I called but they were not going to be able to get the arrangement out until Monday and I wanted them delivered same day or following day. After calling around and every other shop also being busy or too far out to deliver, I succumbed to ordering flowers from this store. I ordered a dozen white long stemmed roses. I was pleasantly surprised by the text communication I received when flowers were being created, a photo of them and a text when they were out for delivery. My Tia commented how fresh the roses were and how lovely they were. I was most appreciative to hear the freshness of the flowers & my cousin sent me photo ,which matched what I ordered and received in a text. Wesley Erwin, the sales rep, set the tone right away--professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decisions. I am wheelchair bound and not knowledgeable about AZ plants and trees. BUT Wesley took time and care and walked us through every single little question we had with a smile!! Wesley even put me in a UTV vehicle to drive us around the entire lot as we looked and quizzed him!! He is a wonderful man with a big heart and a love for his job! Then came Javi and his planting crew, and that's where things went to another level. Javi may be a young man, but he carries himself with the pride, work ethic, and integrity of an old soul.
