I remember when this part of the plaza included an Old Navy but it sure has changed a lot since then. I was going to be in the area and figured a "pick-up" would be better than ordering to ship. This location actually had a lot more items in-stock than the Ontario Mills location, as I was going to be in two places on the same day. As with any Bath & Body Works location, we are greeted on our way in and there is also always a long line to the registers. There were bins in the middle of the store, near the register, with great deals! The store was clean, neat, and fully stocked. My online order for pick-up was not ready until late morning the next day (ordered the early afternoon before), so keep that in mind especially if there are sales going on. I was worried that my order would not be ready by the time I arrived, but good thing I was there in the early afternoon the next day, instead of the morning. We were able to pick-up our order, without any issues, and they even had the free plastic bags for gifts (when asked). We were at the Ontario Mills location earlier, and they were out, as we had also purchased a few items from there. The brick and mortar store should operate as one company with the online business. I purchased product 24 hours before there was a flash sale and I paid a dollar more per item than if I had just ordered it online. I called the day after New Year's Day, assuming they were closed on New Year's Day and was told that I couldn't get the difference because I had called them The day after the sale. Candle day 2023 was a great success in large part to the wonderful staff at the Chino Bath & Body!! I was in and out in 30 minutes and got every scent on my wish list. The staff was wonderful and I was greeted right when I walked in and given a bag to start my shopping. Numerous employees asked if I needed help or recommendations. I would like to point out one employee in particular though. Brook always has a smile for you when you walk in. Her energy and enthusiasm she brings is so amazing. I was able to swing by here after my Elite Perk to redeem my freebie and stock up on some hand soaps with my 20% off coupon. Parking: Free and spacious parking lot. Love that this B&BW store is a stand alone and not located inside a mall. I was able to come in, get what I needed and leave. The store itself is clean, chilled and nicely ventilated. The Staffers here are energetic, friendly and ready to offer you a bag or more to put your stuff in. Rewards Membership: Download the app - My B&BW to earn points for freebies (travel sizes and full sizes) as well as various e-coupons. Birthday Freebie: Travel size body wash or lotion of your choice. You can easily spend a good chunk of money in here whether you're buying something for yourself, family and friends. They're always running different/special promotions, and if you play your cards right (with the various e-coupons and freebies to redeem), you can easily leave here with tons of products, lol! The register showed her to give me back $8.40 even that was wrong because I gave her $42.02 cash for a $31.62 something sale. She gave me $6.40 instead....a dishonest employee.... Many of the Bath & Body Works locations have started to re-open during the COVID-19 sheltering times, and this is one of them. I was running low on my handsoaps, and by giving a look-see on their website, this location was said to be open. So, I headed to the store and of course there was a huge line to get inside. They are currently limiting a few customers inside at a time. But the wait was not too bad, and orderly! They have staff at the lines to answer questions, which was great. Once you're inside, it smells like the usual great new fragrances you would smell when you walk-in to the store. This location had sanitation stations with their soaps and sink and they had samples for your use right when you walk in. The store was clean and the staff was attentive. It was actually nice to shop without a lot of people inside. I got my items and was in and out in a jiffy. I would come back again! I was so excited when one of my local Bath & Body Works reopened after being closed due to the 2020 Pandemic as it was right during their semi-annual sale & I love their scented hand sanitizers. I tried ordering it online in March but of course, they were sold out. Finally I was able to secure some online and it took over a month to receive, due to safety and cleaning protocols. But little to my surprise was that it was hand sanitizer from the men's collection. Whoops! I still used it. :) They've been open over a month now and still have tons of mini hand sanitizers. I've been stocking up!! The lines aren't as bad anymore either. Plus other B&BW locations have opened around So Cal. Love the rewards too. I already have 2 free up to $16 product I can pick! I usually find myself at Bath and Body on key dates: Birthdays, Valentine's Day, and Christmas. I have to be honest, and forgive me, but the scents of the soaps, candles (especially the Stress Relief is cool....don't tell me male friends). Now this is embarrassing, but I am going to share it with my Yelp friends.....I imagine myself in a bath (cover your eyes.......just kidding) with candles burning and various Bath and Body potions nearby, and I am completely relaxed. This review has to do with how people behave waiting outside in line and associates stationed outside not doing anything about it. I don't mind people talking on their phones. However, when you're so loud (customers at Target could probably hear you) and talking inappropriately while kids are around, I will give the stfu look. Well, it's a good thing I did my research online before going in and had a good idea on what I wanted to buy. Also, a good thing I looked up all the specials because only one special was announced to me, which was a sale on my two LEAST favorite scents. Instead if suggesting other specials or asking what notes I like in a scent so she could help find ones that suit me best, she continued with "well you could always give them away as a gift." Why am I going to buy scents I dislike to give them as gifts?! Worst suggestion ever. The store was extremely slow. There were two other people along with myself. The associates were so busy having a conversation, after trying to struggle and get something off of the top shelf (which neither of them noticed), I had to go up and ask one of them to get it for me. I then went to check out (with my 5 items) to which the associate then said "are we doing the buy 3 get 2 free today?) Yep (hence why I have 5 things), and the only way I knew you had that special to begin with was because I looked up online first. Clean, organized store. Horrible customer service. I usually spend a lot more when I shop there but I actually contemplated putting all of my stuff down altogether to leave. It was hard to justify giving this location any of my money. It's a good thing I smelled the new gardenia scent on one of my customers and just HAD to have it. I've had better service, during prime hours, while in the midst of a Christmas shopping rush at the store closer to my house in Orange County. Won't be coming back here. I never thought I would make a post like this... until today. I was super excited to find out I could use my Victoria Secret credit card at Bath & Body works so I loaded up on the candles, accessories and more for Christmas gifts. When I went to pay, my card said invalid. I asked if they could look up my info and I was told NO. No they are not able to look up any information. I was sent away (more like shoo'd). Feeling confused I called Victoria Secret to see if maybe I had a wrong card and they said nothing is wrong with my card or account, and that Bath & Body works DOES have the capability to look up my info, it just takes a couple of minutes. I walk back in, the manager is there and seems annoyed. I pointed out the woman who told me looking up my info isn't possible. No one said I'm sorry. They rang me up looked up my info and order was approved. Didn't take more than a minute. My stuff was put in bags... and I was sent off again. The person before me got a "Merry Christmas and Have a nice day" I didn't get any of that. I'm Mexican, and the people who were helping me were white. I get this is Chino Hills, however I just moved to Chino Hills... and I feel like I was treated this way because of my race. Or maybe because I didn't look like the fancy stay at home moms who were shopping there. Not so sure. I hate that I feel this way, but I will never come back to this store ever again. read more

Andrea was providing EXCELLENT customer service! I was stuck on which fragrance to get and Andrea helped me find the perfect match! She definitely knows her stuff! Everyone else as well was very kind and friendly. I was a bit hesitant to shop because of Covid-19, but they had very safe precautions to keep everyone safe. I love this location! They have everything other Bath & Body Works locations offer without being in the middle of a crowded mall. My husband loves their new Burban scented candles and shower gels. I don't usually go shopping on black Friday but I was actually comfortable enough to come here that night and snag all the great deals.
