I took my daughter here for the 2025 year end sale. We arrived as soon as it opened for the day and there were people already waiting outside the store. When we walked inside, I noticed that this location is somewhat small compared to other locations. My daughter and I spent about an hour here and were able to leave with a bag full of body sprays. There were sale signs everywhere but the signs were somewhat vague. It stated that "select" items were a certain price but didn't state which ones. There was only one employee on the floor at that time and she wasn't too helpful. I asked her to clarify which "select" items were on sale and she couldn't give me an exact answer. read more

I went in specifically to check out the Peeps collection and was approached by a very knowledgeable associate, KJ, and we had a lovely chat about the Disney Princess fragrances and our favorites. HORRIBLE service, and to top it off by the so called "manager" kanja. We arrive before closing hours to find the door locked. I knock on the door to get the nearest associates attention and point at the closing time, she opened the door and with a rude attitude says they are closed, I proceed to let her know I was simply there for 1 item and would be in and out specially since there was still roughly 30 min to closing. As per their business hours on the door. She then says she can't let me in because they are closed. And at store capacity, MIND you that store was less busy than a mall store on a busy day! And there were maybe like 10 people in there. She even said their line was all the way out the door lol. To which I asked her where lol because I saw absolutely no line....Long story short I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager then proceeded to ask if I understood what she had said like if I was dumb. I asked for her name and let her know I would be submitting a formal complaint to which she still had the audacity to sarcastically say "oh please do" not sure if she was simply having a bad day or what, but regardless specially as a "manager" if you don't like customer service maybe that's not the right job.... read more

I come to this location VERY often. I've never had a bad experience, but my experience today was just rude. I came around 5:57 pm, not knowing they were going to close in just 3 minutes. The doors were already locked, and customers were leaving. I urgently needed a candle today, and I only get my candles here. I waited patiently outside the store, hoping a worker might come by. Chances of letting me in are slim, but there's still a chance I could quickly grab the item I needed, pay, and leave. All that was needed was just some communication. I noticed a man leaving the store, but the worker was following behind him, almost like walking him out. I saw this as an opportunity to just quickly ask if I could purchase the candle and leave. The worker clearly saw me standing there at the door. As the door opened, I almost had the chance to say something to her, but before I could even speak, she prevented eye contact with me, looked annoyed, and aggressively shut the door in my face, with me standing right there! I have no complaints about the candles, but at least have manners. She could've at least said, "Sorry, we're closed" instead of a rude dismissal. It's genuinely not hard to have manners, especially to a customer. read more

Bath & Body Works has officially entered Pacific Commons! I recently went to check it out on a weekend, and surprisingly it wasn't too busy. Staff was welcoming, also very helpful and informative about the current promotions going on for the holidays. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. Parking is plentiful and location is convenient as it is located next to Ulta, Target, and several restaurants. All in all, your standard Bath & Body Works! read more

Bath & Body Works is now open at Pacific Commons in Fremont! Nothing special about this location, but it's a nice addition to the outdoor shopping mall. Located next door to Ulta Beauty. I went in and it looks like any other Bath & Body Works. Lots of fruity smelling sprays, fragrances, and candles. They have a person at the door greeting you as you walk in, which is good customer service. I didn't buy anything as I like the Body Shop better. Still, nice to see this location open & I just ended up browsing and testing out some lotions. Festive ambience (Christmas music playing!). I think the next closest location of Bath & Body Works is at the Great Mall, so this is good for folks in Fremont. read more

As far as logistics, this store is about 20-30 minutes away from me compared to the BBW at the Great Mall (you suck, BBW at Great Mall! ‍). Pacific Commons BBW wasn't always in Fremont either: They used to be at the Newpark Mall in Newark which was an even further drive for me. The store manager Kim and Assistant Manager Dianeta (or Ms. D) hold the most adorable and sweetest crew in town. I mean, move over NO ONE! There isn't a BBW within a 25-mile radius from me that has the same capacity in Customer Care / Service as Kim and Ms. D's. The store is always clean and orderly that if I was to feng shui the space, I wouldn't be lighting any incense sticks. Staff (95%) is cordial and happy to see me (and I swear others too). There are about 1- 2 associates here that seem disinterested in fulfilling the 100% satisfaction guaranteed (one of them is Nicole - has multiple multi area skin piercings but has zero personality / customer centricity - "dugyot" ). No one store is perfect (as no customer is either) so compared to other nearby locations, I'd rather spend more on gas and get 99% than go to Valley Fair or Great Mall where associates want you to satisfy them. Dianeta and Kim look like they handle the place very well with Knowledgeable associates and customer service par excellence. Both of these managers always have a big smile no matter what day or time of day. It makes shopping at this store worthwhile because you can feel how staff like being around their customers. I have been a BBW customer for over 20 years. Pacific Commons is so far my favorite - ONLY IF EITHER OF THESE 2 WOMEN ARE AROUND. Parking is always easy as this is an outdoor store. You can park, purchase, load and go back without hassle if you forget something. They're right next to Ulta so be prepared to get some water to hose down the burning hole in your wallet! I used to love coming here. It's been a few months since I've shopped there and the customer service has just gone down. We used to be greeted upon entering and employees would ask if we needed help with anything, but today we didn't get a single greeting or asked if we needed assistance. There were more employees in the store than there were customers. I work in the service industry as well and there is really no excuse. I'll be taking my money to another location. read more

Their cosmetics tend to smell strong and nice, but they sure are pricy. I am hoping that concentrated room sprays are on sale also despite getting two of these for $16, but will still keep myself alerted with upcoming sales that come by. read more

I told them it's an online order pickup which shouldn't take more than a minute, when there's no other customer. They just didn't care and said I can come on another day. They lost my business. It's the holidays and online shopping with store pick up makes getting that Christmas list done so much easier! I received a coupon in the mail so that was an added plus! I simply placed my order online and went to pick it up the next day. All my items were in stock & the workers were very friendly! In fact, they opened their doors right at 10am & you're greeted with one of the workers offering assistance to help you find what you're looking for. This store location is right next to Ulta in the Pacific Commons shopping center, in the Target area. They moved from their previous location in the Newpark Mall and although everything is new it kind of feels crowded to me. From the main entrance, you have to be careful in maneuvering because the product stands are all very close together and stacked high. I feel like it was a maze to locate everything and get to the cash registers. I know it's not the actual locations fault but more on a corporate level, I personally don't try to spend too much time in here and just get what I want. I came in at 11:30 am on a Sunday thinking they were open, pulled on the door and they were closed, doesn't open until 12 pm but there was no signs indicating hours. I had to check my phone which took forever because the whole Pacific Commons shopping center could be a dead zone for cell phone internet usage. Pacific Commons Bath & Body Works is my favorite location because I had such an amazing experience here!! Shawna and all the employees made me feel welcomed immediately when I walked in. They even genuinely seemed like they love working together and at B&BW. Special shout out to Shawna who helped me figure out 3 defining scents that I love. Her helpfulness and social ability doesn't go unnoticed. I was going to walk out empty handed because I couldn't figure out what scents I liked best. I had originally planned on just thinking about it and purchasing soaps closer to my home however even though I didn't purchase much this time, I felt heard and also really appreciated. Shawna helped me narrow it down to a couple scents that I knew I liked: white cucumber mint and lavender vetiver. I ended up purchasing those two foaming hand soaps and the white tea and sage which is my go-to scent that my mamasita loves. Plus, OF COURSE, I wanted to support this Store 82671! Unsure how I feel about this store. Some reasons being is that while I like having a BBW close by, I find that lately this store seems to not be getting the new items fast enough or they seem to have leftover stock but not enough of a certain product. I went to the Great Mall location recently and they had pretty much all of the Halloween stuff out. I bought a Halloween and soap and another scent from that location. This store took a while to get the Halloween items and that too they only seemed to have a few of the items (ok, maybe some of the items sold out but idk). Then recently I come to this location to browse and because I see a sign that has body care for about $6. I ended up getting a small hand lotion since I forgot one in my purse that day. I wanted a particular scent, and even though I was able to find it, they didn't seem to have it in the bigger size, even when I asked. Also not sure if this particular scent is getting phased out of stores (they didn't tell me), but it seems to be available online. It is confusing with this store it seems , or maybe it is just B&BW in general. The ladies that work here don't seem to have too much enthusiasm or know too much about products. I did see some pocketbac holders but not the one a sales associate had. I complimented her on it and she just said thanks... you would think she might've shown me where she stocked them? I feel like you might have to find whatever you're looking for yourself here. I think if the Great Mall location was closer, I'd probably go there. Walked into this location and immediately saw a sign that said "All 3 wick candles for 14.99" so the wife and I decided to get 4. After 30 min of selecting candles of our choosing we checked out. They charged us full price and when I brought up the sign the associate and manager said it was left out by mistake and that wouldn't honor the price. Every major retailer would without hesitation honor it and remove sign. Have some integrity! read more

I'm not sure if the lady that was helping me was having a bad day, (she was the African-American lady that usually has her hair wrapped up, I think she might be the Manager based on previous interactions I've been around during other visits). But she for sure did not provide the typical BBW service that I usually get. Long story short, before you clock in to your job - make sure you actually wanna be there or at least put in a better effort for people you come face to face with. People who work in the customer service industry should remember that they have no idea what others are experiencing and what they are going in to stores for. But the people who clock in, CHOOSE to clock in. She denied letting me use my coupons from my app because she said "you cant share coupons," I asked her what does it mean and she said "customer service." Totally acceptable answer, but not in such a condescending way. That way you treated me would've totally put me over the edge. The look in your eyes told me more than I care to explain. I called customer service (whom I had the most pleasant conversation with, but 20 minutes wasted of her and my time) they couldn't explain why I wasn't able to use it and resent me coupons I could use but was explained I had to wait 48-72 business hours to reflect in my account, which was totally fine (first world problems anyways). And. Btw, I took my coupon (that the lady from Fremont said I couldn't use) to Hillsdale and was able to use my 25% off, $9 birthday gift, and $15 free item with no issues. Consumers aren't asking for pleasantries, but be gentle. I deal with patients all day long who are very sick, agitated, disrespectful, and down right rude. But I choose to clock in everyday and be gentle. It all comes down to Karma. read more

I was so pleased to shop at the Bath & Body Works at Pacific Commons. They have this easy to find location at one of the cluster of shops near ULTA, across from The Habit. The products they carry are all great, wonderfully smelling items and they also have fun stuff, like diamond shimmer mist, but what sets this Bath & Body Works apart is the staff, whom are super friendly and very knowledgeable about most everything they sell in the store. They are nice, professional, and courteous; they are the kind of people you want around when you are shopping, and don't know exactly what you want, they can help you find out! They are also super forgiving at the register. For example, if they can see a better deal among what you will buy, something you didn't spot, they will let you know, so you can get the value. I appreciate the help, and I am so happy when I go home with all my goodies. Be sure to visit Bath & Body Works next time you are in the area, you won't regret it! read more

I've come in about 5 times and every single time was a nasty and rude experience. The SA make up their own rules when it comes to returns and exchanges. They lost my BOPIS order twice. The manager is RUDE and not professional. They all need customer service training. I will never be returning despite being a convenient location. read more

I want to give a big thanks to the young lady who assisted me with products as I had a hard time walking (the timing of everything is unfortunate and frustrating), but she was personable and extremely helpful. I'm so bummed because I wish I would've gotten her name! As for the cashier, I appreciate your patience as I know I was holding up the line and it was also closing time. Staff here are kind of rude. They always look at me like I'm crazy when I try to use a coupon or if I ask about coupons, as if to say, "We don't have coupons, are you crazy?" One staff member almost ran into me and instead of apologizing, she just exclaimed, "oh my gosh!" And then just laughed and walked away as I meekly apologized for almost colliding with her. Another staff member was incredibly rude to me when I brought my purchases (3-wick candles) to the front- she said, "these aren't on sale." I asked, oh, I thought they were? She said I needed to look on the coupon for the ones that are on sale. I said, okay, I'll just take the one that is on sale. I then asked if I could use my reward for one of the candles that wasn't on sale. "what reward?" I showed her and she flatly stated, "this is $26." And then just glared at me. No smile, nothing. Maybe you shouldn't be working in a customer service job if you can't be polite to customers. More training is needed here. read more

I did not like the customer service I received today at BBW when I went in to return a purchase. I had the item I was going to return in a bag with the receipt. As I walked into the store, the manager questioned what I had in the bag. I felt like saying "I'm not hear to steal your merchandise". So I guess it's not ok to walk in their store with a bag????? I told the manager it was a return & she walk me directly to the register & was so unpleasant during the return transaction. The store was empty, and I understand why. Who wants to go to a store with staff that makes you feel like you are going to steal & provide with horrible customer service. read more
