There's no pick up in store regardless of where you live. It's not the products that are the problem it's lack of service. It's marketing also because I can say that I have spent a decent amount of money to receive coupons but I don't get any coupons ever!!! There's no loyalty for shopping there and hopefully I can find alternatives to avoid going if this continues. My guy friend gets so many coupons that he can't even use them all but shops there only 2 times a year. Marketing and customer service. Bath and body works in general is always a friendly store, but this Firewheel one is extra friendly. My wife enjoys this location because of some of the staff she has dealt with in the past. Today we had the pleasure to meet Mrs Veronica, she explained today 3 for 3 sale and was telling us about all the new products and how they were made, lot more than they just smell good. The store is smaller than some other locations, which is great for my wife since she has trouble walking long distances, they are still always well stocked. Bath and body works seems to be carrying a lot more essential oil products. I feel they have gone from a scent store to more of a body care store. I had to check out the mens tiny section over in the corner. Great stuff, just no purchase today. My wife made a 3 for 3 purchase, also used her coupons. It says on bath and body works corporate website that fully vaccinated customers do not have to wear a mask. The galleria and northpark bbw don't require a mask. I've been shopping at bbw since the mid 90's, I don't need to be followed around by 5 staff members asking me what am I looking for. The person at the door makes you sanitize with their sanitizer and will not let you in without a mask, if you say you don't have one they shove one in your hand. No other store it seems at firewheel has this stupid policy. I go well out of my way to visit firewheel but I won't go into this store again. Just awkward, uncomfortable and pushy rude employees. On door and register it clearly states that Apple Pay along w other forms of payment not subject to just cash and card can be taken. When checking out I was told that due to "WiFi" connection in store my purchase using Apple Pay could or could possibly not go through. The managers at this store take their job too serious for only making $10/hr. There's like more than 5 sales associates on the floor for this small as store. And you get asked if you need help a million times. ANNOYING!!!!!! read more

I have been shopping at this store for over a year now and it is good as it gets in customer service. I like to have my house smell good and good soaps for my guests when they wash their hands. Every time I go in there Marco and his team always helps me pick out the best soaps. They also let me know when major sales will take place so I can get the best discounts. BBW has great products but you cant always get the best service like I have at every store. That is why I only shop at the Garland location. read more

Hours show open Sunday 11:00-7:00, hours on Yelp show 11:00-8:00.... went to this location at 6:40 on Sunday and the doors were locked, lady working inside said they closed at 6:00. As we were going back to our car, another person tried to get in and showed the lady on her phone that online shows they are open until 7:00, but she just turned and walked away (easy to be ride when there's a locked door between you and your customer, I guess). As we were driving off, another couple was walking up to the door trying to go in.... I went to bath and body works firewheel to exchange some things my stuff I picked out to exchange my items for were in the same item category equal price just wanted to swap out for different scents. The lady made sure I had item for item and matching prices then returned the items to lowest selling price, and then put it on a gc and asked me to pay the difference of $65? I worked for limited brands at a bath and bodyworks for over a year and I moved so I had to switch jobs. But it was recent as in march, I've made exchanges at other locations near here I've ONLY ever had an issue at this one, so I know their policy hasn't changed as well as the fact they have a HUGE sign behind the counter saying "100% satisfaction guaranteed..." I just really don't understand why the employee would have made sure I had a lotion for a lotion, a candle for a candle, etc. then turn around and return it all at lowest selling price, ring up the items I wanted to exchange them for, and have me make up the difference? Like if that were the case why did I have to have item for item!? Not just return the stuff and use the value towards ANYTHING. I really just don't get it. When I worked there that was the policy if I customer came in without a receipt then they could exchange their items, same item for same item (different scent) and it'd equal out. They didn't owe us anything. We NEVER expected them to pay the difference UNLESS they were exchanging an item for a totally different item, like a lotion for a candle. That's the only reason. I purposely spent time finding my item for item things, because I know good and well the store policy. Then not to mention the associate that was ringing me up, mind you I was purchasing more items separately. Said she couldn't do exchanges? I'm confused like how do you not train your employees to work the register and be able to do all transactions (for the most part) like honestly, she had to call who I was told was the assistant manager up, to do the return. Which is where that issue from above occurred. So I really have no idea who is running that store and why they're so poorly trained. They need an entirely new staff and the management needs to be trained obviously because they have no idea what they are doing. I even offered to call the district manager from my stores region. And then that's when the assistant manager or whatever she was decided she could all of a sudden do her job properly (almost) I still ended up owing some change which I have no idea why because I didn't have a receipt for them to base the tax amount on so I really don't get what she did in the slightest but it took everything I have not to jump across the counter and show her how to do it myself. All and all it took about 45 minutes to accomplish this transaction. And when I worked for the company my manager trained us to keep all transactions at 3 minutes or under. I worked Black Friday and their once a year $8 candle sale day, and none of my transactions took longer than that so there's no excuse it was a Tuesday! They were completely dead. This location is my least favorite in the area. That's not due to their selection but the customer service. They rarely acknowledge me entering, walking around or leaving the store. And the manager had the nerve to get nasty with my teenage daughter one time when my daughter asked her a question about us being charged wrong for a candle.
