I bought the mother's day package: 3 laser facials for $450. It was advertised that it comes with red light therapy and salmon dna. However, I never got any of that done for the past 2 facials. When I scheduled for my 3rd and last appointment, I brought that up and they told me they only do those 2 treatments for 1 appointment only - which they applied for my last facial. I was never told this during my first ever visit. Next issue I experienced was scheduling appointments. First and second were smooth, 3rd was not. For my 3rd appointment, I reached out to make an appt but didn't receive a confirmation text at all for my orginal appointment. This was the time where a staff member addressed me as sir on instagram DMs when clearly I am a woman. My instagram is public and my photo shows that I am a woman too. I didn't bother pointing that out to them on instagram dm messages, but that is crazy. Once I got that the original appointment situated, I reached out again to reschedule my appointment from the original date on instagram and text. The person who texted me back stated that they couldn't find my appointment. Whatever. Then I got the confirmation text of the appointment that I had moved out to a couple weeks later. Next thing you know I got a text from them asking to confirm my appointment for the original date I booked. I am so confused? I had already communicated that I changed the appt date. As for the treatment I did notice a difference in my skin in terms of less redness, even skin tone, more brighter and it lightened my old acne scars for me as well. However I wouldn't ever get laser treatment... it's ok. The laser itself didn't hurt. Id recommend going to other med spas. Theyre disorganized. read more

The heaviness from my eyelid even caused blurred vision. I went in to improve my appearance and received the opposite . She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, assess my facial balance, and explain every recommendation without making me feel pressured. For the longest time (wished I wore sunscreen when I was younger), I struggled with hyperpigmentation and honestly felt like I had tried everything. I've had several laser sessions at this med spa for full body. From the start I've noticed that they have difficulties keeping appointment times. I schedule in person about a month in advance and then the confirmation text I receive a few days before has me listed at a different time, sometimes even a different day. This is super inconvenient to the customer and just makes it seem like they are disorganized. As for the treatments themselves, the process is pretty smooth but sometimes I have to wait 10 minutes to be seen by the nurse or the machine needs to be serviced in the middle of my treatment. No issues with the treatment results itself and the price point is better than most. Just wish they communicated better about rescheduling at the last minute. read more

She said I have to to Cam Ho and Cam wasn't available so I had to go to urgent care! I've had under and cheek filler before and had never experienced this! Monica said Cam would call me back never heard from them they didn't care! They also do horrible injecting for botox they left my brows pushing down instead of up! They left my lips horrible and uneven! Horrible they cancel last min on your appt! Like a day before which is very unprofessional! The treatment was performed by a Filipina staff member, and I was instructed to return after two weeks for a follow-up appointment because additional injections might be needed. I am surprised that you are unable to locate my treatment record. During my appointment, only a few injections were administered, and I did not receive any injections in the center of my forehead. Despite this, I paid approximately $814 for the treatment. I remember asking the provider, "That's it?" because I was surprised that the procedure seemed to end so quickly. She reassured me and called me "darling" or "sweetheart," which made me trust that the treatment had been completed properly and that everything was done as it should have been. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the results and the overall experience. The Botox treatment was a gift to myself after my birthday, and I was looking forward to feeling more confident. Instead, I feel that I did not receive the level of treatment I expected, especially considering the amount I paid. The experience left me feeling as though I was not given the same level of care and attention that other patients receive. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated fairly and to receive the full treatment that was discussed. How could I be satisfied with the results when I did not even receive what appeared to be 10 injection points? For a treatment that cost approximately $814 and was said to involve 72 units of Botox, I expected a more thorough treatment. This is one of the main reasons I am disappointed and concerned.
