I ordered roses, and they did not open. I paid for top quality. When I called to complain, I was told that the pink roses the person recommended are not roses that open. Why was I not told that when I ordered them? I will not order again from this florist. read more

I asked for something neutral, and they created a bouquet that was minimal yet expressive. It said exactly what I couldn't put into words.

I received an orchid as a gift from here. While I've never visited the shop myself, I can tell how much care they put in their plants with their packaging. The orchid was huge and difficult to carry by hand, but they wrapped it in such a way that it wouldn't damage the flowers. They used plastic film, a cardboard box to support the pot base, and some insulation inside to keep the plant warm. As a plant owner, the insulation was a huge plus for me especially since the temperature outside was below freezing. I carried the orchid out on an hour long commute and it wasn't damaged at all! I'm hoping to visit the shop once I have time. Just by the way I received the plant, I can tell the staff is well-versed in plant care! read more

Terrible customer service. The employees of this store left my 14-year old, 5'10 child in tears due to aggressive behavior. During the pandemic, she is 100% remote and she has filled her corner of the room with plants. She was looking for a new philodendron and, after window shopping at this store, she got up enough nerve to go inside. A man, who seemed to be the owner, was having a tense conversation on the phone. He noticed my daughter to have made her way to a corner of the shop where she had spotted a small plant that she thought was affordable. He started yelling at her for being in that corner and at his staff for not assisting her. The staff then confronted her in an unnerving manner. At that point, she could only ask for a "green plant" under the pressure of justifying her presence. The staff replied, "We only have color here." Mortified, she ran out of the store and cried in embarrassment the rest of the night. Considering there are many other florists in the city, please give your business to kind humans. This shop is devoid of them choosing instead to berate and bully kids who find respite in greenery. read more
