I originally stopped in to pick up gifts, and one of my favorite touches was that they gift wrapped everything for me. Turns out they've been open for 3 days. This Miniso is HUGE. I usually go to the one in Stonebriar Mall, but that location pales in comparison to this one. The store is spacious with significantly more items too. Usually I go to Miniso to purchase random mystery toys/trinkets and this location had more options for us to choose. The makeup selection is excellent, there are stuffed animals/items that line the walls from various brands, BT21 items (my girl loves these), random household items, food, model figures, slippers, hats, keychains, tech items (portable battery, fans, charging cables, etc), and so much more. You just have to come here and see for yourself. The workers were extremely kind and helpful as well. The said hi and welcomed me into the store when I first came in and offered to help me find anything when I randomly ran into them in different aisles. All in all Miniso is an excellent addition to this shopping center. I never could have imagined that this area with the old Minyards, then Kroger, and then nothing for a while would get revitalized (with a new remodel too) to the point where we would get a new Miniso here. The item was completely unused and in perfect condition. This should have been a simple, no-issue exchange. Instead, because I had used coupons, I was told I had to pay a fee just to swap it. Customer service backed this up and said they could only help if the product was damaged--which makes no sense. So they'll fix a problem if it's defective, but won't allow a straightforward exchange for an untouched product? This feels less like policy and more like penalizing customers for shopping there. I wasn't asking for a refund--just an even exchange. Situations like this make it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I won't be shopping here again, and I'd caution others to think twice--especially if you plan to use coupons.
