Was looking to get a custom ring on June 13 afternoon Ish. No one would help or asked if I needed help after looking for at least 15 minutes. Finally my boyfriend asked one of the workers for help. She couldn't seem to care less about helping me and when I would ask her a question she didn't seem to care to help. Also, there was at least four people working and I was the only person in the store. These girls stood around at the front door and we're just chatting. Was super excited to get this ring, but the experience was not fun. In summary, isn't it the whole point of these girls job to sell jewelry? None of them seemed very eager to do so. read more

You know that girl in high school that was super hot, nice, AND smart? The one that got all the boys and beat your test score? Well her name was Kendra Scott. I love to hate Kendra Scott. I mean I can't walk though work or be anywhere in the community without seeing the jewelry. It's classy and slightly pretentious. Iconic and pointing out that you're willing to spend way too much money on a piece of costume jewelry. But go in and leave without buying a piece, I dare you. It's really freaking difficult not to leave without something. The immaculately makeuped and bejeweled staff will point you to just the necklace that you've seen a million times but in a color that is somehow uniquely you. (You ladies stay away from the rose gold with white drusy. That one's my UNIQUE style, and you can't have it!) The store set up and lighting makes everything glow. You'll leave hating yourself for spending so much money on something that's not fine jewelry, but, relax, you're one of the cool kids now. Welcome. read more

This Kendra Scott location is amazing (as most are). They are super sweet and helpful. They always have the latest collections displayed beautifully. The shop is located on the Classen Curve which is an awesome little shop center located by Nicholas Hills (one of the nicest neighborhoods in Oklahoma City). There is also lots of parking. Came in here today to grab a gift for someone the girl who helped me was super kind! They had a great selection of affordable earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. The store was super clean and it wasn't busy for a Thursday afternoon which was nice. If you come in on the weekends it can get a little chaotic! Definitely wouldn't be able to push my stroller through the store at all! They have tons of sale selection this time which I found shocking usually its very limited it seems. The color bar is also super fun that allows you to pick the style you like of an earring per say then pick out the exact hue of a color you want! Also another side perk is if you visit on your birth month, just have to show your license you get 50% off any item! That's right a whole 50% I always come in on my birth month and even make my husband come in so I can treat myself on his birth month also. AWFUL I know but hey, it's half off! Update!!!!! So the store got a new manager Kasey. She reached out to follow up on my Yelp review. I committed to come in and see if the service had improved. Well I'm happy to report all of the sorority girls were gone. I was greeted at the door by a young lady who was super helpful along with the other staff. I bought three items per their suggestions and the current trends. Now just hoping my girls like what I got them for Christmas. Good job Kasey! I'll be back Giving 1 star...do to poor customer service. I'm a guy, I don't know what girls like. So I come to a Jewelry store to get ideas and help. I absolutely love the staff at this KS store! I will say that a couple of years ago when I first started visiting this location I felt the opposite. The employees were very snooty and gave off the "top good" vibe. However, I can now say absolutely feel welcomed here. Not only is this the mother lode of brightly colored, affordable jewelry, but it seems their Color Bar was pretty much made for people like me, who want to look put together but don't spend hours pinning ensembles and reading fashion blogs. The Color Bar allows you to pick a style you like of earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings. You then choose your metal, and then select your stones. They make your jewelry based on those selections. This is great for gals like me, but also makes an excellent option when you need to get jewelry for your bridesmaids, or you want to customize the same style of necklace for different members of your family. Came in for a late Christmas gift for a friend and had a really good experience. The girl we were working with was super friendly and helpful, and of course their jewelry is so cute. It's pretty pricey compared to statement jewelry you can get at department stores or even other boutiques, but it is nice and they offer so many colors and styles, and I feel like not all of it is outrageously priced. We ended up getting earrings and a necklace in cobalt for our friend who is a Thunder fan, Texas Rangers fan, Dallas Cowboys fan...the blue encompassed it all. Both together was $90... we debated getting a bracelet, but those were pretty pricey. Good addition to Classen Curve in my opinion, and I think it will do really well with that crowd. This review is purely based on the store and staff... The staff in the store is shockingly bad. So bad I almost walked out, but, I am visiting family and wanted to buy an item in store for once. Not a single sales person felt the need to say "welcome, let me know if I can assist!"...when I said "this is my first time in a KS store" no one explained to me that I needed to provide the item to a sales person and they would get a new item from the back. I asked for an alcohol wipe to try on earrings and I was looked at like I had 20 heads. Hey guess what staff- you should have them readily available for customers trying on earrings! The icing on the cake was when I provided a bracelet to a sales person and I was told it would be held with my other items up at the front desk. I ended up buying 3 items and I did not check the items while the person rang me out. I mean, how hard is it to pick out the exact item a customer handed you?? Once I got home, to my surprise, I received the wrong bracelet! It was similar but not so similar where it could have been an easy mistake. My view on this is-sales person either pulling a fast one or absolutely not paying attention. I love Kendra Scott jewelry and do not have a brick and mortar store anywhere near me in Boston. I have ordered jewelry several times online and received KS gifts. I appreciate the jewelry. I will contact the corporate office because I am pretty concerned about the alcohol wipe situation and would love to know if I should expect poor service at other locations. read more

However, I had such a great experience today that I had to go ahead and leave a review! I was returning a necklace that I received as a gift, which they did with no grief and all smiles. However, I also had a pair of earrings with me that I have loved for just over two years (but which were in desperate need of a cleaning.) I love KS for their colorful statement jewelry, reasonable price point & quality of goods. I'll stop in here every now & then if I need a cute last minute gift or a "treat yo self" day. I've had a pair of Danielle earrings for a couple of years & the hook where you put through your ears has seemed to tarnish (Oklahoma has the full gamut when it comes to climates that can influence your stuff). I want to love this location but it doesn't hold a candle to the KS in Uptown Dallas. When I walk in, I get the stink face from half the ladies and they were accommodating when I needed to exchange some defective earrings but they need to work on customer service. I constantly feel rushed and the store is too crowded. Uptown Dallas ladies never make me feel like I'm a bother and they are always super pleasant while the girls here in KS OKC can be a little too brisk. I don't know that I'll ever be back. They do get one extra star because speaking to Morgan on the phone was a pleasure. Maybe customer service is better on a weekday but Saturday's are a hot mess-BEWARE. read more

I was greeted by TWO beautiful sales women who were super friendly and helpful. When I left all FOUR sales women on the floor thanked me for coming in. Wow, I walked in the store today to exchange a pair of earrings and the lady that put my earrings together was so rude. She didn't say a word to me. No communication skills. I'm a coach and you need to make sure everyone is happy at your job. I don't understand how she got hired. Maybe, she had a bad day or I didn't buy anything thing that day?? There still shouldn't be any reason to act like that. And also, when she was done she gave me the earrings in the box and didn't say a word, a "thank you" or nothing. A bit delayed for this but, I am glad we finally have a Kendra Scott store here. I am not the biggest fan of all her jewelry like most of my friends are but what I do own I love! And wear a lot! But you have to go for your birthday discount. GOT TO. I mean 50% off your birthday month is a great little treat, makes it for a fun excuse to go shop and treat your self. I went last night, last day in september! In the past, on Wednesdays they are supposed to have "girls night out" and have advertised it like a sip champagne and shop kind of thing. While they did have wine in a bucket at the register, no one was sipping as none of the customers knew about it. Although there were plenty of staff able to help you try on different pieces and find other colors etc. none of them offered to check you out even though a register was open. And also, when it is time to pay, no one can help you other than the 2 ladies working the register in the front. While that is okay, what wasn't was that I was waiting behind a lady that was trying to fix/change a piece of jewelry or possibly making something from the color bar at the checkout line, so the staff could have stepped to the side to make it while another staff that was wondering around the store asking customers if we needed help could come and check the rest of us out. My husband and I went Into Kendra Scott to get a gift for our daughter-in-law, who had requested Ellie orange stud earrings. As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted and asked what we were looking for. This person immediately referred us to someone who could help us. A darling young woman, Morgan, then began working with us. She said that they no longer carried orange. She offered to check to see if any other store still had them. She found some in Las Vegas. I spoke with the Las Vegas person (also, extremely nice and helpful). Morgan said that a customer is never charged for shipping. She went above and beyond to get us what we came in to purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. As we were leaving, at least 4 others thanked us for coming in. These young women definitely impressed us. While I love the KS brand, the customer service I experienced today was substandard and left a bad impression. Upon entering, nobody offered to help with finding a nice birthday gift for a dear friend of mine. I noticed the staff kindly greet caucasian customers entering after me and even provided assistance. Perhaps I am sensitive to this because I am a minority, however every customer should receive the same caliber of customer service. I overheard the other customers being notified of current special offers but not once was I informed or even approached to assist with selecting a piece. The lack of service made me feel un-welcomed so I spent as little time as possible to select a gift and check out. From this experience, I am sad to say but do not plan on returning anytime soon/if at all based on my experience today. read more

I live in OKC but usually go to the Tulsa store when I'm in town visiting my parents. I went in yesterday to the OKC store and most of the girls that work there lack customer service. They are rude and give attitudes every time I walk into the OKC store. I will say one of the girls up front were super sweet. My mom purchased something with her birthday discount (along with another item) and as soon as I mentioned that my mom wanted to use her birthday discount--the girl immediately started treating us differently. I'm sorry but is the discount coming out of your paycheck? You are in customer service. Act like it or quit. I also purchased something right after my mom and the girl made snide remarks once she knew I was upset with her service. I came here a few weekends ago because they were giving away a pair of beautiful Danielle earrings with purchase to the first 100 customers. I got there a few minutes after they opened and the line was already nearly out the door! They had a good system where you got a card with your number, could browse the store and get in line with your card. My husband got a card as well and I shopped away, found lovely things and bought them. Considering the huge amount of customers, the staff was pretty quick to help, grab things from the back, and was overall pleasant. Once I got home from running other errands, I realized that my husband's bag did not have the free pair of earrings that we were going to give as a gift. Since there were only 100 pairs available, I immediately called the store and the manager was super friendly, super helpful and, though they had run out of the special free earrings, she offered to let me pick out another pair of Danielles and apologized for the mishap. I love Kendra's jewelry. In fact, I didn't wear jewelry until I discovered her brand. However, I dread visiting the store in OKC. I'm never greeted when I walk in, I have to approach a sales associate when I need help, and I never hear a "thank you" when I leave. It seems as though the college-aged staff think they're better than you and you're just a hindrance when you ask a question. I would probably spend more money if I received friendly customer service. Instead, I quickly choose an item (or sometimes leave without one) so I can leave as soon as possible to get away from the "mean girl" environment. read more
