I happened to find IJFY a few years ago, and needed a set of perfect flower arrangements in a short amount of time (one week). Cheryl made 2 large arrangements that incorporated all of the flowers I requested and they could not have been more perfect. She was extremely easy to work with, and asked a ton of questions to make sure the flowers would be in line with our expectations, since I didn't get to see them until the day of the service. Everyone commented how stunning they were, and I could not agree more. Cheryl delivered them to Memorial, right on time as she said she would be, making the sad occasion that much easier. In January 2024, I reached out to Cheryl again to ask for some help making a few more arrangements for another important day. I gave her some ideas for what color scheme and accessories she could incorporate, and again, they turned out perfect. Our family member that passed was a John Deere lover, and she incorporated the colors and small model trucks into the arrangements. It was a really lovely way to commemorate our loved one. My friend's wedding was sadly cancelled due to COVID-19, she broke the news to me in tears last Friday. I called three flower shops right when I hung up with her at 1:30pm to see if they could get flowers out that day. Blooms from the Heart and Breen's said they had taken their last delivery and could not do it. I was surprised as they close at 7pm & 5pm, respectively. My third flower shop was to It's Just For You Flowers! Cheryl was extremely helpful and so nice from the moment she answered. She was more than pleased to get my delivery out! She told me what flowers they had in stock so I could choose what blooms I wanted to send. At 2:17pm (less than an hour later) she sent me the arrangement photo and told me it was on the way! It was exactly as we had agreed upon and the value for my money! My friend received the flowers and immediately texted me at 2:35pm wondering how I did it so fast! Cheryl's a gem. I called her the morning of my sister's bday asking for flowers for the occasion. After giving my # choice from the site, she let me know some of the flowers weren't available and offered up the option to swap for what I wld like and so I did. We're a flower-loving and gifting family so I knew exactly what I wanted, and she then told me she wld text me the photo once done. It was gorgeous! I called to see if they did same day orders and the dude who answered said yes so I told him I would call back and I did and I told him what I wanted and he asked what time I should pick it up and I said around 10 he then proceeded to say that I should really do these things in advance because they take time and I did a nervous laugh because I didn't know what to say, if they didn't want people to do same day orders they should've said no in the first place and then he also said I know you think it funny but it not, so I just said just cancel my order I'm sorry. I just thought that was really rude if he was yes me there at a certain time he shouldn't have asked me when I would go to pick it up he should've told me when and if he didn't want to be in a rush making those orders he should've just said no to same day orders. read more

Wow, such an amazing place to work with! I called to place an order for a one day turn around and this was probably the 3rd place I called. I had a bunch of other people either be rude or hang up in my face (not sure why but clearly didn't wan't my business). I wish I got the women's name who helped me via telephone, but she was such a joy to work with! She gave me multiple options, was very thorough and gave great details, and even sent me a photo of the bouquet to confirm that is what I wanted. 10/10 customer service! Hopefully she is able to get the flowers delivered on time, but even if they were late I don't think I would take off a star because she was so sweet and helpful. read more

The flowers were delivered on time, but without some of the flowers and colors in the picture. The delivered flowers were had fewers kinds of flowers and without some of the colors, and overall looked a lot more dull. Very disappointing. read more

I wanted to do something special for my sister's anniversary. I live over 160 miles away in Louisiana though. I googled local florists in the community she lives in. This one had all five star ratings from everyone that reviewed them on Google. Spoke to them by phone and explained the type of arrangement I wanted for her. They were extremely helpful, offering several options in different price ranges. As you can see by the picture I posted on this review, I was not disappointed. Not only that, but they contacted me when they went to deliver the flowers, and no one was home. It was a very hot day and they were worried the flowers would wilt being left at the front door. They waited in the neighborhood until I was able to contact my sister to see how soon someone would be home to except delivery. How often do you get that kind of customer service these days? They will be getting all my floral business in the Cypress area from now on! read more

I called around on a Saturday afternoon for a florist that had yellow roses, and eventually found the "It's Just for You Flower Delivery" not only had yellow roses, but also readily put together a beautiful arrangement, but delivered it within an hour. Although Cheryl was very nice to work with prior to my wedding day and took time to go over my requests. It was a little disappointing when she showed up to deliver my wedding bouquets with what looked like 2 centerpieces. I showed her 2 different photos of what I had in mind and the final product did not look anything like what we discussed. When she did arrive, she seemed very unpleasant and knew immediately I was unhappy. If you're looking to do centerpieces/decorations with floral arrangements I feel she might do a better job, but with bouquets I do not recommend using this company. read more
