I hadn't shopped at Bath & Body Works in quite some time. I stopped in today to make an exchange from a Christmas gift I received yesterday. The front door greeter was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after that initial greeting, no one asked if I needed help during my time in the store. When I checked out, the cashier, Janet, was noticeably unfriendly and seemed bothered by my presence. Her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Because of the service alone, I will intentionally drive out of my way to shop at a different location in the future. I enjoy the products, but customer service matters, and I don't want to shop somewhere I feel unwanted. read more

12/1/23: I enjoy going to this location, although the store at Firewheel is much closer to me. I wanted to take advantage of the candle sale. Brandy and Jolie were great in assisting me while I was making my purchases. I bought more than what I could carry in the store, so they helped me by putting the candles by the register. This location is very clean, and it seems larger than the Firewheel location. In any event, the customer service here far exceeds the Firewheel location. I'd rather drive a little farther and be treated as a valued customer. There is plenty of parking available. read more

Went to grab some candles had a great experience all around until I got to the till, the girl behind the counter was off putting. I bought some single wicks and didn't expect them to get them wrapped but for her to turn around to her manager and scoff and say "do I ACTUALLY have to wrap all these" Like girl lower your voice or just don't say anything The service here is never great tbh, probably gonna go to Rockwall from now on. read more

Yesterday, not long after the store opened, I went in to do a return/exchange. I was quickly greeted as I entered the store by a friendly salesperson but the shining star was the overly friendly cashier. I didn't catch her name but she was very helpful with completing my transactions and making small talk. read more

I went just last week for the 1st time I usually go to Firewheel but I can't take the the large crowds. I like to get in and get out. Immediately upon entry me and my son were greeted and asked if we were looking for anything specific. The young lady was very friendly and nice to us.. the store wasn't as crowded and the store was clean met all my requirements when I'm spending my money. Also, I spent a nice amount and used a few coupons Rae the checkout girl was very accommodating and nice. I most definitely marked this as my go to store now! Thanks. read more

I don't normally leave reviews but since my last three experiences at your Wylie Texas store have not been pleasant, I decided to leave one today. I placed an order online for store pickup this morning. Went to pick it up just now, store was not busy. Had my id out and ready and saw my order. Lady at checkout was digging in the closet and told me l would have to wait, I couldn't just get my order. She never even turned around. Another Employee said he'd help me, but couldn't log on. She finally turned around and tried to help him, but she was having difficulty too. Never got a I'm so sorry this is taking so long or even a thank you. I was handed my bag and that was it. She also was rude to a customer asking about a free item. I'm so put out with the employees in this store! Not sure who is doing the hiring, but these people have ZERO customer service skills. Went in to purchase some items that I had originally ordered back on Dec 2nd but some how the order didn't go through despite being charged for it. So already had a little bad taste in my mouth. Got there, spent about 10 min picking up what I needed. Went to go check out and had two e-gift cards to use for a total of $35. The cashier couldn't get them to work, so she called over a supervisor to help. The supervisor got on the phone twice as the first time she, I guess got disconnected with corporate or customer service. Then she said the second time she kept getting transferred and asked us if there was any where we had to be. I explained we had been waiting for 30 min and had the dog in the car, not unattended. She said she was on hold again. I told her we would just come back at a later time or another store, as it had now been 35 min waiting. She had no issue with that, however I did. She was willing to lose a sale and quiet possibly a customer all because she didn't want to just over ride it. Not sure I'll actually be back. After two mishaps, this company doesn't seem to care about their customers, their mentality is there will be another one walking through the door with in seconds. Very sad. They need to take lessons on customer service skills from Bed Bath and Beyond, Apple or Fitbit. Why should it take this long or have to call someone at corporate or customer service to figure it out only to not have it taken care of after 35 min? Do they not trust their employees or is it their customers they don't trust? read more

I probably will never go to this store again. I've been buying a lot of B&B products lately and was given a coupon for some dollars off a purchase if I went over a certain amount. As I was approaching the store, the lady who was standing outside had a serious scowl on her face as if she had been sucking on lemons. She never greeted me or said anything to me. That's a huge issue with me. The Caucasian couple behind me however, had not even reached the sidewalk yet and she made sure to greet them as they were still walking across the part where cars drive. Typically I don't spend my money at places who employ idiots such as herself but I wanted to see if the rest of the associates were like that before I left. There seemed to be 50 people working in that tiny store. An employee named Sarah walked up to me, greeted me, and explained the products, how candles were placed around so I could smells different scents, and she was just pleasant. Sarah was the saving grace for this store and was the reason I didn't walk out. When I left, the employee with the stick up her behind still had a scowl on her face. I probably will never spend money at that store again. read more

I went to this location with my sister today and I was welcomed and introduced to the new scents by Kinsey who was also very helpful and patient! Everyone at this location was asking us about our day and ensuring that we were finding everything we need and also reminded us about the sales and promotions they had. Absolutely pleased with every employee. Highly recommend! read more
