It was not worth the price. Looks wise it was obviously newly remodeled. other than that, for a family of 4 with kids, also being disabled, it was hard to stay there. We got a two bed room and requested ground floor as there is no elevator and he was unable to accommodate even though not all ground floor rooms were occupied. Between 4 people there were 2 bath towels. No phone in the room, no tissues provided, for outlets there were 2 power strips and no plug for the tub to give the kids baths. We were there during 100°F+ weather and they had the AC in the room off when we arrived. He even said "no thats a waste we don't turn them on" he could have checked on reservations and at least set it to 80. The refrigerator was also off so we had to wait for that to be cool off with the room to use it. No access to ice machine unless they are there in the office, and no access on the second floor. The second day there our room door wouldn't lock. He said he would "come take care of it later". We told him to check us out right then and there, he showed up and had to give us new key cards. It was pretty and the balcony was nice BUT the price was NOT worth it especially as a family with kids.

Beds were tidy and comfy with 3 pillows each.

Great place to crash after a long night or just passing through very inexpensive but clean. Perfect crash spot.

He also messaged me via the work line later to check on my and generously gave 750 Hilton points. When I asked, he also confirmed that I have $20 in credit to spend today and he said another $20 tomorrow. I'll stay here again when I come back to the area for work. I was going to try a different place next time but I'll come back here. As a Diamond Member I'm really happy with the generosity bf thoughtfulness at this hotel. My room also had a beautiful view of the sunset!

We chose the Hilton for our wedding because we trusted it would provide a great experience for us…read moreand our guests. Sadly, that was not what happened. Before the wedding, many of our guests had trouble booking their rooms. They were transferred to third-party reservation agents who did not know about our wedding room block or the discounted rate. Some guests were treated rudely, while others never received the rate they were promised, even after we contacted the hotel several times. Our own stay was just as disappointing. Some guests received breakfast vouchers while others did not. There were complaints about bad odors in rooms, a dirty pool area, and times when no staff was available at the front desk to help. The biggest disappointment was our room. We were told the hotel renovations would be finished before our wedding, but they were not. Our Junior Suite was dirty, had a strong odor, and was not acceptable for a wedding weekend. We were moved to another room, but it was not the suite we had reserved. Later, the air conditioning stopped working, and again, no one was available to help. We invested thousands of dollars into our wedding at this hotel, and our guests booked around 15 rooms. We expected professionalism, good communication, and better customer service. Instead, we were left disappointed. Even more frustrating, hotel management has stopped responding to us, so we had no choice but to contact the corporate office. We have photos and messages from our guests that document everything we experienced.

My apologies for posting this review so late. I made a reservation on March 2 for one night only…read more Me and my SO walked in around 3:28 pm to get checked in. We were helped by a very nice woman named Nena. Upon check in I could tell that something was wrong in the environment. I asked her if everything was ok and how her day was, she said that "my day had been great so far just trying to handle something" I said "well I'm have to get additional stuff from the car, I can wait until your done with whatever it is you have going on" she looked me straight in the eye and said "are you sure?" I said "of course" I sat down in the lobby while my SO got more stuff from the car. All of a sudden a man comes storming to the front desk and started to yell at Nena. Something about a room and not checking him in. It clicked in my head that this is what she was handling before we walked in. For Nena to show me great customer service, while dealing with an irate client was multitasking to an extreme level...he was getting so frustrated I actually started to record it on my phone because I was starting to worry about her safety at this point. She told him to leave (multiple times) and he finally did. She locked the double doors and called her manager (I assume). After, she continued to check us in with the most well mannered way. if I was in her shoes, I would've been crying and asked for the remainder of the day off. That man was really scary and I told her this, she assured me that my stay at this hotel would be safe. My room was clean the breakfast in the morning was free! I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Nena! You deserve a raise!

Small, but nice, modern and new. The pool is fun it's indoor and semi heated (not warm enough) but not cold either. No spa though. The workout room is clean and top notch we really enjoyed using it. The worst part is the staff, every single staff member we encountered was so rude and off putting. Upon check in the lady was sitting at a table (not even at the front desk) scrolling her phone and couldn''t be bothered to help check us in. I went down to ask for a few pillows for the pull out couch bed and she rudely asked if I had looked in the drawers. Duh, I had looked everywhere before asking! She told me to go look again and if they weren't there she would "try to find a few". Meaning I need to take the elevator and make the walk back upstairs to go double check. The next night the staff were on their phones at the tables again. Another off putting experience at breakfast time apparently they close at 9 am and the lady gave me a rude look and pulled the curtain to cover the food on me and my son. Just bad vibes all around whoever manages this place needs to get some quality, friendly people in there.

My reservation was changed and booked at the normal rate. The following day I was able to access my cell phone and i provided the proper identification to the clerk in the morning. The clerk informed me the rate would be updated and I asked for a receipt and he informed it would be emailed. I left it at that as I have never had any issues with any Marriott that I have stayed at in the past and they have always been honest until I stayed at this location. Later I was looking at my statement and noticed that I was billed at the normal rate and not the discounted rate I qualified for and that I was told the rate would be adjusted to. I called and spoke with the Operations Manager Abigail who did not take any accountability or offer to help in any way. She blamed her employees who she manage for needing additional training and repeatedly explained Marriott policy that the proper identification needs to be presented at check in. I opened a case with Marriott who forward it to the property and she sent me an email to tell me what she already told and still not offering any help or taking an accountability for her employees. I also experienced another issues during my stay where they ran out of breakfast around 9am and it was not over until 10am. There were people knocking on the door asking for things to be replenished and the kitchen worker left out the back door with earbuds in her ear and I heard her say she's going to break. Just sharing my experience with hopes that this location finds management who's more human like, understanding & willing to take accountability!

The room we stayed at also the air conditioning unit had one of the covers detached and was not able to put it together. I did let the staff know and hopefully fixed it. That morning breakfast was good. They had a waffle maker, eggs, sausage, Tator tots, yogurt, cereal and coffee and juice. I was actually impressed with the breakfast here. Would I come back? Yes I would. Hotels in this area are not the cleanest anywhere. Also what I liked about this area is Walmart a few restaurants are within walking distance, like a few hundred feet. And also there are tesla chargers again a few hundred feet from the hotel.
