I booked with Nurse Christine and came into Radiant wanting some facial balancing and lip filler. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, assess my facial balance, and explain every recommendation without making me feel pressured. She suggested a little more projection in my chin and subtle lip enhancement. I had a lot of concerns since it was my first time getting filler anywhere besides my lips. I'm also a side sleeper, so Christine helped balance the flatter side of my face with a small amount of filler near my cheek. For the longest time (wished I wore sunscreen when I was younger), I struggled with hyperpigmentation and honestly felt like I had tried everything. During my pregnancy and postpartum, my pigmentation became much darker, and it really affected my confidence. I kept hoping each new treatment would be the one. Thank you for your response. I did receive Botox treatment at your Fremont location in April 2026. The treatment was performed by a Filipina staff member, and I was instructed to return after two weeks for a follow-up appointment because additional injections might be needed. I am surprised that you are unable to locate my treatment record. During my appointment, only a few injections were administered, and I did not receive any injections in the center of my forehead. Despite this, I paid approximately $814 for the treatment. I remember asking the provider, "That's it?" because I was surprised that the procedure seemed to end so quickly. She reassured me and called me "darling" or "sweetheart," which made me trust that the treatment had been completed properly and that everything was done as it should have been. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the results and the overall experience. The Botox treatment was a gift to myself after my birthday, and I was looking forward to feeling more confident. Instead, I feel that I did not receive the level of treatment I expected, especially considering the amount I paid. The experience left me feeling as though I was not given the same level of care and attention that other patients receive. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated fairly and to receive the full treatment that was discussed. How could I be satisfied with the results when I did not even receive what appeared to be 10 injection points? For a treatment that cost approximately $814 and was said to involve 72 units of Botox, I expected a more thorough treatment. This is one of the main reasons I am disappointed and concerned. I would appreciate a detailed explanation of the units administered, the specific areas treated, and the number of injection sites used during my procedure. I saw Cindy on Sunday and she was AMAZING-very knowledgeable, offered a comprehensive approach and was honest. I have tried 4 Med Spas so far for Botox and dermal fillers. Radiant Med Spa is now my go-to! Crystal, at the front desk, and Nurse Cam were both very welcoming. The process of getting my treatments was quick and easy. My experience there: When I walked in, I was greeted by Crystal. I was sent to a room where I signed paperwork, get pictures taken, etc. Nurse Cam was my injector and we had a consultation and went over the treatments that I wanted to get. Cam informed me about how many sessions I needed for Botox and what type of filler was recommended for me and the differences of each one. I was then numbed with numbing cream and after a while, Cam started on my treatments. I got chin filler, masseter Botox, and lip filler. Cam is an expert nurse injector and she definitely knows what she's doing! The process was quick, and I was also handed a soft ball to squeeze to make my experience more comfortable. Afterwards, she showed me that she has used all of the products and the full syringes; which made me trust them a lot more! I highly recommend Radiant Med Spa for your beauty treatments.
