I am concerned about the initial refusal to sell an item that was clearly in stock, while other associates confirmed it could be sold. I appreciated the help from the other two associates, but believe this issue should be addressed to ensure consistent customer service.

We walked away and came back about 5min later and then Joy saw us standing there and told us we'd get started once the other class had finished. We started about 10-15min after the scheduled class time. The scent selection process and actual candle-making was very fun! Joy explained things well and it was overall a fun experience. Our class ran late so there were a few couples for the next class that walked in looking for instruction. Now that I know how it works I'd feel comfortable coming back! It was pretty pricey but Joy was a great instructor!
