I came through here before a movie next door to kill some time and to check out their big "annual"…read moresale. The sale typically offers a large discount on some of their lotions, soaps, etc. The store wasn't too busy although there were a few people strolling around. They tend to put everything into giant bins & label above what the prices would be. I found a specific set of items that had no prices on them. At all. I had to flag down a clerk to find out that they still wanted $2 for a small bottle of lotion. The store is smaller so you won't find a ton of inventory of larger stores but sometimes benefits that it won't be sold out.

I had the worse experience in your store yesterday. I went to your store in Christiansburg to just…read moredo an exchange. Body cream , lotion just for a different scent. The cashier was very loud with the fact that I returned some items and that I didn't have receipt and also that some of my fragrances were old. All of my fragrances were brand new and never used. By this time she had everyone that was in line and that was working the registers looking at me. Someone else came to help her. And asked the person that helped her isn't it okay to exchange as long as it's lotion for lotion or body cream for body cream? She stated yes. Beverly preceded to say "you people always get offended"! I asked her "what do u mean by you people"? She ignored me and preceded to argue with me saying y'all are always get offended. She went on to help another customer and was still fussing about the entire situation that she made with my exchange. I could have easily argued with her as she continued to go on and on until I left. But I chose not too. Her name is Beverly at the store in Christiansburg. Horrible customer service. The statement " you people" in the world we live in wow. It shows that the country still have a lot more work to do. We should all be treated equal, regardless of race, gender, etc. I don't think I will ever go back to this store again. I hope that you realize how people like Beverly can make your company look. It's not good at all.

For some time now I would walk by a place called CRAFTERIA on Church Ave in Downtown Roanoke,…read morewondering what was inside. Until one day, looking for a new Puertorican Restaurant named "Delicias Boricuas," I had a reason to go inside. And I'm so glad I did. When one walks in, one is greeted by a very friendly young man who is seated at a desk and who is in charge of taking care of you if you need to buy any of the arts and crafts items displayed in any of the booths inside. Then, the first store there is the Little Green Hive which is a Coffee, bakery, and sandwich shop. There is also the Puertorican Restaurant which is literally a hole in the wall where one orders their food and then goes to sit on marble tables and chairs that are all around to enjoy their food.Besides these two restaurants, there are a couple of beauty salons, and a vinyl record shop. As one walks around looking at all the beautiful arts and crafts displayed, there is music playing in the background. I would definitely recommend to those visting Downtown Roanoke to come by this place. Who knows you might discover a new place to hangout with family or friends and enjoy some coffee, shop for that special one of a kind gift, or discover the delicious flavor of the Puertorican Cuisine.

We're so pleased that we did, as it was an interesting place to wander with its eclectic set of stalls with interesting and high-quality crafts, candles, vintage records, various foods, and more for sale. We were tempted by the Puerto Rican food stall, and just HAD TO take some empanadas and other savory snacks back to our hotel. I was also tempted to buy one of the absolutely gorgeous wooden charcuterie boards -- and, would have, had we not been walking. I did, however, take the craftsman's business card! A steady stream of customers were visiting while we were there.
