Guess what my family is getting for Christmas?? Toilet Pods and toilet paper! Manager is a GRINCH!!!

I purchased a new thermostat for RV. Found out I didn't need it. Went to return thermostat for $215. Refund. Unopened in Box. " Sorry no refunds on electric". "No in house credit." "But you can shop and spend $215." Oh great. The manager has no authority to make an executive decision. A really tough decision, definitely not in the Christmas spirit. Guess what my family is getting for Christmas, TOILET pods and Toilet Paper!

Riley approved our bus electrical system!

We only stopped by to look at a different model, but they happened to have the R-Pod 194 we originally wanted too. Aaron helped us from the moment we walked in, and I'm so glad we gave them a chance. He was honest, straightforward, and took the time to explain the pros and cons instead of just trying to sell us something. There was never any pressure, and I really appreciated how genuine the entire experience felt. I had a ton of questions throughout the process, and Aaron was always quick to respond. He was patient, helpful, and even got us a better deal than we were expecting. It honestly felt like he wanted us to end up with the right RV, not just make a sale. This is my very first RV, and I'm so excited about my R-Pod 194. Buying your first RV is a big deal, and Aaron made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend I-15 RV to anyone looking for an honest dealership with great customer service. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

From the moment we walked in, the entire process was a breeze--low stress, no pressure, and genuinely enjoyable. Salesman Buzz was outstanding. He listened to exactly what we were looking for, showed us several options without any hard sell, and helped us find the perfect trailer that matched our needs and budget. He made us feel like valued friends rather than just customers. Thanks to him, we got an incredible deal that was below what we expected to pay. It truly felt like we were getting a family discount! Robert from The Finance Department was just as impressive. Everything was transparent, straightforward, and handled with zero hassle. They explained all the options clearly, got us approved quickly with great rates, and made the paperwork painless. We walked out feeling confident and excited, not overwhelmed. Finally, the Service Department went above and beyond even before we took delivery. They thoroughly inspected and prepped our trailer, answered all our questions patiently, and even gave us helpful tips for our first trips. The whole team treated us like family--warm, knowledgeable, and truly caring about making sure we were set up for years of happy adventures. If you're in the market for a travel trailer, do yourself a favor and go see the team at I 15 RV. We couldn't recommend them more highly. They turned what could have been a stressful big purchase into a wonderful, feel-good experience. We're already planning our first big trip and can't wait to hit the road! Thank you again to everyone there--you made us feel right at home! -- Donnie & Dawn

If I could, I would give this business 0 out of 5 stars…read more The customer service is extremely rude, especially the maintenance technician with tattoos on his head and arms. When I purchased my trailer, the salesperson told us we could record the walkthrough while the technician explained how everything worked on our new RV. When the technician arrived, I started recording the RV so I could remember how everything operated. I had no intention of recording him personally or showing his face. However, he immediately responded in a rude manner, saying, "You can't record me." Less than a week after purchasing the trailer, the door stopped latching from the inside. Since it was under warranty, I called and scheduled a service appointment. On the day of the appointment, I spoke with the service advisor, who instructed me to back the trailer up so they could inspect it. As I was doing that, the maintenance technician (Moses) started yelling aggressively, saying, "What are you doing? No, no, no! Don't back up that way!" I stayed calm, parked where instructed, and explained the issue. After confirming that the door would not latch, he grabbed his tools and began working on it. While making the repair, he repeatedly slammed the door aggressively and handled everything with a very poor attitude. Concerned by his behavior, I started recording so I would have documentation to report the incident. As soon as he realized I was recording, he became even more aggressive, yelling, "Are you recording me? What the f** are you recording me for?"* His behavior was completely unprofessional and intimidating. There are a few employees there who are friendly, but the majority of the staff I dealt with were rude and disrespectful. In conclusion, they treated us very well while we were negotiating and purchasing the RV. However, the moment we returned for a warranty repair, they treated us like we were an inconvenience. It felt like dealing with a completely different company. I highly, highly do NOT recommend this place. I truly regret buying my RV from this company, and I would encourage others to shop elsewhere.

If you're ever in need of storage, this place can't be beat. We used a locked storage and never had an ounce of trouble with break-ins or theft in 9 years. WARNING: DO NOT STORE YOUR RV HERE!!!!!…read more The people are nice and the facility looks nice. However, I'm warning you now, do not store your RV here. Our RV was broken into 2 times less than a year. The first time we found out it was broken into, it could have been like that for at least a month without anyone letting us know. The thieves stole at least $5,000 of our things including military uniforms, cut the stereo out of the wall, and priceless memorabilia that I will never get back. The storage employees seemed upset but did nothing to reimburse us. I thought it was an inside job just how they evaded the camera and seemed to know we had a lot of stuff in the RV even though all the windows were covered. However, they denied it saying they had good Christian workers...Christians never go to jail I guess. The second time was about a month ago. I did get a phone call this time, but soon found out that the RV had been broken into at least a week or more before the phone call (more like a month). They said they just got a new camera which was not working when we went to go review the video due to a power surge or something. They got the video to work but the picture was so bad and dark, you couldn't see anything except that the window still looked like it had been propped open for awhile. Then, some random guy, whom I've never met, said he thought it was from the previous break-in attempt, but then his story changed to we had taken it out and then brought it back this way, oh and another story changed to they didn't notice it. First, we never took our RV out since moving it in Aug 2014, not once! Second, how would he know as I've never seen him and it wasn't that window they broke into. Third, why the story changed. They offered me rent free for the second break-in, but I'm not stupid enough to keep it there any longer and moved it a week later to a much better place in Ontario. There are some nice RVs in the storage and I wish I could warn them all to move. It is not worth the risk.

That was $1,000 more than the one three years earlier cost. I told him to let me know if it didn't pass smog after the new cat was put on. Instead he called me saying I owed him another $1400 for replacing two plugs and coils! When I balked at it because he didn't have my permission to do the works, he got snotty saying he could put the crappy old parts back on but it would ruin the new cat. At this point I couldn't trust him to remove the new parts and not sabotage something else, so I paid him. This weekend, I drove the motorhome on a 180 mile trip and it still runs rough. In fact, it runs worse than before. I had planned to replace the plugs, coils and fuel injectors myself before he replaced two without my permission. Now I have to do it anyway because he only replaced two. Who only replaces two?!! Most of the work is in getting access to them in a class C. Thoroughly disgusted and definitely know he ripped me off. I would leave zero stars if that were an option.

I called multiple places that were recommended by friends, and ultimately went with this shop both on a personal recommendation as well as their published reputation. I can't say enough good about the quality this shop has in both professional standards as well as personal touches. Brett and Lori made it feel like getting some help from a long-time friend and less like a business transaction. Vehicle repair and restoration can be costly and the value you will get out of the work done can't compare to the invaluable human touch they have mastered here.
