.00. What, I got was a Rebel, which is an inferior model that I could have bought on line delivered for $130.00. They bait you with one thing, then do the switch. Mike's front man was confrontational and inflammatory with me, kept trying to put words in my mouth, and was argumentative. Now that I have come on Yelp, I see how many negative reviews there are. Once someone lies to me, and being ripped off is the same as being lied to, I can't do business with them ever again. Attempted to obtain a refund for labor and shipping for work and parts that I never received. RV SUPPLY inflated a work order over two weeks after the original work order was typed. The only work that was completed was a toilet install and an hour worth of labor to diagnose my generator which was never even pulled out...how can a generator be fully diagnosed without being pulled out? RV SUPPLY even had the audacity to throw in the statement they are a Christian Company and would never rip anyone off. Yet, as a customer who paid an overage on estimated work as a deposit and since said work was never performed and parts never shipped to complete my original work order, RV SUPPLY has adapted MONEY FIRST, CUSTOMER LAST way of doing their "Christian" business. After attempting to obtain my refund for two weeks, RV SUPPLY continues to argue and berate me to such an undignified level of bad business I strongly urge anyone to have the work done first and THEN pay, because they will keep every nickel and even though they know I'm disabled and on a fixed income, they still argue with me and refuse to refund my money. Stay away from this business! Calling the BBB today if not resolved, simply highway robbery and using their Christianity to rip ppl off! read more

I am an experienced RVer who has had many dealings with RV Dealers and their service centers. I currently own a 2014 Grand Design fifth wheel and needed some warranty work done and a second air conditioner installed. Unlike car dealers, RV dealers usually do not have the same philosophies when it comes to selling and then providing quality service after the purchase. I decided to come to RV Supply Center because they don't sell RVs, they service them! This in itself provides the consumer a more pleasurable experience because the success of this business is not reliant on the selling of units, but instead the service they provide. Thank goodness, my fifth wheel manufacturer approves these guys as a service center! I called about a month ahead and spoke to Mike and scheduled to drop off my unit. A few weeks later, I dropped off the unit and dealt with Nathaniel. He is truly a customer service extraordinaire. He addressed every issue with me at drop off and made sure that all warranty work would be addressed during the time they were keeping the unit. Nathaniel called me periodically over the course of the next few weeks to give me updates on the warranty process and the install of our second air conditioner. Keep in mind, the RV world does not work like a car service center. The turn around time is much longer! After it was all said and done, our trailer is complete, the warranty work was all handled with quality craftsmanship, the second air was added, and most importantly, I have found a true gem. A mom and pops business that is fair, reliable, and most importantly....honest. Thank you to Nathaniel and all the guys at RV SUPPLY CENTER! Kept the RV several days with a short list of items to do (all listed at $90 each, including cleaning the door lock that probably had dirt from the wind). Picked it up today--They has broken a key in the lock (got it out and gave a blank for us to go get cut). Couldn't fix the seatbelt strap that won't lock. You'd think a "supply" store could replace it. Worst part is they admitted to forgetting to latch the refrigerator door and the door fell off. They had it laying on the couch with two broken hinges and handle broke off completely. No offer to repair!!! Later we noticed the wall has a gash in it from the refrigerator door flying off and hitting it. How fast had they been going to have the door of an empty refrigerator fly off like that? (And where in their parking lot would they been going that fast?) will be having some conversations with someone in charge tomorrow!! Sadly, they were recommended by a friend. We don't recommend anyone take a chance. They were nice enough to wait for us to get there a bit late since we are not close and I couldn't get home from work in time for us to make closing time. read more

During our camping trip to Silverwood lake state park our shower head and hose broke in our travel trailer. We quickly found a RV place that was about 10 to 15 miles away in Hisperia and drove over to find a replacement part. There were two gentlemen that were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly found several solutions and items to help us fix our shower head. Within 15 minutes we were back on the road and at our campground with a fully functioning shower. Would highly recommend for all of your travel trailer needs. read more

We were traveling back from Utah and our break system on the trailer went out. We called RV Supply while and they fit us in for a quick look to see if they could assist us. The fee for the service was $85.00. The technician was able to find the problem on the unit itself and fixed it within 10 minutes. They waived the fee and we were on the road within 20 minutes tops. I am very thankful that they worked us in and would have gladly paid for the service. They were very customer service oriented in the store. I bought our trailer at Range Rv in May '15. Still fighting them with registration problems, but that is another story. I wanted solar panels, and Dish TV for our new travel digs. I first went to RV Supply for what I wanted done. I know the prices of things so I thought they were a little high on the price, so I went back to Range. They were two thirds higher than RV Supply for the same thing. So I went with RV Supply. I thought they got the job done timely, and the workmanship could not be better, Very happy with the solar panels. If you dry camp like the wife and I, you need these things. Fantastic! Runs the TV all night, and charges the two 6 volt batteries during the day. Pricey? Yes, but what I got is great. Good service, and seems like good people to deal with. Thanks Nathaniel (spelling). Normally, I would have just ordered from amazon, but I wanted to verify that something would fit before I purchased. The prices were almost identical to what I found online, but I was most pleased with the service and advice that I got from Nathan. We are experienced RV'ers who have been to many service centers both in CA and out of state. RV Supply Center's customer service relationship they build with the customer and the outstanding service work, goes above and beyond any shop we have ever been to. We have had some great shops but they don't even compare to RV supply in Oak Hills. Not only have we had service repairs done on our motorhome at RV Supply, they have also installed a complete towing system on our jeep to flat tow behind the motorhome. Once again...ABOVE AND BEYOND AMAZING! A shout out to Nathaniel especially, but the WHOLE team there is wonderful. We can't really say enough about them. Been a customer of this organization for at least 8 yrs, took our Motorhome to have generator looked at and repaired if needed it was having problems, upon picking this up vehicle up they took outside to the man who worked on it. He told us he had cleaned brushes and that he said to remove the cap on the air mixture screw . Told to adjust it as I see fit. Charged us a 146.00 for this, did as he said and had the same problem we orginially took it in for. Also lost the cap and had to retrieve it. Went back told Mike about it , after I had called Owen generator company and was told that cap should never be taken off. Mike was not concerned told us to bring it in again and we inquired about shocks. We left and went to a certified Owen generator company only to find out that the carburetor was gummed up and need to get a new one. Mike called us with info for shocks and no regard to the generator. I returned his call and told what transpired with us , he totally ignored me and only stated that he had info for shocks for my husband. I told him we didn't need it as we would not be back and he totally ignored me and said that he understood. What kind of business does not acknowledge their mistake. So we spent a !46.00 with them and only got nothing. No offer of refund or help. Will never go back there and beware they only want to sell product and store them for as long as they can so from the freeway it looks like the are busy. AS OF 10 MINUTES AGO MIKE CALLED ME AND OFFERED TO POST A 85.00 LABOR CREDIT, AFTER I TOLD HIM THAT WE WILL NO LONGER COME BACK, AND I ASKED FOR THE 85.00 TO BE SENT TO US IN A FORM OF A CHECK. HE IGNORED ME AND SAID, " LETS PUT THIS ALL BEHIND US AND I WILL POST THE 85.00 LABOR CREDIT. SO THIS THE WAY THE COMPANY DOES BUSINESS. RV supply center helped me out when I was in a bind. I has just started out on a camping trip with my family and trailer packed up when I noticed my trailer brake was switching from connected to disconnected every few minutes. I was getting ready to drive down cajon pass on our way to the beach and didnt want to worry about the truck carry all the weight of the trailer. I called rv supply center and on short notice Luke told me to come on in. They were packed with eork but still took the time to look at my problem. Nathaniel was the technician who came out and spent nearly an hour looking things over before finding the problem which was a loose connector. Got me tightened up and problem solved. Asked if I could pay and they wished us a happy trip! Wouldn't take my money. What a great bunch of guys! Will take my RV here for any future problems for sure. Earned a customer! Worst experience with a repair shop I ever had. I gave them my generator to fix and after 4 months and 2000 dollars later it was finally done, only to be told "well the generator works but the lights and stuff dont because there is another part broken." everything worked when i brought my RV in there so if doesnt now then you need to fix it. They refused to take responsibility and made me spend another 200 just to fix something that worked when i brought it to them. I would rather drive down the hill to literally any other shop. Avoid at all costs. read more

This is the third company we have used since buying our coach last fall, and by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. We drove up from San Diego for them to install a supplemental braking system. While we were there, they fixed a couple of other things that had been ongoing issues that the other guys hadn't been able to fix. Our next outing saw rain coming in and wetting the ceiling. Our local company didn't have time for us, but Mike and Nathaniel made time and got us all fixed up. We are now in Nevada with a failed water pump. The local company had a "here's what we can do, sorry it isn't as good as what you have/want" attitude. I called Nathaniel, he looked up what I needed and gave me a part number, so these people can order the right one. If we were going to be anywhere in Southern California, we wouldn't go anywhere else for service. read more

This place has the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They also sell sub-par equipment. I got taken and taken bad by this place for a pair of generators. One required a miracle to start (30 mins of pull starting) when I first purchased them. I received the wrong remotes for them as well. But I was able to test both generators on the RV. Took the hard start one is to get the hard start fixed. took 2 weeks to get the call back that it was ready. It now only took a few pulls to start it up. I was pleased with that. Then a few months later took the RV out. Connected the two generators up in parallel and..... OVERLOAD... the generator that they fixed was now causing an overload. How d=was that determined? By running the "good" generator by itself (no AC running). Only had a battery charger, a furnace (fan load) and two Apple charges connected, and all the "good generator did was hunt. The governor could not balance itself out. And now back to the shop... So since I have had nothing but problems with these pieces of crap, I wanted to return them. NOPE. No returns allowed. They said that they will not send them back to the manufacture. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. Hell, use online suppliers before using this place. There isn't one service technician there, just a bunch of parts changers!!! read more
