For the longest time (wished I wore sunscreen when I was younger), I struggled with hyperpigmentation and honestly felt like I had tried everything. The treatment was performed by a Filipina staff member, and I was instructed to return after two weeks for a follow-up appointment because additional injections might be needed. I am surprised that you are unable to locate my treatment record. During my appointment, only a few injections were administered, and I did not receive any injections in the center of my forehead. Despite this, I paid approximately $814 for the treatment. I remember asking the provider, "That's it?" because I was surprised that the procedure seemed to end so quickly. She reassured me and called me "darling" or "sweetheart," which made me trust that the treatment had been completed properly and that everything was done as it should have been. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the results and the overall experience. The Botox treatment was a gift to myself after my birthday, and I was looking forward to feeling more confident. Instead, I feel that I did not receive the level of treatment I expected, especially considering the amount I paid. The experience left me feeling as though I was not given the same level of care and attention that other patients receive. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated fairly and to receive the full treatment that was discussed. How could I be satisfied with the results when I did not even receive what appeared to be 10 injection points? For a treatment that cost approximately $814 and was said to involve 72 units of Botox, I expected a more thorough treatment. This is one of the main reasons I am disappointed and concerned. I have tried 4 Med Spas so far for Botox and dermal fillers. Radiant Med Spa is now my go-to! Crystal, at the front desk, and Nurse Cam were both very welcoming. The process of getting my treatments was quick and easy. My experience there: When I walked in, I was greeted by Crystal. I was sent to a room where I signed paperwork, get pictures taken, etc. Nurse Cam was my injector and we had a consultation and went over the treatments that I wanted to get. Cam informed me about how many sessions I needed for Botox and what type of filler was recommended for me and the differences of each one. I was then numbed with numbing cream and after a while, Cam started on my treatments. I got chin filler, masseter Botox, and lip filler. Cam is an expert nurse injector and she definitely knows what she's doing! The process was quick, and I was also handed a soft ball to squeeze to make my experience more comfortable. Afterwards, she showed me that she has used all of the products and the full syringes; which made me trust them a lot more! I highly recommend Radiant Med Spa for your beauty treatments. I finished my laser hair removal treatment about four months ago, and my hair is still not growing back. I had eight sessions for my legs and under arms. The machine that they use was fast and efficient, almost painless. I felt a little bit of rubber band snap and that was it. The clinic was easy to find as there's a lot of parking space. It is on the second floor so if you need instructions, just look for the Radiant spa logo. I worked with two different nurses, and they were both very informative and gentle with my treatment. Came here for the first time to get some Botox for my TMJ which had been causing incessant jaw clenching, thus causing headaches and jaw pain. This was my first time getting the procedure, so was a bit nervous. Everyone at the facility was very nice and welcoming. Once I was checked in, I had to do an online consultation with a nurse to be cleared for the procedure. After that, Cam came in and briefly went over my concerns, then we began the procedure.
