This Bath & Body Works is in the Shoppes at Casa Paloma, and while it's a little smaller than most locations, you still have all the staples here - body wash, hand soap, candles, fragrances, nightlights, etc. I regularly use their body washes and really like their men's selections. They continue to expand their fragrances and it's always fun to try the new scents. My favorites are the ocean and bourbon from the Men's Shop and Sweet Pea from their standard collection. Our family also routinely purchase their foaming hand soaps. As always with Bath and Body Works, you have to watch out for their annual or semi-annual sales and load up at that time. They also send out coupons. Otherwise, their standard prices can be quite high. They carry seasonal items and also regularly change out some of their trinkets like their hand sanitizer holders and nightlights. Their employees greet you at the door and ask if they can help you find anything. I also tend to receive the question a few more times while I'm shopping. Maybe they are confused why a guy is in the store and they know I the help!?! Overall, this is a nice location and away from the mall traffic which is a bonus. read more

I visit this Bath and Body Works quite a bit, sometimes picking up online orders in store or just browsing. They often have a huge selection of everything and are always offering deals on their products. Located in the Casa Paloma shopping center, there is always lots of parking available. I came during my lunch break on a Thursday and it wasn't busy. I'm sure on the weekend there is probably more traffic. On this visit, I had some coupons to use and ended up getting two free items and a discounted candle. They had their Disney Princess line available and also some leftover Valentine's Day items. The people working here are always really friendly and make sure to tell you all about the specials and sales going on. read more

I even asked for a little tote bag cause I thought I was gonna get a whole bunch of hand sanitizers and she brought one to me. If you're ever looking to shop at Bath & Body Works but don't want to deal with the malls, this location is a pretty nice one to go to. Bright windows, organized items, friendly staff, et cetera. They have plenty of the items that you are looking for. The must-have seasonal items could be harder to get ahold of at this location though and I blame the soccer moms. Those ladies are dedicated to the B&BW game. With the holiday season approaching (Did I just hear Mariah Carey's voice singing, "I~"?), get your typical but loved gifts here. This bath&body is located at the Casa Paloma shops. I had a 10 dollar gift card i got from work and wanted to put it into good use. I really don't go here very often but i do like the foam wash and they are on sale for $3.95 and with my Gcard the total was $7.03. The lady at the cashier was nice and not overbearing like some of the typical bath and body stores. In and out!!! I had to exchange and return which the process was quick! Due to allergies from the different mixtures of scents, I made it a point to go straight to what I needed (which were Auto freshener holders and the canteens that go into them). The cashier was nice and friendly. I didn't know that you could return items even after using the product, if you don't like the scents, as long as, you have the receipt. I returned items that were untouched and unopened but this was good to pass on, after the cashier told me this information when she noticed that my returns were still new and unopened. Honestly, I never return items if I don't like it but instead I donate it or would rather save it for a gift to someone with a birthday or special event. No judgement if you do return. Returning items was an exception for me this time, since I honestly had a impulsive shopping issue and forced myself to go outside of my comfort zone to return and swap. ‍ Fyi: There's plenty of parking on site. Store is in a great location which, I didn't even realize was here up until recently, when I was at a nearby establishment and I'm in this area often, so I'm surprised that I never noticed it before. I would give this location a big zero. I've had so many issues with this location. I ordered a Halloween globe one year online to pick up and was sent a notification they sold out. Went into store and they had some on display. I ordered the Castle from their Disney collection at 7 am in the morning on the 16th. Went into store and the mgr told me they filled no online orders. They helped the people who were at the store first which caused what I wanted to be sold out. The mgr of this location is horrible and rude! Will never go to that location again. read more

I appreciate the ability to directly access this store without having to work my way through a traditional mall. My most recent experience here was a positive one with the team being friendly but not overbearing. We were able to peruse the wide variety of products that are available here as well as the sales and make our selections without pressure. This is the rudest BBW Ive ever been in. Like i feel like crap EVERY time i leave there. They either treat me like I'm stealing or and just plain rude. The representative that helped me today with my return kept saying that nothing was BBW fault. They dont give shipping labels in boxes anymore. My order was showing as not delivered on my digital receipt but i clearly had the merch and was returning the box unopened. She kept saying it wasn't their fault. I wasn't blaming anyone but could we just do the return and move on? When we FINALLY got the return issued she told me "if you don't get the money moving forward call customer care. There's nothing we can do." I can assure you I wasn't rude or difficult. I just wanted to finish and get home. Funny though that when i come with my husband they are super welcoming to him... i will NEVER EVER shop in this store again. I came in to find items to create small gift sets with a specific budget in mind. The employee didn't hesitate at all to show me the possible gift set combinations that I would be able to create. I went here for the candle day sale. It was very busy. They opened at 5am and I got there around 740am. Although it was very busy all the workers were very nice and extremely helpful. I waited in line for about 35 mins but it didn't seem like, the layout was perfect for standing in line and candle picking. They also had someone walking around bringing you candles you didn't see, making sure you had your bags and even passing out candy canes. The sales agent, Vicki was rude and condescending. She did not have a clear understanding of the exchange policy, but she refused to exchange my products for another scent. The bottles were completely full and never used. She said the price had gone up. She didn't offer another solution such as me paying the difference in the cost. Instead this location has lost a customer. I have never been treated so badly at other locations and have always been able to exchange my products. I do a lot of online shipping and am not sure how the scent will be for lotions and body washes. Website states they want their customers to be 100 percent satisfied. Went today for candle day. Saw the store super packed which yeah my sister and I expected that. We have NO problem paying the regular price for candles it's not a big deal to us. What is a big deal is the fact that one of your rude employees kept interjecting herself into my conversation with my sister and when we decided to leave and come back another time she said "well welcome to Christmas" um excuse you?! I love this location! It's big and I love how its stand alone so I dont have to deal with going to the mall. The associates who work here are so friendly! I have been shopping their semi annual sale this week which is amazing- some products are as low as $2 and $3. The staff has always welcomed me and made small talk which is very pleasant. One lady with short hair, didnt catch her name, even remembered me from the other day when I came in for my second time. They are welcoming and helpful and make shopping here such a pleasant experience. Plus they are adequately staffed for the sale and have multiple registers open so the line moves fast. read more

Terrible customer service. The associates were no help and rude. It was so bad that an elderly lady was trying to get help on questions about the hand soaps that I helped her with a 'try me' at the sink. There were plenty of associates on the floor including a guy in plain clothes and shorts behind the counter. It makes it easy for me to get in and out without having to deal with the crowd like the ones at the mall. They have great selections of different items and always have my favorite scents in stock. Wish I could give no stars. Came in with my mom to get some wallflowers for her house. She loves fresh balsam and sometimes they have them out during the semi annual sales! The manager Cindy came up to us and asked us if we needed help and my mom told her what she was looking for. Cindy said "we are all out" and my mom was sad over it but didn't say anything and this manager goes "it's not that big of a deal. I'll find something else" and walked off. I have loved this location for so long, but today was the worst experience I have had. Today was 8.95 candles and everyone was taking advantage and it was busy, which I understand. There was some lady, I expect the manager or assistant manager dressed as an elf. She comes up to my mother and I who have been standing in line for 19 minutes and goes "where did you come from?" My mother responds "we came from right here." She then tells us we need to go to the back of the line. Apparently we were not Allowed to stand in this line even though others were. If the store didn't want people to create lines in this location, then have a wig or so your job and don't let anyone stand or start a line there. Above all, it was her attitude and brashness that completely turned me off. I dropped the 8 candles I was about to buy and walked out.
