I circled around twice before finding a parking spot. Once we entered the building it was a lot to take in on a first time visitor. It was very crowded and they had 2 lines to checkout. I specifically requested a "colorful and pretty" arrangement. The (curt) man on the phone seemed to be "put out" by my calling later in the day and when I asked if this is something he could accommodate he tells me "I have flowers..." I should have known...I should have asked for a picture of what he would send. He asked me my price range and I stated "about $65-75." The final tally was $88 - which is fine, if this wasn't the arrangement! I am so very disappointed. I requested a partial refund and this is the response that I got... "Your arrangement has 3 yellow sunflowers , 3 hot pink alstromeria,  5 stems white daisies, and multiple stems of genestra with assorted greens. Your arrangement was 65.00 and delivery and tax totaled the 88.00" This arrangement looks cheap and is certainly NOT colorful and pretty. I simply wanted a partial refund and after that response I now had to write a review.

They certainly have wide assortment of patches from different companies, so that was nice to choose from. I was even able to get nice recommendations on preferred products by one of the ladies that work there! I know this place has other accommodations such as a salon and make up area, but I personally have no experience with them here or at any other locations, but the layout seemed to be the same. The store was kept well organized and stocked with staff that greeted me upon entrance so that was a plus. Overall a good experience because this location seemed to have the diversity of products a beauty shop should carry!
