They ring everything up, then discount a percentage off each item, kind of like creative financing in the 80's. They do it this way because each item has to get taxed. If they did it the other way there wouldn't be taxes. So you are still responsible for paying tax on each item, no free bath wash. Even when I've received coupons and used them, I've still ended up leaving there with a huge chunk of change out of my wallet, wondering "how" I received a "discount". It would be well worth it if they carried my favorites continuously, but no. Whenever my previous purchase runs out and I have to go buy a new set of body wash, lotion and spritz, they have totally changed the label or do not carry it in that formula any longer. So I end up wandering the store dodging the high pressure sales ladies on the floor, looking for something previously comparable. Ugh! Very frustrating. They do have a whole new expanded store, but if I end up staying there too long, the combined smells nauseate me. I will try going back in at a later time when the sting has worn off my wallet. Oh, I forgot to mention their candles. They do have a pretty dope section of wonderfully fragranced candles, to match the whole layering of body wash, body lotion and body spritz.
