I recently stopped by this location to exchange some lotions that I got as a gift for new lotions. The lotions I was given were the True Spa ones, which are a really rich and thick type of consistency. When I went to speak with the lady with very short brown hair at the cashier she said I could go ahead and pick out two other lotions to exchange for the other two, but that she would just hold on to them for me up front. I went to go grab my new lotions and came back up to the front to check out. When I got there, the lady asked if I had an account so naturally I gave her my account number. When she scanned the old lotions, they pulled up as being past the exchange date policy. It was almost as if she had purposefully wanted me to go pick new lotions out, just to have me check out and tell me that they are not exchangeable. I think that this lady was rude and should have either looked up my account before sending me off to look at new lotions, or had just allowed a one time exception. Not to mention, this lady insisted that the True Spa lotions were very popular and she was shocked I was exchanging them. After this comment, I should have known she was shady and not going to let me exchange my lotions. The best part is that they had a shelf full of the True Spa lotions, and every other lotion actually. So clearly business isn't that good. I ended up trashing the old lotions right as I left the store. I will not be returning to this store as the customer service is shady. read more

Bath & Body works always is a pleasure to go to at this location. We went today during the yearly candle sale where all candles are $9.95. We were offered support from so many different representatives and received great customer service! We had a great time, and it wasn't too busy so we were able to smell candles and enjoy our time. read more

I don't know why I never think to check in or even review Bath & Body Works when I find myself in one pretty much everyday; or at least every time there's a really good sale...so like every 2 days. Specifically, this location that is way too close to home and not in a mall - always a plus. I'm sad to see all of the negative reviews about the service here because in my experience, the staff here has always been so friendly, so helpful, and always excited to go above and beyond. One staff member even extended an expired $10 off $30 coupon for me when she found out it was my birthday. I'm telling you, A+ customer service. It's a Bath & Body Works so you should know what to expect: a bright, open space hitting you left and right in the nose with a woodsy or fruity scent. Very disappointed in the customer service, my total was $15.62 I handed Mariah $20.65 She then starts counting back $4.73 and said NO YOU ONLY GAVE ME .35 cents, I was like no I handed you the correct amount and then she had gotten out the wrong change so we had to wait for someone to open her drawer. She was just so rude. And when we mentioned it to her manager as we were leaving she just said Oh really and was also not friendly. We will be going to another location from now on. I only come here when I absolutely do not have time to drive all the way to castle rock for a sale after work. I would highly recommend not asking if the app coupons are available or the app in general because I got major attitude when I asked about it. I think the employees here need more customer service training. From someone who has spent thousands of dollars here this year, an attitude adjustment whenever someone has a question would be appreciated a lot. read more

Unhappiness, GUARANTEED! I've been a customer of Bath & Body Works for years so I was really shocked at the service at this location. I simply wanted to exchange a product that had a broken pump (for the exact same product) and the saleswoman immediately tried to send me on my way to another store. Turns out they don't sell the True Blue Spa products at this location, but she could of offered to call another store or give me store credit. I had to suggest that solution. She also suggested that I keep another product that gave me a headache and gift it to a friend or family. The current promotion plastered on the front windows is "Happiness Guaranteed!" Hilarious!!! I have only been to this Bath & Body Works location a couple of times now, but they are FABULOUS! The store is slightly larger than I am used to for a Bath & Body Works. Which means they have tons of displays and seemingly endless amounts of every scent and product under the sun. I can meander around the store at my leisure and not be concerned with bumping into a person or a display. The associates are very attentive without being over bearing. If they see you with an armful of goods, they will grab a bag and bring it over to help you. The associates at the register are so friendly in checking that you found everything. If you do forget something or maybe didn't grab the right items for a promotion, they will hold your transaction allowing you to go back out and locate the item you needed. One associate allowed me to use an email coupon that I had forgotten at home because it turned out it was ending that day. She went far above my expectations for customer service! Every receipt has a customer experience survey at the bottom and once you complete it you get a coupon for $10 off your next $30 purchase. Which is a great discount to pair with the buy 3 get 3 free deal they run occasionally on their "signature collection." They even have a line of scents for men now too!! If you sign up for their email list you get great coupons and news about sales sent to you. read more

Today, I visited the store with my children. Of course, my three year old had to use the restroom, and it was very clear it was an emergency. Without even making eye contact, "Lexi" responds "no". I asked where there was another nearby, and she said "probably King soopers", still, not even looking up from what she was doing. What a way to lose customers. We left, and went to the store at the outlet and got much better, friendlier service. I should have let my kid pee on her floor. I have gone to this location a number of times. Today was the annual Candle Day, which is arguably one of the busiest days the store sees. All of the employees were kind and very helpful. They were assisting customers in answering all of their questions and ensuring they found what they were looking for. Always a great experience! read more
