They usually have a good selection of jeans, dress pants, jackets and shirts in modern styles. Since it is winter they had stylish leather jackets and sweaters on display today. The shirts they had for sale were not my style, but they did seem to be of good quality and were reasonably priced. Because it is close to Christmas, this store was packed. The staff seemed friendly despite the overwhelming amount of customers.

The salon was very clean. There were several stylist available and they seem very slow with business. Tasia, was a nice soul. I enjoyed our conversation. She really enjoys doing sew-in's and I never wear weaves. She wasn't too enthusiastic about doing my hair. It's very thick and I have a curl pattern between 4b-c. However, she tackled and actually the final product was beautiful, my husband loved it. During the blow-drying stage, she was very rough with my hair, I got scared that she wasn't handling my hair properly which caused more of my hair to shed than normal. So we took a break. The tip I gave is that she would find a better blow drying technique that would put less stress on the hair. Perhaps, part the hair in four sections and blow dry section by section. Will I be visiting her again, probably not because I can't afford to have as much stress on my hair with all the pulling and tugging she did. But, but, but if you are a natural with curls in the 3's or 4a pattern, or love weaves, I believe you will will enjoy the entire experience. Tasia is a newbie with only 2 years of styling under her belt so I'm sure she will caterpillar into a wonderful and creative butterfly of a stylist.

The clerk told me it was written on the receipt but in fact it was not, and they hadn't marked the rack as final sale items either. Seriously awful after the money I've spent in that place over the years. I'll never go back.

I showed the technician a photo of the nail design I wanted and asked if he could do it. His response was simply "no," and from the start his attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming. When I asked how close he could get to the design, he told me that normally clients send their inspiration pictures before the appointment and that he has other clients, so he didn't know. As a new client, I was never told that I needed to send a photo ahead of time. There was no communication about that requirement when I booked. Instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, the interaction continued to feel rude and dismissive. At that point, I told him I no longer wanted the service. I came in as a paying customer, followed their booking process, and was simply looking forward to enjoying my birthday and being treated with basic courtesy. Customer service matters, and unfortunately I did not feel welcomed or valued here at all. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.

In the rear of the store is the sale section. I was able to find some very cheap outerwear for my kids that was priced at 50% off. The problem with the sale section being in the rear of the store is that you have to walk past all the non-sale items to get there. Because of that I was suckered into buying some more expensive items. of course they looked super cute and seemed well made, so who was I to complain. if my little girl wants boots with bunnies on the other girl wants sparkly sequined boots, who am I to argue? Because I spend so much here, I had a $5 credit on my card. It was easy to redeem from my phone which was a nice perk. One thing this location has is very friendly staff. In my opinion, I do think there clothes quality is better than stores like Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe, but you're really just looking for moderate styles and staple pieces when you go here. Sometimes in a store like this you have to peruse a little, but on this day I found a cute light sweater'ish dark blue shirt for $9 that could go with a few different bottom options I have. There was a run in it that I didn't find till after I bought it, but due to the price being so low, it really didn't matter and wasn't really noticeable. They also have uniform clothing that I'm guessing could work for some of the local schools, and they give you the hangers your clothes are on (though I prefer my hangers at home). It's got more self check outs open and available than ones with an actual clerk, which makes it a tiny bit harder when doing a big grocery trip with kids.
