This is my favorite Kohl's out of the two closest to me. I feel like they're less busy than the one on Dysart Road, and they generally tend to have my size available, whereas I feel like the other location rarely does. I mean, I fit between medium and large, but it just seems like the other store goes out of stock much faster than this one. The employees at this location are pretty friendly, and I love the dressing rooms here more than the ones at the other store. I feel like they're just set up more conveniently. When they have coupons available or sales, I do feel there are great deals to be had, but I honestly would not recommend shopping here without a coupon or sale... their "regular" prices are insanely high! read more

worst experience where cashier didn't take accountability, I go there with my family for holiday shopping for a raffle and the cashier accidentally knocks over an item and breaks it, yes she apologizes and my father didn't understand a coupon sent to his email and mind you we had gone to multiple stores so she's stressed and says you know what let's go because she's tired and she doesn't say a word to the cashier and on our way out the cashier talks to the manager and says my mother was rude because she broke a product, let's teach your employees some damn accountability! read more

Great experience every time. My whole family shops here and we always find what we need. The store is clean and neat. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. I've literally NEVER had a bad experience at this location. My daughter loves all their shoes and their clothes too. I do wish they had a bit bigger of a selection of shoes for children but I know with it just becoming summer break a lot of people are out shopping for their kiddos. The store is very nice and has a clean presentation, have returned a couple of things and never had an issue. They also have an Amazon return inside the store as well which I've used a few times with no issue as well. A little hard to find deals here or things on sale, I guess unless you shop here frequently and use your kohl's cash you won't come across many discounts. read more

I had gone this afternoon to do some shopping, however, as soon as I walked into the store I was met by a bunch of lil kids playing on the shopping carts. Using them as bumper cars, running into each other, and almost running into me. Needless to say, this was right up front by the cashiers. Whom did not seem to mind that clearly I walked over to get a cart, which were all gone and being used as baby sitters while their parents shopped. I walked around a few areas but decided a cart would be more useful and decided to leave, empty handed. I am new to shopping at Kohls. Compare Department Stores Kohl's may not be my favorite store however, the customer service is bar none, and the return policy can't be beat. When you can't find item in the store a sales associate will happily show you where the items located, you don't find that in many department stores these days. I have never had any problems with anything I've purchased at any of the Kohl's store or their online services. Kohl's offers great prices and sales. I usually take advantage of their 30% off coupons. I have a lot of family and friends who shop at Kohl's, and they are always pleased . The quality is great for the price. read more

This location of Kohl's is a stand alone store. It is new, nice, and pretty big. Has 2 to 3 entrances to the store and a huge parking lot. The store is mapped out and labeled well, so you just need to look up at the signs for the department you want. The only minor set back, they are short of cashiers sometimes. read more

Kohls Amazon station should be at front entrance for people who are just dropping of packages and not shopping im physical challenge it's hard to walk long distances so if not gonna be up front atleast have scooters/wheelchairs for customers who have issues walking long distance if had scooters I may actually shop there at any location read more

This place is the worst store ever!! Never will be back and I urge others to find a different store to shop at. First off this Store is always torn upside down especially during the holidays. Department Managers are rude and not helpful I walked around for 45mins looking for an item and not one associate asked me if I needed help. There was one particular Manager one who was in my opinion racist and treated me with little to no respect. They have this Kohls cash rewards plan. You spend money you get a reward. I earned $10.00 I had went in to the store to buy a $6.00 item and they were "out of stock" so my next day off I come back! Mind you we work to make the money we spend in your store. So at first cashier tells me she cant override for the purchase and needs to call a manager this manager tells me she can override it and then proceeds to tell me it's over the 10 day grace period and she can't. That's a lie... I explain to her that they didn't have what I wanted I had to wait and now she's telling me she won't and can't override it. She said to me I don't know who told you that. Well, to my detail attention to other transactions I have witnessed in your store my friend is African American and they did it for her months ago and she was over 18 days. My son is Hispanic and they did it for him. And I feel some racism attitude retaliation when it came to me asking to be handled in the same treatment in customer service as you did those I know. And I wasn't... won't be back won't shop here and you can send me to collections for my Kohls charge card I refuse to be treated like this and I have to pay and you don't. That's wrong. Very unhappy with Khols.. Started since Dec.03 2020. I ordered most on my Christmas gifts maybe 6 out of about 20 arrived on time, and about 4 after Christmas,. no reorder all out after i tried to order the once i didnt receive.Also this Khols Cash is a rip off. when you exchange and return not all the cash gets back to you. I went to return a few pants dont know what the manager did but i owed money for an even exchange.. she said i would get back khols cash and never got it.. This was one of my favorite stores until Now that I'm having a horrible experience with their shipping which I had to use thru their in store kiosk. I ordered his and hers wedding bands 2.5 weeks before our wedding because the jewelry department didn't have our size available. They guaranteed that our shipment would be here on 2/25 the latest. A whole week goes by and our order still shows "in fulfillment". So I call them and they assure my rings will be here on time. It's now the 27th and the rings still show "in transit" across the country. I called again today and explained that I already had to reschedule my flight for our wedding because the rings are not here. All they could offer was a "sorry for the inconvenience" and they filed a lost item claim which will take 3-4 weeks. Now I will have a wedding with no rings thanks to their incompetence. I won't even be able to get a refund for about a month so I can't go out and get new ones. Thanks a lot kohls for ruining my wedding and making me spend hundreds of dollars in plane cancellation fees. I will make sure to tell my story to everyone I know and post it on every social media outlet so no one can get scammed by you again. read more

Went there on August 10th and felt discriminated and was watched as if I was a thief not only that I wasn't even asked if I needed any help. I only saw a bunch of associates around, customer service sucks! I left the store spending around $400 with no assistance! By the way the store wasn't even busy. My bf mentioned he felt the same when we got home. I called and spoke to Rebbeca and explained what happened the next day, She sounded very sincere and honored a discount for next visit. We went back today but she wasn't there and I explained our previous bad experience. It felt super awkward and STILL no customer service was provided at all.I saw a bunch of associates huddled in front and no one assisted. I'm so happy I am closer to this Kohl's than the one on Dysart. I had the misfortune of visiting the Dysart location because they were the only ones with the product in stock that I needed...horrible experience. The next day I went to the Tolleson Kohl's to pick up some online purchases and my heart sank when I saw the customer service line. As soon as I entered the line one of the ladies called for more help and a Manager soon arrived to assist. This store is never really too crowded and there's always plenty of parking. Every time I go there is always someone to help and the selection is always great. Even though the store isn't too busy, they do seem to only have one cashier working and so there is usually a line of 2-3 people. read more
