They have found other stores with products that they have liked and one of them wandered in here recently and discovered quite a bit to like about the place. Personally I'm only really looking for products to help with my beard and the problems I have with my scalp. And this occasion when we stopped in for my oldest to pick up a couple things they showed me where the men's products were. While I was looking one of the employees came over to see if they could assist the two of us. I referred my child first and they helped them find what they were looking for. Then I ended up talking to them about products for my beard. They do have beard oils and bombs but I didn't like any of the scents in the men's department. The salesperson explained that she could put any of their sense in the beard oil. I wondered about a bit and checked some of the bars of soap to see what some of the scents were like and we talked about some of the things that I've been interested in. She recommended one and while the three of us were talking she mentioned that they can combine different scents and they have one that smells just like Trix cereal. They only have smaller bottles for the oil but I decided to give this one a try. Once she had it made you realize it really does smell just like the cereal. Pricewise they are right in line with pretty much every other place I have dealt with for beard oil. I was told they can also put the different sense in their beard balm and that will probably be my next purchase. We also talked about some other possible scents and she said she could work with me and stuff to come up with something different. After wandering the store I have some definite interest in trying some new creations. The stores aren't that big but they're easy to get around in and well laid out. The employees are extremely helpful and they have a good variety of products to choose from. If you buy their laundry detergents you can get discounted refills if you bring the containers back in. I suppose the only downside to stores like this is if you have trouble with odors at all it can be difficult to even walk in the door. I was lucky in that it wasn't that bad for me.

This has happened repeatedly, which is why I've reduced how often I shop here. Just yesterday, I saw a sign advertising $9.99 and "buy one, get one." Because of past issues, I took a photo of the sign before going to the register. As expected, the shirts did not ring up as advertised. When I showed the photo, I was told the sign did not mean buy one, get one free, but rather buy one and get something from another department. However, when I asked what item was included from another department, I was told there was nothing. and that the "white sign" did not say buy one get one (see photo included). What's most concerning is that instead of taking responsibility for incorrect signage, the explanation shifted to blaming customers -- suggesting that shoppers sometimes change the signs, which I found hard to believe given the way the sign was positioned and displayed. It would require insider knowledge to flip it the way it was shown to me. That response feels dismissive and avoids accountability for what appears to be ongoing internal issues. Consistently incorrect signage, combined with defensive or dismissive responses when customers raise legitimate concerns, feels disrespectful of shoppers' time and patronage to the store. Sadly, I'm not the only one that encounters these problems as you can see from other reviewers. Clear pricing and professional customer service should be standard expectations.

This one is close to my home and I needed to pick something up fairly quickly that we hope that they would have in stock. I went in and looked around a couple areas of the store that it might've been in and I did find it near the pharmacy area, which was one of the likely spots to find it. Once I found what I needed, I realized it was quite expensive here which was expected, but as the need was there, I went ahead and grabbed it. I went up by the front register, and there was one person waiting to check out and no employees. An employee walked up and went right to the registers to take care of them and had problems at the register and finally had to transfer to a second register to try and check them out. It was at this point that more people started to get in line behind me. They had the same problems with the second register and had to call for help. We ended up with three people, trying to figure out the problem And one of them took me to the first register, and I mentioned that there had already been a problem there which they also experienced and so they took me across the way to the third register in the store and realized their phones were out along with some other problem. Luckily, the register did work And by the time I was checked out the lady that was checking her one item out had paid cash and was able to get through. In the end, I did get what I needed, but it was expensive and there was just a lot of inconvenience.

I might find that I was looking for when I ran across the aisle I thought it should be in. I was hunting for Tylenol proactive Support which online shows available at places like Walgreens and CVS. I did not see any, but there was an employee nearby who I asked about it. They went searching through the app in their device and could not find a listing for it so apparently Walgreens here is not carrying it. They were very helpful and did suggest that I might try the competition across the street because I had mentioned that they might have it as well. After a quick look online, I did discover that the target on my way home showed it in stock and that's where I eventually found it. I was glad that the employees here were helpful and friendly. I will keep them in mind if there's something I'm in need of.
