This is one of the best B&BW I have been in - well stocked, all the latest offerings, plus some of the nicest and most helpful staff members I have ever encountered. They were so helpful in helping us sort through the best way to use our coupons and immediately approached us upon entry to see if we needed anything specific and let us know the current deals. The manager sucks & he hates his job. You can tell. He doesn't really help anyone. I watched him turn away & not 3 different customers. Not a leader by any means. This is a loving community & we pride ourselves on on treating people with kindness. This guy is not a good fit. This company dropped the ball by hiring him. The African American lady working the floor was very nice. She's a bit older with a smile that can light up a room. It was so busy & he literally left her on the floor by herself to serve over 24 customers. I wish I knew her name. Today is 04/5/24 the time is 4pm. I walked out with 5 items and $75.00 later. How crazy is that?!?! These weren't even the "Aroma Therapy" line. The sign says, "Buy 3 get 2 Free". They ring everything up, then discount a percentage off each item, kind of like creative financing in the 80's. They do it this way because each item has to get taxed. If they did it the other way there wouldn't be taxes. So you are still responsible for paying tax on each item, no free bath wash. Even when I've received coupons and used them, I've still ended up leaving there with a huge chunk of change out of my wallet, wondering "how" I received a "discount". It would be well worth it if they carried my favorites continuously, but no. Whenever my previous purchase runs out and I have to go buy a new set of body wash, lotion and spritz, they have totally changed the label or do not carry it in that formula any longer. So I end up wandering the store dodging the high pressure sales ladies on the floor, looking for something previously comparable. Ugh! Very frustrating. They do have a whole new expanded store, but if I end up staying there too long, the combined smells nauseate me. I will try going back in at a later time when the sting has worn off my wallet. Oh, I forgot to mention their candles. They do have a pretty dope section of wonderfully fragranced candles, to match the whole layering of body wash, body lotion and body spritz. Wow there's a few times I walk into a bath and Bodyworks and the experience is normal. But this location every single time is exceptional. I am always greeted, there are plenty of items in stock. I had to drive all the way from Houston to this location because the Houston location was out of wallflower plugs. This location had 30 different options and we're all in stock. Everything was organized well-maintained, the staff was in full swing and there was a huge line but it didn't even feel like a big line because there were multiple cashiers that quickly rang everybody up. This is the best Bath & Body Works in the area. Trust me. I've been to them all. Willowbrook, Woodlands Mall, Grand Parkway location -- nothing holds a candle to this store. Newly remodeled with excellent stock and gracious employees. Done deal for me. This is the only B&BW that I'll frequent. read more

My wife and I will shop here when we need a decent gift that people tend to like. I'll be honest, I find their products overpriced and over perfumed. I have worked in an industry that makes a lot of personal hygiene products, none for Bath and body Works, but one thing I've noticed is that their products tend to be grossly over scented, which is what I guess people like. If so more power to them. I have been to many different locations some of which give a military discount some of which do not, it's kind of frustrating, I wish the company would make up their mind, however I think it's just individual employees who honor veterans against company policy by giving them probably an employee discount. If that's the case, THANK YOU to those patriotic employees. Anyway, the staff is usually helpful and friendly, the stores are usually clean although sometimes hard to breathe in due to the over perfumed products, and my wife and I will continue to buy product from them as long as people need gifts read more

I used to live at the apartments right next to this location so it was convenient. Now that I've moved across town I still go to this store for the service. The ladies are super sweet and even the new girls remember me. Love to shop here! read more

Just shopped at this store today, and Brittani helped me out, she was very nice and helpful and she was so nice to my little girl Sophia. I love this store so much, they have really good deals and I love the fact that I can try out the soaps before I buy them, I didn't know they had that until I moved to Houston.
