Taking advantage of coupons received in the mail. Received $10 off and a free gift. Bought, lotion, hand sanitizers, sanitizer holders, etc. It is clean and safe! Masks worn by workers. The worker was very kind and welcoming at checkout! Great service and tons of great stuff! Highly recommended! =)

Gotta love the bright, fun colors.

Out of the 3 locations in town (Fashion Fair, River Park, Figarden Village), this one is my favorite. I like the setup better and it's not usually crazy busy. When you go to a store at the mall you have to deal with other people at the mall and that one is usually pretty busy. I don't like trying to maneuver around a bunch of people while I'm trying to shop. I almost did go to that one when I was at the mall, but it was being remodeled and temporarily relocated near the food court, but I wasn't about that. Upon entry like usual I was greeted and while I was shopping one of the employees pointed out some new scents to me. I do like this place because it's always well lit and it's so colorful and bright. It puts you in a good mood. Unless of course you're sensitive to smells and/ or someone overdoes it with sampling the fragrances. The best time to shop is when they have sales and/ or you have coupons to use. I needed more hand soap so they had a sale 6 for $24 or 4 for $20 I wanna say so I stocked up. They semi recently redesigned their hand sanitizer to a more streamlined packaging but I held off for a while since I was still using up all my old bottles. Hand sanitizers are 5 for $6 and the cheapest keychain holder was $1. They had a much simpler holder that was just a silicone band that fits between the bottle and lid, but they "blinged" it out with charms and stuff so it was $3.50. I wish they'd just sell the simple band holder for like 50¢ since it would be more attractive and minimalistic than their current basic holders. Sometimes less it more, but Bath and Body Works usually opts for more. I had a coupon for a free travel item and 20% off entire purchase which was really nice and practically made my hand sanitizers free.

    Mmm X.

If you are colored beware! This place is a total joke and caters to white folks but we know that already! I do love my dollar gel that I was able to get. The reason it was a dollar was because incompetent workers could not count change correctly. I left the change as tip after being rung up incorrectly for 7 minutes. Happy Holiday folks!

This conversation topic was extremely discourteous from both these people however very unprofessional from the employee. After about 10-15 min in line, I expressed concerns to the employee about about long wait time ( I made no comments about their inappropriate conversation). The customer decided to insert herself into the conversation. She said " this is why I don't like you people" ( I am Asian). Though I was at the store at opening at 9 am, this customer decided to try and give me the profound advice of getting to the store earlier. She stated "You should have come shopping earlier to avoid lines instead of being a B word." I don't expect a minimum wage employee to be inclined to deal with this but she could have called a manager or just offered to call for assistance. I did not feel comfortable being harassed by a repulsive, angry woman so I left. Fabric cutters were Terri Linn and Andr-a per Hobby Lobby manager. Customer service supervisor believes Terri Linn is the employee I had the most interaction with. Manager Linda states she can speak with employee but do nothing about the customer. I understand a manager only can say so much but to do NOTHING is ridiculous. If I went into Target and started harassing other customers and stating racist comments on top of calling other customers the B word, I am pretty sure someone would speak to me about it or tell me to leave if I do not calm down. Per Hobby Lobby website: "Honoring the Lord in all we do by operating the company in a manner consistent with Biblical principles. Serving our employees and their families by establishing a work environment and company policies that build character, strengthen individuals, and nurture families." Hobby Lobby on Blackstone certainly does not adhere to these values. Some of the employees really need more education on basic culture studies. It's not hard, do your job, be professional and for the customer, mind your own business. She seemed to have a lot of struggles physically and mentally so pick a struggle and work on it.

Even though this place gets super busy, I always find a parking spot quickly and it's very easy to navigate the aisles, it does not feel claustrophobic or too narrow. Lots of floor staff so if any questions arise, you're taken care of. They have amazing sales as well especially in between transitioning seasons. I came because I had three member rewards. One for a free gift for the price of a travel size body care, one 20% off total and another free gift for the price of a 3 wick candle. Lucky for me, there was already a BOGO free 3 wick candle deal going on. So I was able to get three candles.. one for free. The other two was BOGO deal and I grabbed a bar of soap as my free travel size body care item.. and I also needed a new wall plug in so I grabbed one of those too. I got everything that I had to pay for 20% off! My total discount was $65.23... only paid $27.65 which was not bad for everything that I grabbed! That's equivalent to one 3 wick candle and the wall plug in so yasss that visit was a STEAL!! I love walking in b&bw and having all the scents hit me at once and then smelling all the new candles one by one lol.

The annual sale for their 3-wick candles always calls for a frenzy of aroma seeking pyromaniacs. Navigating carefully thru the sea of fragile glass. You might want to keep your little ones home for this one. The price is at its lowest and there were new scents that peaked my interest so I was eager to come in and take a whiff. The sundae bar collection has a nice collection of sweet smells and there were smells that were way off putting like pizza and ranch, honestly that thing smelled like Parmesan cheese or funky feet to me. It was giving Beanboozled Jellybeans, haha! It was nice to see all the cashiers up in front ready to expedite my purchase. They have complimentary clear gift bags with red BBW printed ribbons to tie it altogether. Nice hefty tote bags so you can walk out with your candles safely without worrying about it ripping thru their regular paper bags. BBW you have surely become top tier with the shopping experience!

It really is a hidden gem, nestled right in the corner of the lovely Pavillion West Shopping Center. Owners Bianca and Natalie are so sweet & are 100% there to ensure customers feel welcomed & completely taken care of. I was actually in need of many new pieces of clothing for my wardrobe, as I've happily gone down in sizes. These two beautiful ladies saw style, who I was, my personality, and totally nailed it with providing phenomenal combos that can be mixed and matched, dressed up or down, and that made me feel very confident from head to toe. Like, I instantly trusted their instincts, and they were spot on! Who knew...oh Natalie and Bianca did! That's who they are! Quality & Price: I was very much blown away! I've shopped at many boutiques over the years, and honestly, when you go, you may buy one or two items, and impulse buys are not as plentiful. Why? Because frankly, usually it's more of a major splurge and it is a bit pricey. Not the case here. I'll just call it out- yeah, I bought 2 bags worth of adorable pieces! I'm sooo excited this place opened, because now that I have a new foundation for style, I'll definitely be headed back soon to add some phenomenal accessories to finish the looks! Affordable boutique items, super cute, and I'm hooked! Service: Bianca and Nataile are very attentive, and provide whatever level of service you need. For me, I, who don't usually love trying on clothes in a dressing room- I was just plain happy with my visit! Options in my sizes kept being brought upon my request, and other choices they thought I may like too. What I loved was that if I didn't care for something, no biggie, that actually helped guide them to what else suited me best. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase items. It was like I brought some friends with me, they gave me honest opinions, and supporting me in my journey to truly find what fits me, and enhances my body type. But, hey, if you just pop in to shop on your own, they are there for it too! Ambiance: Fun vibe, neat, cute displays, and I'm obsessed with the shiny backdrop in the dressing room area! I even got some pics of me trying our some of the looks with items I ended up purchasing too! Even the way they bag your purchase is with that extra touch of care, with tissue and adorable animal print bags! Tip: I came across them on social media as well, and they go LIVE! It's just fun and a great way to see the merchandise and get to know these great stylish, lively ladies, wherever you are! I will definitely be back, because I just love everything about this new cute boutique!

This place is a quiet browsing spot, you don't really have workers asking you often if you need help, which is great for my fellow introverted people. Parking is pretty crazy though, there's a tiny parking lot on the one way street before getting to the building but since there are other local businesses right next to the store the parking gets pretty full most of the time. Grab a coffee across the street and browse, you can easily blow through 2 hours just looking at everything they have to offer. Since a lot of the goods are imported I would personally say the average cost of something would be around $22, so if you are planning on splurging make sure to save a little bit (or else you'll get torn between choosing what to buy, like I have done before ) The environment is also very communal, having a trinket trading box outside of their storefront (not owned by Sour Milk but heavily appreciated) AND a Sonny Angel/ Smiski trading station, and also vending art created by local Fresno artists! On top of their every-day communal outlets they also are huge contributors for Tower Districts Art Hop and they host local vegan food trucks from time to time.

A bit disappointed with the FTD order that was sent through this shop for my niece's 35th birthday…read moreyesterday. The order was delivered to her work and I was hoping for an impressive presentation. Unfortunately, it did not meet my high expectations for what I paid for ($100). On a positive note, I was relieved the order was delivered by 2 pm since her shift ends at 3 pm. However, I was not thrilled with the pics my niece texted me of the arrangement that was delivered to her. When selecting an arrangement on the FTD web site, the first thing that caught my attention about this specific arrangement (Star of the Day Floral Cake) was the adorable "Happy Birthday" star topper. This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(
