I was going to be in the area and figured a "pick-up" would be better than ordering to ship. This location actually had a lot more items in-stock than the Ontario Mills location, as I was going to be in two places on the same day. As with any Bath & Body Works location, we are greeted on our way in and there is also always a long line to the registers. There were bins in the middle of the store, near the register, with great deals! The store was clean, neat, and fully stocked. My online order for pick-up was not ready until late morning the next day (ordered the early afternoon before), so keep that in mind especially if there are sales going on. I was worried that my order would not be ready by the time I arrived, but good thing I was there in the early afternoon the next day, instead of the morning. We were able to pick-up our order, without any issues, and they even had the free plastic bags for gifts (when asked). We were at the Ontario Mills location earlier, and they were out, as we had also purchased a few items from there. There were plenty of parking in front of the store, very conveniently located store.

Their pricing is great and they are always super helpful whenever I come in they have a wide assortment of crystals and I especially love that they carry herbs and a huge array of candles. Measuring cubic yards is not the easiest thing to do (at least for me), so I was a little concerned I might have ordered too much. The staff explained we could pickup the material in phases, and anything we did not need would be refunded to our credit card on file.
