We didn't want to pay to replace it yet, but didn't have any warrantee and wayfair where we bought it was no help. La-z-boy also didn't want to help us because we bought through wayfair. Jorge used to work for Raymour & Flanagan for 14 years and seemed to know exactly what he was doing from the start. I called and he said to send pictures, that he could come take a look for no evaluation fee. He charged me $320 to replace both manual recliners where the wires snapped on both sides. It was a 45 min job so it might not have been the best price but he did a good job and was very respectful and friendly.

I came here two times in the past week, once to browse and then again to purchase. Lo and behold, I did find a pair that I really, really liked on Tuesday. I went home and tried to find them online, but to my luck I couldn't find them anywhere. When I came back on Thursday and was approached by a sales associate asking if I needed any help and I told him the exact pair that I wanted. He bent down and looked in the drawer where all of the new fresh pairs were kept. He takes out a pair and says oh these are them, and I said "no, I'm sorry they're not, they're not the right color." He said, "yes they are, they are the same model number as the one you just showed me." (Rodinara MK5009). I told him that through my research I noticed that there are four pairs they go under this model number, but they are just different colors (Silver, gunmetal, rose/pink, and gold). He said, "oh well, we just go by the MK4digit here." You could tell he was getting slightly flustered because it was apparent that I was more knowledgeable in the product that he is supposed to be selling to me. Thankfully not too long after, we found the exact pair that I wanted and I went up to the register. During checkout, I felt extremely rushed. I understand it's supposed to be a quick transaction, you know, the usual swipe your card, sign, etc., but it just seems like he couldn't wait for me to leave so that he can move onto the next potential customer. Nevertheless, the store is incredibly clean, welcoming, and thankfully stocked.

But, twice in a row when I've needed an outfit/dress for special occasions (a wedding and my birthday) MK has come through and had just the right thing for me! I'm honestly not a fan of the bags, and that's just a personal preference but I am a fan of the clothing. When I was just there it seemed that most, if not all, of the bags were all synthetic. If I'm at an outlet spending ~$150 on a bag, give me the real leather! Now if you don't want leather and prefer synthetic, they've got some good looking bags. Anyway, I was here looking for a dress to wear to a wedding but when I saw that all but one rack of clothes said to take an extra 60% off the ticketed price, I ended up grabbing any and everything I liked that was my size, or close to it, and trying it on. I ended up with 4 dresses, a pair of jeans and a sleeveless top for only $130 including tax!!! It was unbelievable, I'm not sure how often they offer an additional percentage off, but when I got to the register she said it was an additional 20% off! There were a few things in the store that the extra 20% off didn't apply to, but luckily I wasn't shopping for those (sunglasses, perfume and selected bags). It was amazing and this was definitely the big hit of my day. The store was bright and clean and when the woman that was helping realized what I was looking for, or even what my boyfriend started looking at while I was in the dressing room, she started looking in the back and bringing me more things to try on! She was great and I wish I knew her name. I'm definitely a huge fan now and this will be one of the select stores I stop in every time I come to Clinton! I've been waffling between 4-5 stars, and I'm going with 5 for the deals and service and overall experience. The only thing pointing me to 4 were those synthetic material bags, but since I wasn't really shopping for bags and I was there for clothes, I decided to stick with 5.
