Instead of working with people to fix the issue, they refund the deposit and somehow make it feel like it's the customer's fault for booking a time THEIR system showed as available. They didn't have what I was looking for but the employees were helpful in getting me something comparable to my usual choice. I'm excited to try it and see if it'll work for me.
