Customer service is non existent. When I finally found and asked an employee for help, she looked at me like I was an idiot and said she already was helping two people. Congrats..? Some people are just not made for the retail industry and it is sad that they try to demean customers to overcompensate for their lack of customer service. Not a good look for the company as a whole. Melissa was amazing. We were looking at watch bands and not finding what we wanted. She went in the back and brought out some new styles (yes we purchased). Although she was helping us she was totally aware of what was going on in her store. I used to love going to Kendra Scott but they have one of the worst customer services ever. They do not great you at all you have to go up to them and ask questions and they act like it's such an inconvenience to help you. I haven't had a good experience at Kendra Scott in a while I now only shop online because of how rude the employees are. read more

I stopped by Kendra Scott today since it was my boyfriend's birthday month, and he wanted to use his 50% birthday discount to get me a necklace I've been eyeing. Since I already knew what I wanted, I made my way over to the Color Bar, where I was promptly assisted by a male employee. He brought out the Elisa lux necklace in silver that I requested, and then the stones that could go with it. I wanted the black drusy stone, and the employee was completely transparent with their pricing, explaining that the stone would add $15 to the cost of the necklace. I was fine with that, and appreciated the fact that they had several for me to pick from. Since the drusy options are real stones, each were cut differently, and sparkled differently in the light. The employee took all of them out of the box, and placed them all faceup on the counter so that it would be easier for me to pick one I liked. However, I'm a really indecisive person, so I had a hard time picking one out. Nevertheless, the employee was patient throughout the process even after I changed my mind 3 times. One of which was after he had already placed the stone on the necklace and closed the prongs. He cautioned me that my third choice would have to be my final one since constantly bending the prongs would weaken them, so I made sure I was positive with my final choice. Once I picked my stone out, I went over to the register to pay for my necklace, and again the staff were completely transparent with their policies, and explained to me that items purchased with the birthday discount were final sale, as well as items made at the color bar. In the end, my third choice was definitely the one I was most satisfied with. The necklace is beautiful, and one that I'll be wearing regularly. read more

I'm not a jewelry person so I had never heard of this place until my daughter asked me to take her. Some of the items seemed pretty pricey to me but then my daughter told me during your birthday month, they give you 50% off any one item in the store! We usually just go during her birth month but each time we go, the staff is awesome and super helpful! read more

Big fan of their stuff! Went recently for the free pair of earrings with a $100 purchase for the first 100 customers. KU cheerleaders were there (?), but Rock Chalk, so OK I guess. Had a lot more items in the store I expected, was hard to choose! Would like to do the color bar sometime. read more

We knew exactly what we wanted and she couldn't even take us up to the register to pay for the item. I went in to get one of my MANY KS necklaces fixed on Saturday, and to ask about my earrings tarnishing. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life. The woman accused and argued with me over and over about whether or not I put my earrings on with wet hair (I do not) or I obviously must be allergic to them (I am not). She was super rude, unprofessional and snotty. When she finally got around to fixing my necklace, they were out of the part needed, and she told me to go to the Plaza store, or come back in 30-45 days and see if they had the part in. At this point, another associate stepped in to help, as she was obviously upset with her co-worker for being so terrible to me. I am 8 mo pregnant and I am not going to truck down to the plaza, or come back in 30-45 days!! I have a ton of their product, and choose to go to their stores b/c I usually enjoy their service. I was absolutely floored by this terrible treatment, and almost left in tears (again, pregnant). I didn't even get the woman's name. I am very very upset about this. read more

My first experience at the Kendra Scott store in Leawood. I was not impressed with staff at all. It was for Brooklynn Birthday. We were obviously distributing the lady who helped us she was rude. And they lady who checked us out proceeded to tell us all sales are final and they do not do any returns. They don't warranty anymore if it tarnishes. Just thought I would share my experience. My experience with Kendra Scott was amazing. My first purchase was back in December of 2016. I'm not a huge jewelry wearer but I wear the necklaces I bought from her every day. My boyfriend bought me a new necklace for my birthday in September of 2017 & it was being shipped with UPS. Turns out UPS lost my necklace & would never get back to us about filing a lost claim report. I then contacted Kendra Scott's team & they were amazing!! They asked if I'd like a refund or if I'd rather have them ship the necklace to me again. I definitely wanted the necklace so went with that choice. They shipped it to me within a day & I received it within 3 days of them sending it out. They made sure to make it a priority to get me the jewelry my boyfriend bought for me.
