Good experience at this GO location. As they were having their anniversary, staff were giving out complimentary drinks and popcorn. Upon entering the store you are greeted by many employees. Shopping was a breeze as it's never too busy at this location. This weekend they are having their 20% off wine deal so that was nice. Got a few bottles of savinguon blanc to drink later. Also got some good deals on Lindor chocolate bars and Tates cookies. This weekend that are also have a sale on their dozen eggs for 80 cents. Overall a good time. Just some of their products don't match the price tags but at the register they will honor the price tag price. read more

came here on Monday and had to ask the cashier for another bag, this person gave me a bit of attitude said he needs to reopen another transaction to charge me 15 cents. didn't have time and im in a rush so gave a quarter and left. the cashier being careless just threw everything in one bag making it heavy but also mixing it with raw meat . Grocery outlet Please do better and stop being cheap on the bags by putting raw chicken, or pig flesh with ready to eat meals its common sense. read more

I bought 2 steaks from this Grocery Outlet, but when I got home and opened it, it was spoiled and smelled bad. I drove back to the store expecting them to handle the situation professionally, but I was very disappointed with how the manager responded. Instead of showing concern or taking responsibility, the experience made me feel like my complaint wasn't taken seriously. Food quality and customer service are both important. I hope other shoppers check their purchases carefully before leaving the store. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be coming back. read more

Only reason I left 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees were understanding and resolved this issue. I bought frozen sliders and when I got home I realized they were more than 3 weeks past the expiration date. I went back to exchange for the same item and the entire stock they had were expired with the same date! The manager explained to me how he will allow an exchange this time however, anything marked on sale is expired and not allowed to be refunded/exchanged. I said to the manager "So you guys are allowed to sell expired product? That seems like a potentially huge health concern." They just shrugged their shoulders with a grin. read more

One of the worst grocery outlets I've ever been to. The General Manager bends policy fit her agenda. No where on the website does it say you can refuse returns before 30 days. First time in this store. Was in the area so thought I'd check it out. It seemed they had a limited amount of items, merchandise. Just merchandise of their choice. Small selection of sodas, produce area wasn't kept well, I didn't want to touch anything there. I just looked at their meat section from a distance and didn't dare to get any closer. I stopped to ask a worker a question SSI rolled my cart, I couldn't find butter sticks. I just said, "Excuse me" and she, this severely obese obese woman with long dark hair barely looked at me with this look of 'don't bother me bitch' with demon eyes, said nothing all this time and down on the floor on her knees kept counting drink cans in the cooler where the creamers were. She ignored me and carried on counting. I waited 3 seconds and moved on. Rude! That did it for me. Got what the store had in stock shelves that I needed on my list, paid and made my way outta there. I was previously at Dollar Tree and it was way cleaner, neatly stocked shelves, friendly faces, smiles. This place must be haunted with bad energy or something coz it was not pleasant for customer service or being there. Yeah there's some savings but with the limited merchandise, the kind of service or demon help, I'll happily go to another store. Paranormal investigators need to go in and cleanse this store. I came few times after the grand opening and decided to check it out again. The cashier/employee always greet you whenever you come into the store. They are plenty of parking spots in the shopping center. They have a great produce and fruit sections, meat, dairy, kitchen, utensils, beauty items, snacks, plants, frozen items, alcohols and other food items. They also carry vegan items throughout the store. They also have organic items as well. The organic meat section seems to be cheaper than other stores. I grabbed couple of items and was happy with the purchase. You will find items that are seasonal or something different that not all the groceries store carries. You may not find everything here, but there are plenty of items you can buy. I love it when they say you save x amount of dollars saved! You also get a receipt to save $3 for next time. The place is clean and organized and the service was great. There is always someone asking you if you need help with anything and I like that. No other groceries does it. I will definitely come back especially for produce/fruits/meat and vegan items. read more

Very nice location compared to other Grocery Outlets. The parking lot and building are a bit older, but the store is clean and organized. The deals here are what you need to come for. Very comparable to the top grocers, and a variety of products that you won't find elsewhere. Definitely a place to start shopping if you haven't yet. First - Brian and Nancy are great owners. Always friendly and helpful. They are supportive of our community. My favorite place to shop for deals on wine. I find many wines for 50-75% off regular retail. You do need to be selective on the wines but there's always something good to buy. I also shop there for my meats/cheeses for charcuterie, deals on chocolates and cookies and other items. read more

Good grocery store with nice prices. Shelf life is fine, no bad products. Alcohol prices are lower than in other places for the same wines. Good nutrition is also cheaper to buy here. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. read more

I used to love Grocery Outlet, but things are going down hill and it's more conventional to just shop at Walmart or a regular grocery store, also healthier. I stopped in for a pack of lunch meat and Hawaiian rolls tonight. Tell me why all of the lunch meat (the very small amount even left in stock) was all either gone bad, going bad, literally rotting, etc???? Was this stuff not stored properly before going into the fridge? Which worries me about what else sits out too long before going into the fridge. Nice layout. It is still new so very few people and plentiful carts. No place to wipe down carts so just be prepared if you expect to see a cleaning station. There is none. Just a sanitizing stand for hands on entrance front. Champagne selection is not a lot. Plentiful red wine. This bargain supermarket is clean, with some great deals. It looks slightly higher class than 99c stores. The price for the quality of products is reasonable. I really enjoy coming here. It's walking distance from my house, and it's reasonably priced. As a college student with a minimum wage job, saving money is a priority. Very limited selection, but they have the basics. I come really often, my favorite part is to see how much money I saved at the bottom of my receipt. Last time I saved over $60. read more

I come here often. I really enjoy this store they got a little bit of most things you'd find at your typical grocery store. Ive bought health supplements, meat, fresh veggies, eggs, milk etc. For the most part I've enjoyed everything I've bought. Some stuff is hit or miss. They sell brands you know and brands you never heard of. Overall I like this place. If you buy meat eggs milk etc just check when the expiration date is. Sometimes its within a few weeks or months so be mindful of that. read more

I love this store, I go often to find the bargains. Some weeks I find super deals and stock up. The employees are always friendly, are very helpful. The selection moves fast, so what is here today might not be there tomorrow- that is the type business the store is. I like to call it the Ross of Grocery Stores.
