Good Bath & Body Works shop in the area. Came here to grab a few items from their winter sale. Their staff are friendly, not overly sales pitchy, which is nice and you can shop peacefully without being bothered. This store is nicely stocked and have a beautiful layout. They seem organized with their pick-up ordershere - all of it is on a rack up at their registers. May have to try that service next time! read more

I always love when they re-design into the newest look for white barn. Now this explains why Candles 3 wick have increased in price so steadily over the last seven years. From a $10 candle to now a $16 candle makes sense to get this type of beauty. Aesthetically this place will make you buy even more candles and more things that you may or may not need. I found a new shampoo line right now which is so exciting! I really cannot put any thing bad on developers because everything in here is set to make you feel so relaxed and in need of any product!!! Staff wise they are very friendly and attentive and now with a lot more space to maneuver, the spot will definitely become very busy at certain times of the year! Store is well stock and I know exactly what I wanted. Got my basket. Got my items and waited in line for a good 10 minutes. Several employees available in the store, but only one at the register stuck on a transaction with a customer some sort of glitch on the app or something but no one else cared to come and open a second register and help others in line. The manager came to the front to help with that one transaction and then she got back to doing other things. I expected another employee to be called to the register, but that didn't happen so I left my basket on left. Not the Customer Service I expected at all And I'm a regular at the store. read more

I only got a small bit and I'm not wasteful but it was nothing I'm telling you. Anyway but then I got check out my candel, great scent by the way. But I get coffee and strawberry lipgloss I try it on everything Is nice pretty clear, whatever. But the next morning I wake up MY LIPS ARE DRY. I went to the store today, wasn't even in there for two minutes. Saw that there was dry shampoo, so I decided to try it. The second I try it and say ooh there's dry shampoo. A lady walks over and asks us very rudely if we're playing with the dry shampoo. The shampoo bottle says try me, didn't know that that wasn't effective. Then we continued to tell her that we were there to shop and then she said if you're here to play, then you need to get out of my store and pointed out the door. I know where the door is she doesn't need to point out it. There's a Bath and body Works five minutes away from there go there, this place deserves no customers. If I can't walk into a store for more than two minutes and not be scolded about if I'm playing with the products that say, try me then what's the point of even shopping there, for anyone who's been to Bath and body Works before do they even come in with a plan? No because the whole point of going in is to go in and shop and try the different sense. I don't know what the cent smells like going in if I've never tried them before. I didn't spend a lot of time in this store since i was in a rush, but I must at least write an initial review. I didn't even know this place was located at The Shoppes, my favorite mall in Chino Hills. I was greeted as I walked in and I asked about some products. The person there was so nice, they walked me around the store looking for skin moisturizer and bubble bath and candles. I was really impressed by all of the products they carry and how clean and organized the store was. I only had 5 minutes, but I did write down a few things to remember for when i had more time. The sales lady was so nice and informative, that I remember thinking, *I like this store* and will come back to it. I took some quick photos, since I liked the way the colors in the store looked lol (some silly photographic thing), but I will add some photos, then follow up again with a more detailed review when i go back. I was at bath and body works earlier today and I was making a purchase on a candle.. I asked if the cashier if she could help me wrap it with the cello paper and the cashier told me no due to covid we can't do that for you! But there was an older white gentleman in front of me that getting all his items personally wrapped with cello paper! I asked her why couldn't she help me but the other cashier can? And her response was due to covid we can't help you! I was shocked that I was treated in such a manner! All my years of buying items at bath and body works I never had a problem like this before! I got so frustrated and heartbroken I called the corporate office and told them that they were discriminating against me cause I'm Asian... there's so many hate crimes/ discrimination rising due to covid and people thinking it's a disease spread by Asians! But that's so not true... and it's getting horrible that hate crimes/ discrimination is happening to other Asians who are a target to others. It makes me so sad, please make a stand and stand up for yourself if you're being discriminated against anywhere you go! Remember that we are all human beings and not a virus! I talked to Jordan their store manager and he said he's gonna talk to all the cashiers there to let them know that it was unacceptable what the cashier did to me. I actually preferred This 'Bath & Body Works,' branch over the Chino location. They always had some kind of sales prior to the Pandemic~catching up on my belated reviews. This is conveniently located inside 'The Shoppes at Chino Hills,' off the 71S FWY, so parking should be easy to find as well. The only thing is 'The Shoppes,' is an outdoor mall like the one at Rancho Cucamonga.....so you would gage to know where 'Bath & Body Works,' is situated within this outdoor mall or you could be walking here for a couple of blocks..... read more

I was approached by 4 different employees in less then 10mins it was great to see they are on top of the customer service but it was a bit much and kinda got annoying when I had to repeat myself "I'm just looking , thanks" I'm giving this place such a low rating is because the moment I walked in I was greeted and this very nice lady told me all the sales and then I asked her " is there testers or how can I smell the items" she responded " you can smell the lotions and shower gels , but we're just not allowed to use them." LITERALLY SECONDS LATER another employee comes up and tells me " I'm sorry but your not allowed to open the lotions and smell them, you can only smell the shower gels" I was like "well the other employee told me I can" this girl continued to argue with me right in front of the store till I just walked away to find the other employee to correct her that she said it was ok !! This store is THE WORST store to buy online pick up in store. How hard is it to get peoples online orders ready for them the same day?? The employees here make you feel like you're walking into a Chanel or Louis Vuitton store. They're entitled and make you feel like you're being a hassle just by stepping foot inside. Do yourself a favor and go to the other location on Grand in the Target plaza. It'll save your sanity. read more

I went and bought Scent-portable for my car Bath & Body Works they had a special 2/$6 or 4/ $10 so I thought that was a good deal so l purchase 4/$10 I put one in my car next thing I know the liquid oil leaked out onto the dash my stereo went down all the way to my middle Consol I got in touch with Bath & Body Works they give me a claim number they said they're going to look at it they send an adjuster I took it to the dealer I did everything they asked me and for two weeks after we did everything that they asked me they been ignored me. Granted I did get lost, walking around this plaza about three times (even while using Google Maps), I came to pick up a birthday gift a couple weeks ago and I was SO GLAD it wasn't crowded (I was in a hurry). I LOVE BATH & BODY! I've been purchasing from Bath & Body for YEARS and I will not stop! I love their fragrances and it smells so fresh and clean! I also love that they keep their old and popular scents because I've been using the same one for over a decade! Sabrina helped me choose the perfect birthday gift and the cashier helped me bag it up to make it look pretty. I'll definitely be coming back to this location from now on. It's definitely much more convenient than going to an actual mall (where you'd have to look for parking and walk all the way into the mall to get to the store). Bath & Body Works 3-wick candles and pocket anti-bacterial hand gels are a constant in my life. I know, I know that you can get a cheaper, larger bottle of "regular" hand sanitizer but I have my reasons for loving the ones sold here. In my opinion, Bath & Body Works hand sanitizers are more moisturizing and smells delightful. When on sale, 5 for 5$ is not too shabby either! Bath & Body Works tend to have on-going sales, whether it's online deals, in-store coupons or temporary promotions. I love and collect the large 3-wick candles but I will not pay full price for them. I tend to wait till Bath & Body has a sale such as the current '2 3-wick candles for $24' or any reduced pricing. My current and favorite candles are the "Watermelon Lemonade" and the "Stress Relief Eucalyptus Spearmint". This fairly small store is located in The Shoppes at Chino Hills, near Afters Ice Cream and Victoria's Secret. Although this location is smaller than others, it is well-stocked with a variety of products. The workers are very friendly, give great product recommendations, and go out of their way to make sure the customer finds what they are looking for. I will be back! read more

The girls on the floor are amazing and so helpful. They are friendly and can help with all your questions. When I went to pay the cashier just stared at me. She didn't call me over and just said thank you when I put my basket on the counter. No greeting or anything. It's just awkward. Such a huge difference than the girls up front. I Have worked in the shoppes for years and never had an issue at this location however I am giving them 1 star bc of my recent experience and how incredibly disappointed I was with their employee (faith) and the service. I came in a week ago to return some items that equaled over $100 which is a lot of money. I presented my receipt along with the information. Faith was rude the second I stepped up to the counter. when I received my return receipt via email it showed $0 for everything. I asked her if this was normal and her response was " I don't know". I then proceeded to ask what am I supposed to do if I do not get a return amount worth what I paid and she said "idk, wait 7 days" I then asked if in 7 days she would be there and if she could please remember me, her response "I have no idea if I will be here or not. idk where ill be in 7 days" I asked for the manager info "I cannot give that out" I understand that especially now days but when I asked when she would be working she said "I don't know the manager doesn't have a set schedule she just shows up" I have NEVER known this to be true but I could be wrong. I then had told her I felt like she was being extremely rude to me that $100 something dollars is a lot of money and to then return items with zero confidence I will ever see that money again is a horrible feeling, again her response "well I can assure u im not being rude" while she laughed and shrugged her shoulders. since this incident I have called the store multiple times asking for the manager who im told is Britany (which I basically had to beg for the name out of faiths mouth bc she didn't want to give it) and when I have called the manager is not there. Now im not even sure if that was the correct name. what am I supposed to do about this? I should have just kept the items bc now I just feel totally ripped off and not to mention the way I was treated was completely uncalled for. It's so pretty after the remodeling here however im really sad that when I entered the store yesterday an employee did not greet me. I know this sounds crazy and karenish but i work in customer service and greet customers every shift i am working. I got everything i needed but i will not name the lady who was out greeting everyone. She avoided me and was near me asking the same customers if they needed help or anything and greeted customers who came in after me except me.. It was just sketchy and rude so i just finally went up to her and had to ask my own questions. Worst shopping experience ever in this particular shop and it has not improve over the years. The Wallflowers (plug-in fragrance) section is a mess, none of the samples matches the products and lots of the bottles were missing a label or tag. I've seen thrift stores with more organized shelves... I feel like I'm in a public playground with broken toys and no supervisors.... I had asked one of the ladies if they had an apple-scented candle in the midst of her stocking a boxful of items. Instead of calling for someone else to do it or telling me they might not have it, she took it upon herself to check the back for me. When I went to check out my items at the register, I told the lady that I had a coupon that I left back home and she had no problem with honoring it. Came in on a Saturday morning and upon entering there's a station/desk area with an employee who kindly greeted me as I entered and was asked if she could help me with anything or to find something in particular. My intent to visit this store was to do an even exchange on a new glass bottle lotion that had broken inside my bag. She kindly walked to the front register, found the identical product for me to exchange so I didn't have to look for it, and handled the transaction very swiftly and made it hassle-free. She then kindly advised me of their specials which were $10 any wick candle, which is a killer deal as they retail for $24.50 each, and to top it off, save $10 on $30+purchase, and buy 3 get 2 free on select body care items. Basically, you can score almost $75 in top quality candles for $20 which is a bargain steal! I've used Bath and Body Works products for over a decade and I will always go back because of the quality of their products and customer service like today. They truly stand behind their products. Personally, I use their lotions, hand sanitizers, hand soaps, candles, body wash / scrubs, and plug in scents for the home and office and love all their products! Make sure you sign up for their rewards program to always stay connected for their offers like $10 off $30 or more purchase, or sale prices on select items such hand soaps for under $3, and too many more to list. Only con about this location is it's an outdoor shopping mall and I've shopped here when it rains and it's a bit of a walk from the parking lot. Another note, the parking lots get really crowded at this shopping mall. Oh yea, during the holidays, they offer great sales, and you should plan to stand in very long lines that lead out to the entrance. If you can avoid going in person by shopping through their online site during the holidays, I'd recommend it as a lot of the the product does sell out and will be on backorder for weeks at a time. read more

I'm talking product knocked all over the floor and women either ignoring or screaming at their kids who were running all over the place hitting and biting everything in sight - even total strangers. Every single employee handled this situation with total professionalism. They all stopped their other tasks and put their breaks on hold to monitor the situation. They kept their cool, helped each other and made time for their other customers. Just when It got crazy enough to call security (you know, the violence?), the family left and all the employees just smiled at each other and double-checked on their remaining customers. I love walking around this store and just embrace the scent of candles and the lotions, like literally! Store is located in the middle of The Chino Shoppes, next to Victoria Secrets and the After's ice cream. It is pretty easy to locate, google map takes you right to the Chino Shoppes area. For parking one needs to park in their private lot around the store and walk a little to the store. Sometimes during weekend it gets pretty crowded so finding a parking might be little tough. The customer service here is incredible. I went to get few candles - they have a great deal going on right now $20 for two medium candles. I always keep a look out for their deals - they are pretty amazing. Two of their staff asked me whether I needed any assistance in finding anything, I let them know that I am looking for fall/winter candles. They gave their recommendations and were extremely helpful in regards to having me pick the candles - it was a combined effort. I ended up getting: Mahogany Teakwood & Japanese Cherry Blossom. The cashier was really nice and she was super friendly. We ended up having a good conversation about Black Friday deals at the stores in the shoppes. Store is neat and organized. They have all the Winter Deals organized in a specific section and decorated the entire store for Christmas/Winter time. It is a fairly small store but it is well-stocked with all of their different products. This Bath and Body Works is the one I frequent the most. When I come just as it opens at 10AM, there is usually only one employee, and she usually greets me. When I have coupons/daily deals, they are quick to answer and help me with whatever my needs are. Even though most BBWs have many problems with Facebook coupons/deals from the BBW Facebook (Exclusives), I have never had that problem here nor have I even had to explain anything- these employees know that there is such a thing and that I am not making it up. They just ring in the code, and if that code works, than the coupon is legit, end of story. Glad to have such a nice bbw in the area with all the signs telling of their sales, their festive goods during the holiday season, and their tubs during the semi annual sale. I even made the mistake of going on Black Friday when it was completely packed once. They did everything in a timely manner and got everyone to cooperate and make an organized line. Excellent job. One star is off for the cramped confines of the store, but that's not really their fault. read more
