Amazing customer service. They are definitely trained in service. I tried to call when it wasn't so busy though it was just after Christmas and New Years. They didn't mind taking my call and letting me know if there was a certain item in my size. I did have to call a couple times as everything was out of stock, including online.. My husband had purchased some items for me for Christmas and I gave him the incorrect size. I came in once the items were available. They kindly exchanged everything and what they didn't have will be sent to our home directly. This way we could do an exchange and keep the same deals. Fast and friendly. Don't shop very often at VS, mainly because of the constant upselling of everything, poor quality in the clothes and bras and not great customer service. Decided to stop in today to just look around to kill sometime and decided the only think I was really interested in was looking at the body care items. They were having 5 for $35 which is a good deal but it was on the selected sprays and lotions. I don't use or like their lotions so I decided to at least try to find 5 I liked. Harder than expected, I could only find 3, only 2 that were even part of the sale. I go to check out and the cashier kept egging me on to take advantage of the sale which yes, it would have been cheaper, but I only liked the ones I had and I don't need back ups because they last forever. It felt like I was irritating her by telling her I wasn't interested but kept thanking her. She then pawned the rest of the transaction off to another employee to complete and she started talking to another employee. Not to mention how DIRTY it was inside, more so where all the body care products were at. Testers and random stuff all over the floor. They needed someone to go around and not only face the products but to also just clean up because it looked chaotic. This is probably the last chance I give Victoria secret. This review is for today's visit only, not overall for the business. First of all, I spent over an hour doing random things waiting for the store to open at their advertised opening time of 10 am, only to find out that they were not going to open until 11 am. Strike number one. I went home for a few hours and decided to come back after lunch. When I arrived a line wrapped the building. I understand that, due to Covid, since they are limiting the number of people inside. However, when I got inside and found what I was looking for, I went to the back to try on my items, and the fitting rooms are closed. I asked a worker and they said, it's " buy and bring back for exchange or store credit." Really?!?! So not only would I need to choose a couple of items I'm not sure would even fit properly, but then when I figured that out, I wouldn't be able to return anything for a refund?! So what if I exchanged and those items didn't fit either? What a long drawn out process, when having open fitting rooms would eliminate that hassle. How hard would it be for the fitting room attendant to wipe down door handles with disinfectant? Just as background, my purpose for my shopping trip today is because my size has changed since my last purchase. I'm not sure what size I should even be purchasing (I did measure at home, but that doesn't necessarily work for things fitting me properly). This was just a very disappointing and time-wasting experience for me. I'm not cold-hearted and I know how inconvenient Covid has made things, but closing the fitting rooms for these types of items seems so extreme to me. These are the items that definitely need to fit properly, and Victoria's Secret prides themselves on helping customers have underclothing that fits the best it can possibly fit. This is my go to Victoria's secret. It's always clean and friendly. A lot of the other VS stores girls are rude and the stores are just mangled, I don't find that at this location. It's a freestanding store so you don't have to go through a mall which I like that. read more

Generous, but long wait. We got a mailer from Pink and a mailer from Victoria's Secret that included coupons for free gifts without purchase. It was great. We used three different coupons and were treated to lovely prezzies. The sales clerks were nice on the floor. The only downside was the waiting at the cashier. The lines were long and the service a little slow. Other than that, we loved our presents from Victoria's Secret and Pink at Park West. We were fortunate to find a parking spot close by. Good quality underclothes & reasonably priced lotions & body sprays. Their year round 5 for $25 underwear sale is a great bargain! I have yet to find a better deal for underwear that are that well made, comfortable & cute. The bra's can be pricey, but they frequently have sales and send out discount coupons. My 2 favorite body sprays are Very Sexy & Bombshell. I like that they have travel size bottles for $10. It's so much easier to pack them in a carry on or a purse. I prefer this location over the one at Arrowhead because the parking is convenient and it isn't as crowded as the mall location. Bath and Body Works is also located right next store, what a shopping trip bonus! Merchandise is usually well-stocked, but they will order the items if your bra size/color is not available. The underwear displays seems to be the busiest, mostly surrounded with ladies shopping for undies during the sale. It's pretty funny when you see a random guy shopping for panties with their girlfriend, usually a younger couple that probably just started dating. LOL! Working in retail myself and knowing how a customer should be treated, my experience was awful. When I walked in I walked past THREE employees and was not greeted once. Then after about 10 minutes a guy asked if I'm still doing alright. I was never checked up on in the beginning so what do you mean if I'm STILL doing alright. There were minor issues that could have easily been addressed and resolved, such as a consolidation of gift cards, price consistency, and honoring an error they made. Just left V.S from the semi annual sale and I was the 2nd to go in for a "free" tote bag which I received but was told I still need to check for inventory purposes. Which is fine, I get it. But when I was ready to check out. I was asked to choose between the backpack or the "free" tote. I went with the backpack because it was better quality and it was for my $200 purchase. This review is regarding phone customer service not a local store. I'm currently a Victoria's Secret cardholder. I've enjoyed excellent customer service when ordering via phone or online. That's why I'm surprised to have a poor customer service by Sandra employee # CJSK089 a supervisor. On December 10, 2017 I called customer service inquiring about $20 holiday rewards card. I placed three qualifying orders to receive three rewards; I thought. After speaking to representative (shop keeper) I was not clear on why I would not receive three $20 holiday rewards. The representative was very pleasant, but I was still unclear. I asked to speak with supervisor to hopefully get a better understanding. I was transferred to supervisor Sandra. Our conversation was quite lengthy so here's my overview. Quite abrasive Sandra stated to me; "you do not have three qualifying orders, so what else can I help you with." If just that was said in that manner I'd over look it. Sandra also said, I'm trying to TEACH you (exact words) so you'll understand. At this point she started talking very, I felt she was being condescending and I stated that. There were other things said in this manner. I asked to speak with her supervisor. Sandra said,"you've reached corporate the highest level so what can I do for you (exact words)." I asked if she had a supervisor she repeated the same. I said to her;"unless you own Victoria's Secret, you answer to someone ". Sandra then gave me her supervisor name Karlie Goodridge. read more

I left with a great fitting bra and ordered a second one that they shipped to me at no extra charge. It was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I have ever had. I left feeling happy. It doesn't matter which location, there is always the longest lines at the registers. I dread every time I go shopping at Victoria's Secret. Every time I am in line I just watch how many people get frustrated waiting and get out of line and put their purchases down and walk out. I am a patient person and I work in the retail industry but isn't there something you can do to speed up the check out process? Once you make it to the register you are asked a bunch of questions and I know it's their job to ask these questions but I just want to get in and out quickly as possible. read more

I went in today, January 4, for the annual sale. The areas where the hanging sale items were, were not properly marked at all!!!! There was no way to tell if it was accidentally put there or not. I asked a sales associate what the price was and let her know nothing was marked. She just guessed at the price.....super helpful...NOT! Another nearby shopper was experiencing the same frustration as myself. I went up to check out and asked the cashier to check the price....she said they probably were regular price....wrong...they were on sale. If I could write 0 stars I would. This location is the absolute worst locating I've been to and seeing the other reviews several agree. Go an extra 4 miles to Arrowhead where employees look professional and act professional. Always long lines and 1 person working while the manager with pink hair talks on the phone. In addition this goes to Victoria Secret as a whole-why are you the only business that needs a drivers license for a return? I have NEVER been asked to give my private information for a return. I didn't need my drivers license to buy the items. read more
