I brought my parents in to get vaccinated without any advanced appointments and the pharmacist (Jake) & his staff let us in instantly. Came here to grab some cough drops since I was in the plaza. Clean and simple inside, nice decor. Spoke with the pharmacist and they match Costco prices, which really makes it convenient so you can avoid the long lines. They also are currently doing free local delivery for prescriptions. I am so impressed with this pharmacy! The pharmacist, Jake, is super knowledgeable and really takes his time to answer your questions. I came here to get a vaccination and was blown away by how easy, convenient, and fast it was to do so. On top of that, they're well stocked with your usual cold/flu and over the counter medications but also some really cool things like cute children's masks. It was actually fun to shop there, which is surprising to say about a pharmacy. Overall, am happy to have discovered this place and will continue to refer my friends here! read more

First impression is that this pharmacy pays attention to details & pleasing the public/customers. Today was their soft opening party. Their promotion is detailed and generous: spin the wheel prizes (many), animal balloons, free croissant sandwiches, appetizers, coffee, boba & tea drinks... Their personnel were friendly, the place super clean & organized. The Lion-Dance was icing on the cake. When a pharmacy gives such a detailed nice party, I'm confident that they will be a great neighborhood pharmacy to serve you. (Darn I have Kaiser, so can't use them.) I used to get my prescription medicine from CVS with long wait in the phone queue or in-store pickup. Since I've changed my refill pickup at Live Well Pharmacy things have became fast and simple, the storefront is clean and I can call ahead for a quick pickup with very little or no wait time on the phone. I've also spoke to the pharmacist Jake there and he is very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all my questions. I been looking for a Chinese speaking pharmacy close by, and this one opened up recently in the area. The staff has been super helpful and nice, and they carry a lot of health products you don't see everywhere else.
