I asked her which scent she liked most and she said to put one back. I did that and went to the counter with 2 colognes. The guy at the register said "you had three." And I said that I put one back. I told him to check the cameras and that I am not a thief. He was hesitant to believe me after he saw me put the one back. I left with nothing because it is not worth it to buy anything from there. I work hard for my $ and I don't want to be profiled when spending it!!! I've gone to this place since I was young and everytime either me or my family gets profiled. I also just learned one worker beat down a woman for stealing. Violence is never the answer. I will never go here again. It sucks because I had a good relationship with the owner. I may have to tell him that his workers are targeting people. These reviews are sick. You just lost a long time customer. And I will be spreading the word about all of this on my socials. Do not go.

As soon as I walked in, both receptionists smiled and looked genuinely happy. Everything was clean and had great fall decorations. The space was open and bright, the displays were neatly placed and since it was my first time, they walked me back to the massage area waiting room. The decor back there changed into a more calming, serene and comfortable space with dimmer lighting and soft carpet. They made a menu of service on the table for both the salon and the spa and they were both easy to read, explain what each service was and included pricing for everything so it didn't feel like there was even a possibility of a surprise charge. My massage therapist was Em, and I have to say she is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had! I've always been able to relax during a massage but not almost fall asleep! The roofers were doing finishing touches (rain delayed the end date) but with the calming music, ocean sounds and the massage I barely heard them. After my massage, I felt like a new woman, she fixed my back (threw it out a month ago) and made my shoulders feel like they were made of butter. It was so relaxing and I felt refreshed and reenergized that I was family able to come home and clean our kitchen, decorate for my fiancé's birthday and a million of things that I had been wanting to get down but didn't have any energy. Will definitely be a loyal client, recommending to all my friends and coworkers and DEFINITELY coming back before my wedding.
