This Sam's Club rarely has enough checkout lines open. Shipped there today. The store was very busy around 10:30 AM. They had one cashier line open. I don't like self check out plus if you purchase wine you can't check out until someone comes over to check your ID even if you're seventy plus. Prices are getting too high. Saw steaks at $26.97 a pound. Might drop membership it's no longer a good value. Especially when it takes ten minutes to get checked out. read more

Been going here for the last 2 years and never had issues with their inventory until come November/December 2024. Starting then patrons including myself had a hard time sourcing egg whites. I remember checking out Sams club few times a week for couple weeks and they never had stock! Now they having issues with eggs as I haven't seen any in stock the last few weeks resorting me to use local super markets. Not sure what's going on and if it's a national issue or local. Other than the eggs, I still find this place a great place to shop bulk your daily needs. They also have special Pokemon card sales if you're into collecting or investing in Pokemon TCG products! read more

- This review may not be the best review but it's a must review. After waiting in line at the deli for 20 minutes, I finally get to the register to place my order. I tell the Young lady that I want to order a whole pizza, with all meats. She proceeds to tell me they are not taken orders for whole pizza at this time. So I replied and said, the last time was here you told me that y'all don't take whole orders after 6:30 PM. Mind you it was only 6pm when I placed the order. She then says "we also said we wasn't selling slushy's but we're selling them!" So I asked her how many slices in a whole pizza? Because they had a hot whole pizza that just came up. She said five so I replied you can ring me up for five slices. After I paid for my purchase, she started to put all five slices on a paper plate. So I asked her do they have any boxes? Purchased an order from Sam's Club for delivery didn't receive my order back in September tried several times to get a refund was told they was gonna refund my order back to me They sent me a gift card for the amount of the tip that I was going to give and said the rest was going to be placed back on the gift card that I used which was a digital gift card never received it back on the gift card I called back was told that it had to be approved and I've received it In seven business days never received it call back two more times we're placed on hold long. Time until I was hung up on so I did the chat the chat person told me they had to escalate it so they sent me a email and I've been emailing them back and forth then they told me that it was sent back to the gift card which I told them not it has not then they told me that I used a gift card already on another order which I have used several gift cards before on other orders then they went into my order history and changed the gift card number to match another order that I used another gift card on and said I used it on that order. And now they won't refund me my money and I noticed that they deleted the gift card number off the bottom of my other order I have never seen such shiesty stuff in my life over $162. I have shopped at Sam's club for years but this is the worst service treatment I've ever had!!!!!! BEWARE 3mo.....:( read more

I really enjoy the prices and convenience of shopping at Sam's. That said, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have recently had problems with my knee so on this visit I had to use the scooter cart. While trying to maneuver, I kept in countering the stock persons pushing large, wheeled hand trucks through the rather narrow isles. I kept backing up, moving out of the way, backing up, moving out of the way. I was about finished with my shopping, but needed to get one more item from the freezer section. As I was moving forward, one of the stock persons dragging a large wheeled handtruck, came forward toward me. I stopped and then he waved me to back up. It would've been easier for him to let me go past. It would've taken all of five seconds. Then, an even larger, motorized stock, truck came toward me. I held up my hand as it to say, hold on don't run over me. The guy kept coming staring right at me. Another Sam's employee said "ma'am, back up before he runs over you! " There was no place for me to go. Several customers in the area stated that he could have stopped and let me pass. I ended up almost backed into the corner of one of the freezers. I thought that was very rude. I ended up leaving without my package. read more

Sam's, seriously...why are you so much better than the one I go to in Atlanta? The store is clean and organized. Not one single employee had a stank attitude or a rude face! Nobody was blocking the aisles, or bumping carts. Everyone said excuse me. The items I needed were easy to find. I didn't have to search forever to find Bubbly Water like I do in Georgia. Parking was ample and nobody was driving like a jackass. I had an issue a few days earlier with a pick up order. We had to wait 20 minutes for our order (just toilet paper!) to be brought to the car. Aleathia Gibson, Member Experience Manager, was super apologetic and gave me a $20 gift card! Now, THAT'S how you treat people! I'd like to just add that my son and I stopped by the little cafe in the store. You can get a chocolate frozen yogurt for 99 cents. Not only is it a huge portion, but it's DELISH CITY!! Think about a Wendy's Frosty, but much thicker and creamier. I wish I had another one right now. read more

I've been coming to this Sams club since it's been on our side of town. I love the location and I visit here about once a month. When you go to the customer service desk, they have pictures of Veterans on the wall. That's pretty cool. This store is slammed with all the necessities to fill your pantry shelves. They offer samples everyday with Saturday being the day that they have samples all day long and multiple samples. They offer pick-up orders. I usually place my order online for whatever I want to be available to pickup later in the day. I prefer this sometimes over doing my own shopping when I have a bunch of things to do. I've never been disappointed with this service. I will continue visiting this location as I can get whatever I need here. read more

If you've been to one Big Box Store, you've been to them all. You usually go with an objective and try to navigate the aisle without buying everything you swear you need in bulk but know you really have NO space for or without gaining 5lbs from re-sampling all the samples because you made the rookie mistake of shopping while hungry. This Sam's Club is no different from all the above described Big Box Stores with one Major exception by the name of Monique in Member Services. Ms. Monique as I affectionately called her as she assisted my brother and I with a fairly complicated transaction. Went above and beyond the call of duty in the customer service arena. My family whom I was visiting begin relocated to SC about a year ago and in that process of course things were misplaced. Ms. Monique took the time to research the original transaction and research the item number. After a couple of trips to the stock area and some painstaking time scrolling and clicking transactions on the computer she found what was need to assist us. The icing on the cake was that she actually remembered me from a week ago when I simply called to inquire if we could be helped but more importantly she remembered my brother from when he made the original purchase several months ago. Monique @ Member Service is a true gem... The absolute epitome of a fantastic customer service representative. A true assets to this location and company as a whole. Just A Note! Yes, we love that mask are required. However, it only says that it is required to enter the store(even the recording when you call Sam's Club says the same thing). Just called today 11/20 and heard it. Once the members have entered, it seems that they are not required to keep it on throughout the store and no one is enforcing it either. You aren't the only store not enforcing it, but it's scary that I could be shopping at places that require mask and catch Covid or the flu. Just my honest opinion. Also your prices keep increasing. I have a plus membership and Walmart has some of the same items for less which is backwards because I would think the whole point of a Sam's Club is to have that advantage. Meaning I want that one stop shop without having to shop for a cheaper value at Walmart. read more

Really love this place! What's not to like? You can buy tons of food, televisions, outdoor furniture, mattresses, movies... seriously they sell a lot of stuff for very cheap. My wife and I buy most of our groceries here and we save a lot of money by doing so. The store is huge so you're never rushed by other customers and you never feel cramped. You do need a club membership but if you utilize the store all the time the membership pays for itself very quickly. Heck, if your shopping for a big screen tv the discounted price on the tv alone pays for the membership dues. Check the place out for free if you're not a member and decide for yourself if you like it. You really will save a lot of money, especially if you have a large family or run a business. read more

A couple days ago I placed a pick-up order. I got there and all of the pick-up spots under the canopy were full so I chose another labeled #5 out in the lot. I replied to my text as instructed, and waited. An associate came up to the car but was looking for a different name, asked ours and said he'd be back. We waited about 15 minutes and so I called the service desk in side and was immediately put on hold. We waited another 15 minutes. By this time all the spots around us and under the canopy were vacant and the music on hold droned on. In desperation I drove up to the auto doors where the employees only sign is and leaned on the horn. Finally an associate came up to the car asked my name and got my order (meanwhile the music on hold still played!!) His parting shot was I wasn't checked in!! Well my text showed it went through and when we were the only car setting out there and the employee had spoken to us. Since my previous review things have improved significantly. I love club pickup and checking in on the app makes pickup even faster even though there have been some bugs in the app related to the check in feature. Always double check the pickup orders before leaving because they sometimes forget to include frozen items. I am very pleased with a lot of the improvements made to help with the busy lives of customers. Scan n go is awesome inside the store and I use it each time that I come in to skip the checkout lines. Time saved! Product selection could be slightly better on certain items but overall my experience has been good recently. I come here at least once a week to keep up with the huge appetites of 2 teenage kids. The snack bar is very reasonably priced. We enjoy the family pizza combo and it is usually ready in under 20 minutes while you shop. read more

Very convenient, In Store, Scan & Go, check out is a real cool breeze. No matter how crowded the store is or looks, you can easily & quickly avoid long lines using Scan & Go. Plus Membership gives free shipping on items purchased Online. Repeat orders (paper towels, kitty litter, toilet paper, laundry supplies, etc repetitive purchases of must haves) all heavy stuff. Usually you have to handle it between store shelf & your home, but shipping online gets it to home doorstep with just a computer click! Items can be ordered & conveniently picked up right the parking lot. Everything is neatly waiting for you, sign & load car, avoid going in store. This feature is so nice for busy working people. Place you order & pick up without going inside store, after long hard day, shopping waiting for you. It's perfect place to shop regardless of your situation. Employees are so knowledgeable & genuinely helpful. Customer Service is really great. 10 months now, every benefit I've used has proven to be an asset. Most frequently order online but have used all the various methods & highly recommend Sam's. One more thing, the Club often has many unexpected bargains. Online, found very high end designer dress pants, priced at $100 elsewhere for $19.99, all sizes & color variety. It is a good place to consider first for Holiday shopping. Often one bulk pack will be the same price at other stores, yet the bulk pack will give you 2plus or more, for gifts!
