Visited Lucy's late one afternoon to try and grab a unique bouquet for my mother's birthday. They had so many beautiful and unique flowers, greenery, and more! We turned out beautifully, it was so massive. My mom had to split it into two vases. And the pricing was fantastic! I easily would've paid double for that at a commercial online shop and I would not have been able to customize, and I guarantee the quality would not have been anywhere near this! I even bought one of their custom-made candles for my mom... And then ran back in and got an extra one for myself! Absolutely love this place highly recommend! I normally don't write bad reviews, But I had a very bad experience here. I came here to purchase some flowers my friends birthday. the lady in the front did a great job at helping me pick what bouquet arrangement style that I liked & wanted. After picking the color & style of the arrangement she says that they had ran out of certain flowers which I was okay with but what they have given me were some bad flowers. the flowers in the arrangement looked like they were weeks old, leaves were turning brown, flowers weren't crisp & fresh. I ended up paying full price because she quote on quote made the arrangement already. super upsetting and very bad customer service read more

extremely disappointed, our family ordered sum flowers for us, it took them 3 weeks to get them delivered. they nvr called and only left 1 note to let us know that they supposedly tried to deliver them., and that was on the third week. we will never buy anymore flowers from this place, its like they didnt care. oh by the way it didnt look like they refreshed the bouquet with fresh flowers even though they were 3 weeks old. i repeat nvr nvr nvr will i or my family waste anymore money at this place. read more
