The day of the wedding, however, these people brought completely different flowers than the one my sister had selected. Additionally, the flowers they brought were drab, lifeless, and wilted. Take a look at the attached pictures and judge for yourself. Finally, they failed to set everything up on time despite having advance notice, so we had to delay the entire wedding for around 45 minutes to an hour for them to finish setting up. If you want your wedding ruined, pick these guys. If you want your wedding to go well, pick someone else. Afterward, they were completely unrepentant and unapologetic about it. When my mom left a negative review, they threatened legal action if she didn't take it down. Well, I'm not scared of their threats. If you guys want to sue me, reach out and I'll give you my address so you can effect service of process. I would *love* to litigate the accuracy of this. EDIT: the owner has responded claiming that this review is not true, but the pictures speak for themselves. She is lying. Imagine what else she is lying about. The owner doesn't even know me - we've never interacted and she's never heard my name. Message me if you would like more information. Do yourself a favor - read through her reviews. Many of them are positive, but quite a few are negative - I'm not the only one saying this. Finally, look how often she calls people liars, unstable, immoral, etc. when they complain about her. Ask yourself this: do you want to be the one she's one day calling an unstable, immoral liar on here after she screws up your own wedding? This is how she talks about the people who complain when she drops the ball and ruins a wedding. Maybe one day it'll be how she talks about you. Rachel, if you're reading this: if I'm really slandering you, then sue me. I will give you my address so you can file the lawsuit and serve me with process. But you're not going to do that, because you don't actually want these allegations adjudicated in court, because you know that they're true and you would lose.

They came out beautiful. The price point was the typical price of medium size bouquets. I'll always believe flowers are luxury product and will always be overpriced. Today when I went to use them, realized they are NOT hand lotion, but hand wash. I drove over to exchange and was told everything was a final sale. I asked why I was not told this before purchasing or noticed any signs stating this, and she pointed to a small acrylic stand up notice in tiny font that stated "Terms and Conditions." Way at the bottom it read "all sales finals." She followed up with, "It's also on the receipt." Brilliant...the receipt is produced after the purchase! I understand I "guess" I should have read the tiny sign, with tiny font before I made my purchase...but who does that? Nevermind the sales clerk had indicated where the hand lotion I wanted was located. By the way...they did not even carry any hand lotion in this brand...JUST body wash. Now I am stuck with 2 items I will never use. I will not be patronizing this store again...and feel that any store that takes NO returns/exchanges should have significantly sized signage posted and their clerks should remind customs this policy when at the register. There are NO other stores in outlets that are only final sales. Misleading customers and poor service practices.
