This visit, I discovered that they carried Divine Purity Incense and ventured to try Cocoa Amber. The Divine Purity brand lip balm has always been a favorite of mine so I knew the scent of the incense would most likely be top quality as well. I made a curbside order and ended up having to go inside, just to be told that they turned off the curbside notification, when I asked why this female had the audacity to say because they are short staffed. I see 6 people standing around doing absolutely nothing, just lolly gagging. This was around 11-ish and on a weekday. I could count on one had how many customers they had. So now this will be my 3rd time attempting to pick up my curbside order. If I have to walk in, im going to reach out to upper management, and I don't mean the ones sitting around in the store.

All walked by me multiple times in different areas of the store and never once did any of them ask if they could help me with anything, much less acknowledge my existence. I'd understand a little more if they were assisting other customers, but they weren't; they were too busy chitchatting with each other and having their faces glued to their cell phones (all while within a crowded store). I've never been treated like this in Ulta, Nordstroms or Macys, which is who will continue to get my business. If I need something specifically from Sephora, I will make sure to either order online or go into a location in another city when I travel, as I typically have had pleasant experiences at all other locations I've been to. The Chattanooga location is not worth your time and all I know is if I didn't do my job, I would be fired.
