Pro: - anything and everything, all of it. Yes. - vinyls, sage, candles, stickers, jewelry, tie dye clothes, and so much more - rewards punch card (cashier/owner gave me an extra punch just because he's the sweetest. He basically does this every time I come in) - local business - information on upcoming arts/music events posted outside - easy parking Room for improvement: nothing, please come and support this business Tips: - 2 hour parking on most streets - make sure to not leave anything valuable in your car and to Iock it Vibe: a piece of Berkeley in Fresno

Front of Free Bird Company. Very clean, very groovy, and nicely set up!

Owner didn't like me recording because I didn't ask. So much for making good memories I would recommend Amazon or Facebook marketplace

It's unbelievable how much she fits in the space. She hosts book events, usually with a food truck or two and other vendors. I could go on and on about the gift type things they carry. I've also bought gift certificates. Most recently I messaged her and she had it ready for me when I stopped by on my way to the office. They also carry cards so it was perfect! A great example of small business customer service. I highly recommend Bookish and recommend following them on IG for events, specials, etc.

There is literally some thing for everyone here. Used, new, vintage, a variety of genres, even gifts and store swag. There is plenty of space to sit and get comfy with your new book. Vanessa also has waters, sodas and keurig coffee for sale. I have been bringing my daughter here for a year now and there's always something new that we find. The prices are great and they even have a nice bookmark stamp card to get $5 off a future purchase! Cute and convenient for your reading!! Kudos to Vanessa for keeping this place looking fantastic and fresh. Everyone should stop by to check it out. Keep in touch with her hours by following her on Instagram!! @bookish520

I hosted an event with Scarab Creative Arts last year, which is where I met Hannah, of Rose ceramics. She's teaches pottery classes here and she's also an amazing artist herself. I signed up for the six-week intermediate classes from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The cost is $275 and includes everything; clay, supplies, and all firings. All you need to bring is an apron and an open mind. The class style here is free from; just get your clay and go. Hannah walks around and checks in on your progress and helps with anything you need. If you've never sat in front of pottery wheel, I highly recommend taking the beginner class for more of teacher/student model set up. There are other classes offered here beyond pottery like painting, stained glass artistry, and even a few classes for kids. They do host events from time to time in their gallery and have a gift shop where you can try to sell your pieces. I'm excited to see what the future has in store for me when it comes to my pottery. I might just end up becoming a member here!
