No one asked to help me so I just went about my business finding what I needed. They always get me at the register with "you know you can get two of those bras for ..." . I fall for it and end up spending more than I wanted to. Panties usually last like a year and a half and fit well. Bras seem better made since the last time I bought some. read more

Marissa the manager at this location is terrible and has unpleasant customer service with customers and even worse with her employees. she speaks down to everyone and not helpful at all. Hope there is regional manager that can help train this young girl more to grow in her position. read more

I've used this location for my bra needs since they opened. I've found them to always be very friendly and professional with me, even though I'm clearly 20-25 years older than all of them. I appreciate that they aren't condescending to me or treating me like I don't belong (yes, we all know that happens places!) They can explain exactly why that bra will work while that other one absolutely won't. Victoria's Secret is the only store I've been able to find bras in my size. I'm so glad this location opened up in The Domain. During this time of COVID fittings are different, as you are guided thru measuring yourself and trying on bras over your clothes in the store, which really seemed crazy to me. But it works! By far one of the best Victoria's Secrets I've visited. All other locations in Austin are generally just crowded, rowdy and unpleasant. But here, Staff is welcoming. Store keeps up with cleaning despite constant traffic. And the returns are hassle-free. I don't like shopping in stores much anymore and now no longer do my own grocery shopping in-store. But this Victoria's Secret and the general shopping center of the Domain is enjoyable enough for me to reconsider. read more

Nothing screams Valentine's Day more than writing a review for a lingerie shop. Only I'll write a down-to-dumps review since there are going to be so many lucky ladies that will probably going on last minute shopping trips to Victoria Secret. This Victoria's Secret is the first and the last location I'll ever go to. If you're going to Victoria's Secret to be measured, stop and go to Nordstrom for a more pleasant experience. I had a nice older woman who I asked to measure me, but she was utterly off. She left some bras that she thought were my size when I went to the dressing room. I noticed that I struggled to put a bra on when I tried to pull it over my head the same way I put on my shirts. Well, the bra was so damn tight that it painfully squeezed my chest and I struggled to even un-clip the back to get it off. By the time I managed to get the accursed thing off my body, I already had scratches. When I went to Nordstrom to get measured, I found out that the bras that the Victoria Secret worker told me to try were off by two cup sizes. Why would a lingerie shop worker have a hard time with someone that doesn't even have a uncommon size? Did she just give me an eyeball and just used that measuring tape for show? Unacceptable, but at least she was nice. Other than that experience, this Victoria's Secret has the same problems that every store in the Domain has and every Victoria's Secret branch has: Too crowded, too expensive, no parking, and no bras for non excessively voluptuous women. As I wrote before, Nordstrom has cuter bras from Natori, Calvin Klein, or Wacoal that actually last and won't break your bank the same way Victoria's Secret does. No Victoria, I want to know Nordstrom's secret. I don't give a shit about yours. read more

So rude!! My wife did an online order and asked me to pick it up. She called the store to ensure I'd be able to pick it up. The lady on the phone said it would not be a problem for me to pick it up. She says their "system is down, but I'll write his name on the bag." I drove from east Round Rock to the Domain to pick it up. Upon arrival, manager Ashley said I can't pick up the order because it's under my wife's name. Period. She refused to inquire with any sales associates to see what had been said. Listen, I've been going here for 20 years (which is so grotesque to admit! I'm old!). I have a large chest and quality is hard to find. I have tried many sets from all over and nothing beats V.S. Pieces last a lot longer and they have larger bras online as well. From beauty, sexy, fit, support, and feel - the quality speaks volume. They're worth the price and you can often find deals and semi annual sales. I like that things are individually priced so that your bottoms can fit you and your tops can fit you without picking one size for both. Everyone's bodies are different and they really focus on quality. read more

I've been to this location twice and both experiences have been good. They have a good selection of perfume, purses and undergarments. The employees are nice and offers assistance when needed. The parking can be a pain because the parking spaces in front of the store aren't always available. However, a parking garage is close to the store. The store is small, clean and organized. This doesn't have to do with the Victoria secret store , this is towards the pink across from the Victoria secret ! I went in the other day (9/28/23, after 5pm) to get some new underwear and when we walked in , we got no sort of welcome at all and it was only us and the 2 employees so it was obvious they saw us. The 2 employees were just talking to each other , not asking if we need help or anything like that! When we were walking towards the underwear , there was one employee who was on the floor I assume sorting our underwear and the other was just talking to her standing there. I tried to look at the thong section but unfortunately the employee did not move when I was clearly standing over her to try and look and after that , I decided to just leave because I definitely did not feel like we were welcomed. read more

I followed her instructions and went to the other line only realizing I needed to wait in line again. I went back to her and she was serving the customer thst was originally lining after me. I had to wait again. It was finally my turn and she made a comment about me saving the packaging bag from my online order which would make it easier for them? This location isn't my favorite. Sure, it's in a perfect location inside of The Domain and it's new but those are the end of the perks. Very small store. Dressing rooms are crowded and clothes are always strewn everywhere. It's hard to find an employee who can help unless you go to the fitting rooms to flag one down. They rarely have sizes in stock. The best one in town. Has the greatest selection of items, the biggest swimsuit selection as well. The staff is extremely helpful, Adriana is the nicest employee there, but I have found 90% of them to be super helpful, only once in a while is there someone not as great. Gina is awesome too! She's super helpful and has awesome suggestions. The girls always talk to you like your just a friend and some how you end up walking away with more than you anticipated, but all great buys. The layout is easy to navigate and everything is easy to find. Love love this VS. The only thing is parking can be a bit of a nightmare at the Domain, you might get lucky and get a front row spot, that's a might though. read more

Had a great experience with multiple reps at this location today. I came in with 3 PINK brand bras that were recently bought (clearly not from this location) whose material was faulty/rippled once washed (and yes, they were washed in a delicates bag and hung to dry, etc). I take very good care of my bras and have had my previous bras from here that have lasted for YEARS and this is the first time I've had any sort of issue with the purchase. The reps were very quick to understand and offer an exchange for a similar VS brand look, even when I forgot my receipt. Idk why I went in anticipating a fight back - I was so impressed how attentive they were to making it right for their customer. Your attentiveness did not go unnoticed and I can guarantee I will remain a loyal customer. Well done! read more

This is a nice location with a big variety. The only true issue is because it's one of the better VS's sizes run out fairly quick. The staff is always pleasant. Shout out to Mary and Lauren. I really hate when men get involved in selecting undergarments for their women. I hate when guys and girls shop here together, and hate it more when men shop here alone. It creeps me out. I know some women like getting lingerie from their men or find it sexy/fun picking it out with their men, but I hate having to bear witness to it. It reminds me of when I lived in Italy and all the guys would be so involved in selecting their girlfriend's clothing, right down following them into the dressing room and offering commentary. That ish rubs me the wrong way. Maybe part of the problem is that i'm just not a lingerie gal. I go to Vickie's for their awesome Demi T-shirt bras (2 for $49) and their great semi annual sales (good time to stock up on undies - boy shorts or cheeky briefs, not thongs or g-strings, ecause if it isn't obvious from the review, I'm apparently straight up Amish). They have some good body splash, nail polish and make up stuff, too. 4 stars for the undies and bras 4 stars for the look/layout of the store and helpful staff 0 stars for all the dudes around when I'm trying to buy my skivvies. read more

So I got some of those mystery cards for the holidays and ended up trying more of the VS makeup. I really like this store in the domain because they literally have the best variety of sizes and styles in their lingeries, however, this is more of a cosmetic review: It's really odd though because every staff person there has "no idea" how the makeup is because seriously about ten of the girls there told me they never have tried it....what is up with that? I got the black liquid eyeliner. I have to say I really like it and it really lasts! I even got the lipstick in the color "limelight" again, another winner! I have tried the eyeshadow and liked, not loved it. It is pretty enough, but this is coming from a die hard MAC girl, too. I got a lip stain that they sell too that actually did what it said it would. So if you get gift cards and don't want to buy the underwear, etc, which is all well and good, I suggest to you the Rapture lighter mist that is in a huge bottle (for half the cost of the perfume and smells scarily similar), and try the makeup! You will like it. It was a pleasant surprise and a nicely kept "secret" but Victoria, hook your staff up with some makeup knowledge, will ya? You have a HUGE selection of makeup, and it's sad when all of the staff get deer eyes when you just ask them how the mascara is. Come on!!! Knowledge is power! read more

Imagine going into a lingerie store when you are self-conscious about your body/weight. The point is to feel pretty, right? Or that's at least *one* of the points... I stopped into VC and had no idea where to begin. Everything looks so great on a mannequin! I came across Jojo and told her my concerns, what I was looking for, what I don't feel pretty wearing, etc. She picked out some items for me based on everything I told her and I actually walked out of there with stuff I like and will enjoy wearing! Note that the employees make commission so if someone helps you out, make sure you get their name and let the cashier know. Only 4 stars because they don't carry XL in the store (you have to order it online). But apparently if it's an item they carry in-store but they don't have your size, you can order it in the store for free shipping. read more

This place clearly needs a womanly review, seeing as how it's a lingerie store and all! I couldn't shop at VS for years as, simply put, none of their stuff fit me. I was stuck shopping at specialty stores and online, paying 70 bucks a pop, happy if I had as many as three bras in my meager collection at any given time. But after getting the ta-tas downsized last year, I could finally venture into the more normal world of Victoria's Secret. This store, being close to both home and work, is the only one I've shopped at, so I can't really compare to other locations. Some of the prices are ridiculous, but they frequently have sales and/or coupons, so that's not a big downer. The staff here is friendly, happy to be cloyingly helpful or helpfully withdrawn, as my mood suits me (usually the latter). One of the managers even recognized me when I came in (several months after my previous visit), which was kind of... flattering? creepy? Not sure, but I'm gonna go with it being a good thing. As to the other reviewer's comments, I've seen men in the dressing room area with their wives / girlfriends / sisters (wtf?!?) on multiple occasions, so he must have just gotten unlucky and caught the staff member on a bad day. The VSX pants, which I was told are discontinuing in TX soon, are total comfort and right now they're on sale, so go-go-go! They're gym pants but who are we kidding, I just sleep in them. I don't know how I always get pushed into the "Bombshell" labeled fitting room, but I'll take that ego boost once again! Annnnnd the bras are at a reasonable price during the semi-annual sale. Some of the following items may or may not pertain to Victoria's Secret. A. I attempted to purchase my first important bra when I was 15. After indicating the tester far exceeded my padding needs, I was accosted in the fitting room by the sales woman so she could "adjust" "things." I pressed her for a bra with a more natural fit, but one apparently did not exist. Noting my continued hesitation, she informed me that I should return to the store when I was "ready to become a woman." It made me loathe an unnamed lingerie chain for a decade. B. A bathing suit ordered online appeared in the mail. It fit like a glove, especially because it was on sale and came with free shipping. The package contained a Secret Something card, guaranteed to knock off at least $10 from a subsequent purchase. I wouldn't know until making a purchase, hence... C. When I went to cash out with a recent undergarments stash, the gal asked if anyone had helped me. I said no, but 5 people had asked to within the first five minutes of shopping. D. I eat straight sugar. E. This year, unusually high levels of happiness have been reported in immediately surrounding areas. These occurrences are specific to Valentine's Day, Christmas, New Year's Day, Mondays, Tuesdays - Fridays, Nurse's Day, Secretary's Day and weekends. Yes I am a guy writing a review about Victorias secret. My fiance and I are frequent shoppers at the domain and she loves to panty shop. She also loves all the new pink workout shirts. One said I do nut care, Cheat Day and Always running late. They are lacking in the bride department but they have a few sexy items. There was one employee Sophya who was very sweet and helpful. She had her hands full with the panty drawers cause they are a complete disaster! I highly recommend just taking everything out and starting over. My fiance loves the new yoga panties so check those out also. The dressing room lady kicked me out but she was a very sweet lady. Other than the panty drawers being a mess. We like this location. I used to work for this company and my God the standards have gone down A LOT. I was shopping with my boyfriend. We were not greeted just simply told to sanitize our hands. Everything in the store is medium. I picked up 25+ pairs of panties and they out of every size in every style in every color but Medium.

In this day and age, technology seemingly has replaced the every day shopping experience. From the click driven, convenient appeal that online shopping offers the average consumer it has become apparent that computers can sell just about anything. But with that said, just because technology may be able to replace a human worker, it can not, however replace the true essence of good old fashioned customer service. I have visited Victoria's Secret at the Domain many times, and more often than not, have walked out empty handed. Not for the lack of trying either. This time around, not only was I pleasantly surprised by the amount of specialists on the floor, who all greeted my family and I with a bright and cheerful smile, even if they were already working with a customer. It was the fact that someone took the time to walk me from the register to the fitting room and explain my needs to the specialist in the fitting room (mind you, I HAVE NEVER experienced this from any store, NY to Texas) the young lady, Maddy who worked the fitting room went above and beyond to ensure I left the store happy and this time around with something in hand. This only lends itself more to my belief that nothing can truly compare or even replace for that matter, good old fashioned customer service. The communication between the sales associates and the genuine smiles and enthusiasm along with the knowledgeable specialists who truly wanted to help me find what I was looking for, this store has earned my five star mark! If all this wasn't enough, I was even more surprised to see the Store Manager working the floor and helping her team. This just goes to show, it all begins with great leadership. This was such a far different experience than I've had in the past, so much so that I felt compelled to take the time and write a review. My hope is that this note will make its way to corporate's hands--so that each member of the team can be congratulated for such a dynamic effort in ensuring a pleasant and worthwhile shopping experience. I highly doubt the beautiful and genuine smiles could ever be replaced by a computer! Take that technology!! My three year old and husband also felt welcomed and this time around were not run out by some disgruntled employee having a bad day, yes I understand the store may not be suited for young children but in any case, to feel welcome makes me want to shop there even more. Had a good experience at this store with Edith. I normally shop lakeline, but happened to be at the Domain with coupons on me so decided to go on in. Well at first no one greeted me but that's just fine I don't like being to bothered when I shop. After browsing about 5 minutes the lady Edith came up and offered her help and apologized that she was the only person working on the sales floor I guess they had everyone cashiering and thank god because that line was long when I got there. The long line is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. There were 3 cashiers and only 1 was going fast, she was a tall older Hispanic woman. Glad she was my cashier she was fast. I still like lakeline more, but when I come by the Domain I'll be popping in here to see what's good. read more
